chapter i.5 – Burned walls

His lips on my nose… it was so soft. If only…. If only my mouth was placed on my nose instead…. I could’ve had a taste of his lips. That would be my first kiss then. From my first love.

I don’t care about the readers anymore! Yeah, you! You who’s reading this! Call me selfish!! But I am the main girl in this novel now! I don’t care on how many walls I have to break. How many world lines I have to cross just to be with him. Just to be his OTP.

I have always been alone. My parents never cared about me. Nor about my drawings and my stories. They just keep on fighting. Then they got divorced and remarried to someone else. I may be young but I know how much they don’t like me. I know how much my mom doesn’t want me. But she took me anyways.

She doesn’t care about me. No one does.

But my mom always calls me selfish for wanting them to be together again. I just want my family back.

That was when I stopped going out of my room. I only go outside of it when I need to go to school and buy something. All I have is my stories inside my head and my drawings.

It was fun. Being praised by people that I don’t even know in real life.

Which is why I hate reality. People on the internet couldn’t praise me enough. While everyone around me looks at me like I’m shit.

I keep on telling myself as I am hiding my face on my knees.

That’s when I met him.

“Your drawings are nice. And I like how this story goes. Keep it up!” He said.

And he would always like all of my posts about my story and drawings. Telling me how he liked it. How I am not published yet. How my page doesn’t have enough likes and attention.

That’s when he said “You need to be supported by a popular page.”

Then it came to me. “I should make a meme page!!!”
