The next day in the Bohr Kingdom.

Airis is preparing for her visit in the kingdom. She wore her favorite sky blue long sleeves dress with flower sequins that match her eyes. It was finally the time for her and Prince Kirin to tell his parents about their plans for marriage. While fixing her hair, Airis couldn't help but smile in front of the mirror. It was the moment she's been waiting for but it felt like yesterday when Kirin proffesed his love for her. It was so vivid that she can't believe it's already been two years since that happened.

Airis was only sixteen when men from the kingdom started taking interest in her beauty and asking for her hand in marriage when she's come of age. Because of her out-going and friendly personality, men became captivated by her but she politely decline for she has not yet come into adulthood. Prince Kirin saw all that was happening and could no longer suppress his feelings for Airis so he went ahead and told Airis his feelings for her. Since the day Kirin confessed to Airis, he never stopped to woo her in secret, until Airis fell for the man. They were preparing to tell everyone of their relationship but Catherine's sudden engagement made them delay it.

Three knocks were made in her room and a tall man in white greeted her with a smile, which she returned. “I am the coach His Highness sent for the lady.”

They went down and the white carriage was waiting for them. The tall man opened the door for Airis and extended his hand to help her up which she gladly took. On their way to the Palace, Airis couldn't help but feel nervous and excited at the same time.

A few minutes passed and they arrived at the Palace entrance where Prince Kirin was waiting. Airis descended from the carriage and greeted Kirin with a warm smile.

“You look beautiful as always.” Kirin commented that put a smile on Airis' face.

“And you look dashing.” Airis giggled at her reply which Kirin found cute that made him kiss her in the forehead.

“What will I do with you?” The two linked arms and headed to the garden where Kirin's parents were waiting. He made an announcement yesterday that he had something to tell his parents. When they arrived in the garden, Airis curtsied before the king and queen of the Bohr Kingdom.

“Glory and grace forever, Your Majesties.” The queen gestures for her to take a seat and the maids to pour the tea but Kirin and Airis remain standing.

“It seems I already know where this is going.” The king teased. Kirin blushed at what his father said, which made them laugh together. Kirin cleared his throat and held Airis' hand as he look directly into his father's eyes.

“Father, Mother, this person is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. Please allow us to be wed.” Kirin and Airis bowed before the king and queen to show their sincerity.

“I knew it.” The queen laugh and gestured for Airis to sit next to her.

“I may have sent my daughter somewhere far away but truly the one above is good to deliver me another one. Welcome to the family.” The queen wrapped her arms around Airis for a hug.

“Why do my children keep on getting married?” the king wondered but they all laugh at his sentiments.

“What date are you planning to be wed?” The king asked. Airis and Kirin looked at each other. “We decided to do it on the same day of my coronation.”

“OH MY! There is a lot to prepare! Your coronation is two months from now. Why did you choose that as the date? I need to do this with outmost care! AND FAST!” the queen excitedly chatter. Unlike in the Uranbel Kingdom, the Bohr Kingdom does not have any events like Engagement Parties, it's straight to wedding ceremonies.

“Dear me, Susan!” the queen called out and a woman in her late fifties with a neat look came with a book and notebooks.

“We need to call Master Smith. He prepares every wedding perfectly.” Susan nodded at the queen's orders and immediately went to fetch master Smith.

“Well then, two love birds. You should be on your way, but be sure to be present when I call, alright?” the queen excitedly cheered as the king shook his head.

“But Your Majesty, I would like to help.” Airis reasoned but she was dismissed by the queen saying to spend time with her husband-to-be, which the king agreed wholeheartedly.

“Now, go on.” The king and queen smiled at the two who went to the nearby pond in the palace. They held hands as the stroll near the pond.

“This is my favorite place in the palace.” Airis started and wrap her arms with Kirin's arms as the held hands. Kirin smiled at her gesture.

“I know.”

“How did you?” Airis looked at Kirin with confuse eyes, which was returned with a smile by Kirin.

“This is where I first saw you.” Kirin said as they continue to walk along the pond. The pond was big enough for ten people to swim in it. It was crystal clear and blue as the sky that you could see the fishes swimming in the pond. Surrounding the pond were trees that were in different colors making a perfect picture of magic

“No, you did not. The first time was when me and Ria were introduce as the princess' playmate.” Kirin chuckled at her fiancé's answer.

“I said my first time to see you. Not our first meeting.” Kirin corrected and used his elements to make a small swing for the two of them, from the vines that hugged the trees. They sat in the recently made swing and took in the warm breeze surrounding them.

“I saw you looking all nervous and fixing your perfectly styled hair in that pond.” Kirin stated and pointed at the pond near the big tree. “You were even practicing your smile and you looked lovely.”

Airis felt her face became hot from embarrassment, she can't believe that he saw her doing that the first day she came to the palace.

“I thought that I would never see you again, so I was surprised when you were introduced as my sister's playmate.” Kirin put his hand over her shoulder and tugged her closer to him, making Airis rest her head on his shoulder.

“That day, I always came to this pond hoping I would see you and luck was by my side because you seemed to love this pond that you were always here during your free time.” Airis held Kirin's hand and played with his fingers as he continue to tell his story.

“I even remember the first time you had an argument with Cath!” Kirin uttered in excitement. “You came running here with tears in your eyes. That was also the first time I saw you cry. You don't know how much I wanted to comfort you.”

“So you fell for me at first sight. Quite the romantic, aren't we?” Airis teased and nudged his ellow bow but Kirin looked at her with eyes, so loving one could melt.

“Well, you could say that.” Airis buried her face in Kirin's chest that made him laugh.

“How could you say such a thing? Aren't you embarrassed?” Airis asked not looking up.

“Why would I even? If it's for you I could even tell the word how much you mean to me.Do you want me to?” Kirin stood up but Airis held her arm and pulled him down to seat.

“Stop it!” Airis giggled and hugged the person, she would even die for. Kirin stroke her hair as he whisper sweet nothings into her ear.

“I can't wait to marry you, Airis. I love you.”

“I love you too.” Kirin kissed her fiancé's forehead and Airis rested her head on Kirin's chest as they continue to gaze at the beautiful scenery in front of them.
