"T-the general is dead!!!" shout that demon with tears, echoing all over to that place

Shan suddenly stop his battle with cloth face. His face is pale and shock by that news,"you dare to spout some nonsense in front of my face, THERE'S NO WAY OUR GENERAL IS LOST AGAINST THAT LOWLY HUMAN!!!!" he shouts with a wrath voice

"It's true, captain. That human brat overwhelming him with such a ridiculous strength and speed of fighting skill! if you don't believe me...you may claim my head right after you see the truth for yourself" he kneeling with despair

Cloth face becomes clueless with their talking, as they speak in their language. They suddenly shouting and crying for as cloth face kinda grasp about what just happen right now, he dashes to the other men

"Hey!! Sven manages to slain their general!!" shout him with happy

"no way!" Andragoniz was shocked by this news

"No wonder that they are not put some fight, let us go to Sven now!" Galland orders his men

They heading to Sven's place with ease as the enemies have stopped their attacks and keep standing still like a pole with their shocking reaction

Just when they arrive, the enemies are all kneeling on the ground with despair. Sven aware of the arrival of his unit and he turns his head toward them, and he raises his right hand to the air with grabbing the general's head that covers with blood and dust... and he shouts happily with the loudest as he can.

"YEAH!! SVEN!!! YOU DID IT!!" they cheered with excited

Shan that just arrives a second ago was crying hard."General!"

"C-captain, what's your order? the enemies have received a reinforcement,... I think we should fall back" asks his subordinate

"Our men's morale has weak. If we continue to fight them, we will gain massive casualties"

Suddenly, they've heard a loud rampage that comes toward them, then they come out from that sea demons with force. It's a holy knight of purple or called purple knight named Sir Itagrav, the remnant holy knight from the last battle. He comes with his riders which is 5000 total of them, appear in front of Sven's unit and Captain Shan"

"Whose head is that?" asks him with glare

"This? it's their general. I kill them with my own strength" Sven replied

"You kill that demon general by yourself?? despite your recruit rank?" he surprises by Sven answer

"Yup, despite my recruit rank," Sven said

"that answer all the question of why these demons are not fighting back. You will be reward handsomely by the king!" he said with proud

One of the demons rise with fury and shout," let us avenge our general's death!! they are not many and we can win this"

"Forget it, our men have lost their will to fight, let alone to avenge our general's death. Besides, the general murderer seems to have the full recovery from all his wound for some reason and we can't fight the fresh reinforcement with our conditional state. We end this pointless battle now and return to our land. Will you accept that, o human?" ask Shan with shed his tears

"No way in heaven we will let you leave like that! we will kill you all until there's no demon who dare to invade our land. We will torture-" shout sir Itagrav with a nasty look but his word being disturbed by Sven's voice

"we will accept your retreat. As we also retreating from this battle" Sven said

"Who gives you a permission to do as you pleased??! No, we won't retreat. We will continue-"

"I SAID WE WILL RETREAT!!" he shouts angrily, even gives a fury looks to sir Itagrav, which makes him stunned

The terms are being agreed by the two forces as they slowly retreating and recollect their comrade corpses. Sven's unit acts as a WatchGuard if anything happens between them while doing some recollecting. And he saw the demons are carrying their general's dead body to the cart, but being disturb by Ordas and his men, then he went to them with fast.

"Hey, what's going on here?" Sven asks

"They tried to taking back our 'reward' to their homeland, so I try to stop them," Ordas said

"You baldie bastard, let go of my general's body!" Shan tries to take back his general but being held strongly by Ordas and he keeps slaps Shan's hand who his hand trying to approach him.

"reward that you mean... their general's corpse?"

"If so, then let them have it. There's no benefit for us after all" Sven said

"Oh, I have my right. I killed him, so I can freely decide whatever I want to do with it" Sven glaring at him. Ordas can't do anything and he throws that dead body with to the ground with force, sign of unagreed and leave that place

"You can claim his body," Sven said

"Why are you doing this? you can gain a huge bounty reward by selling him" asks him with weird

"What I want is to find a strong opponent, and your general is one of them. I have no interest in selling the dead body to gain a bounty reward. He is the truly a strong demon" Sven replied while his eyes looking at that corpse

"Who are you, human?"

"I'm... Sven... just Sven" he smiled

"You're strong, Sven. You're the first human who manages to defeat a demon general, you know." He said with lump his hand to that corpse and heave it to his shoulder

"Before you're leaving, answer my question" Sven suddenly ask

"Is it your own general act to do this attacking or there's someone who acts behind the stage?" Sven asks with curious

Shan silent for a moment and he says" there's a perpetrator in your homeland, not one, but many. The one who signs an agreement with us is the person who called Klein Vansgor, the man who ruling of Lorc territory. He's a general"

" I knew it! there's no reason for the demon, who are already have anything in this world, to attack a human, which have nothing but their greed. Only a small tribe would do such acts" he thinks

"It's for the information on about to locate the goddess clan place for living. He promises to us that he will tell us as soon as we manage to do a damage to Jega and will retreat after we saw a sight of their marching. In return, he will gain a reward by being a defender to this country, a saviour of humanity you could say," replied him

"Is that all? if yes, I want to leave right now" Shan asks him

"Ah, yes... and there's one more" he running toward his horse and open the package that clings on the left side of the horse. Then he tosses it to Shan. It's the General Fhartu's head

"that's your bonus reward for your cooperation. you may have it" Sven smile

"I, Shan Ro Yi, thank you for your generosity to your enemy. I shall remember this day. Farewell, Sven the human leader" Shan bid his farewell to Sven and leaving the battlefield with his remaining comrades

"Sven!!" a voice came from his back, and he turns his head to that voice

"Hmm, Godin??! what are you doing here?? if anyone finds out-" Sven become nervous if anyone finds out about their connection

"Hey, relax. There are still those demons who still collecting the dead bodies, see? besides, that's not the talk that I want to discuss,"

Luckily, their place is far than Sven's men guarding place, so they can talk without anyone notice.

Godin sit on the ground with his tired expression

"Nah... I'm nowhere close to those guys in Dark Symbols... even the generals are far richer than me...let alone for the commanders, their rich are unthinkable" Sven said with a sigh
