Jiro's teeth started to get sharper. Yuudai's eyes widened up.
Was the person in his mind- "I know what you're thinking..." Jiro said, stopping his thoughts.
"...It took you a while to notice, but deep inside you already knew who I was." Jiro followed up.
"Everything went so great... The Solar System got turn back to normal... The oceans came back and plants grew back... " Jiro explained.
"You knew everything, but the citizens didn't. Because our Generation died off." Jiro followed up.
"You found a way to brainwash them, and you made them forgot about Solar System X, and all of that." Jiro continued.
"But you forgot us... And were in pure shock when you heard about Cellica being alive." Jiro said.
Yuudai looked down. "And about-" "Enough talking..." Yuudai interrupted Jiro.
Jiro held his katana tighter.
"...What you say won't change anything... It happened- " "He was my father..." Jiro interrupted Yuudai.
Yuudai's eyes widened up.
"...He failed his plan, so I need to be his succesor. He found out this special Kurenai, and evolved it into almost perfection..." Jiro followed up, as he grinned.
"...So, now it's my will, to become his succesor..." Jiro explained.
"... And Yuudai, you know one thing..." Jiro followed up, as his horns started to glow.
"...Heroes always get remembered, but you know legends never die!" Jiro shouted, as he suddenly charged Yuudai.
They both clashed, as the ground around them started breaking. Yuudai tried to swing his katana straight at him, but he missed. Jiro caught his arm, as he punched him in his stomach. Yuudai's eyes widened up as he coughed up blood. Jiro then spinkicked him, letting go of his hand. Jiro quickly followed up with another punch, flinging him into a wall. Lio charged from behind, trying to punch him. Jiro dodged and caught his fist.

"Do not interfere... Mortal!" Jiro shouted, as he snapped his arm.
Lio's eyes widened up. Sherman boosted himself and swung his fist, he punched Jiro in his chest, but Jiro didn't flinch.
"That tickles..." Jiro mumbled, as he punched him through another building, close to Yuudai.
Jiro threw Lio away, as he slowly walked to Yuudai. Suddenly a sniper bullet flied straight at Jiro, but he leaned back, dodging. He looked the way it came from, and it was Yamato who fired that from a distance. Jiro teleported behind Yamato, slamming him into the ground. Suddenly rockets flied Jiro's way, as Jiro noticed Yuzu, Zaine, Nobu, Fudo and Joey. They all attacked Jiro at the same time, but he dodged all their attacks.
He then caught Zaine's dagger between his fingers, throwing Zaine away. Fudo tried tackling him but Jiro jumped up, dodging. Joey tried a sneak attack but it failed, as Jiro caught his leg. He threw Joey away. Fudo tried punching him but Jiro uppercutted him away. Yuzu tried slicing him with her arm, but Jiro dodged and punched her arm off.
Yuudai slowly tried standing up, as she saw the rest being defeated. His eyes widend up as he saw Yuzu's arm being ripped off. Jiro grabbed Yuzu by her neck and then slammed her onto the ground, Yuzu tried standing up but Jiro put his feet on her neck.
"You piece of robotic shit..." Jiro said, as he grabbed a grenade, putting his finger on the pin.
Yuudai's eyes widened up more. The last thing Yuudai saw was Jiro's grin, and the grenade being unpinned by his finger.
Was this it?... No, he can't let this happen... Not after saving her like before. Yuudai charged to Yuzu.
Jiro dropped the grenade and teleported away. Yuudai started speeding up and grabbed Yuzu, the grenade blew up and the blast pushed Yuudai away, burning his back. They both rolled and after a while they stopped rolling.

"Y- Yuzu, are you all right?" Yuudai asked in shock.
Yuzu opened back her eyes.
"I- I am fine... But I cannot move anymore..." Yuzu said.
"Good, because I need you to stay here..." Yuudai said, smirking.
Yuudai slowly stood up, as he turned to Jiro. It slowly started to snow, the snow color was black. They both looked each other in the eye.
"The storm is almost here, will you defeat me in time?" Jiro said, grinning.
"Yes... Because you weren't the only one who was developing a new Kurenai..." Yuudai said, smirking.
"...My Kurenai, remember it's ability?" Yuudai asked.
"With the Kurenai of my mother I could absorb kurenai's, and with my fathers I could store them..." Yuudai followed up.
Jiro's eyes widened up.
"I haven't tried this yet... But it should work." Yuudai said, as he slammed his fist onto his hand.
He took a deep breath, as he closed his eyes.
"God's Ability...." He mumbled.
"RAINBOW KURENAI!" Yuudai shouted, as he opened his eyes, multiple colors were floating in his eye.
Jiro's eyes widened up. Yuudai had a glowing rainbow aura around him.
"HERE I COME!" Yuudai shouted, as he charged forward.
"God's Ability: Dual Solar Pistols!" Yuudai shouted, as he summond two pistols who were surrounded by fire.
He fired them straight at Jiro, Jiro dodged the bullets. Yuudai continued shooting until the mags were emtpy, he then drops the guns and swung his fist at him. Jiro blocked it. The clash blasted a burst of air around them, as the ground started shaking. Jiro tried tackling Yuudai, but Yuudai dodged it, then uppercutting him into the air.
"God's Ability: Bullet Curve Barrage!" Yuudai shouted, as he pointed with his finger at him, a sniper bullet flied out of it, curving and then splitting out.
The splitted bullets hit Jiro in the air and exploded. Yuudai boosted his legs.
"God's Ability: Lightspeed Barrage!!" Yuudai followed up, flying in lightspeed straight at Jiro, slamming him into the ground.
Jiro tried to stand up but Yuudai teleported infront of him and grabbed him by his neck.
"Now, time to finish this...." Yuudai mumbled, as he looked him in his eye.
"God's Ability: Kurenai Absorb!" Yuudai shouted.
Jiro's Kurenai started fading away. His eyes widened up, but then he grinned. When Jiro's kurenai was erased, Yuudai let go of him.
"The weather shall change any moment now... Just in time, because I met my limits." Yuudai said, as his Kurenai deactivated.
"It won't..." Jiro said, grinning.
"W- Why? You lost your Kurenai?" Yuudai replied.
"We still have one person left, and he just needs his other eye to continue the ritual... That would happen any moment now..." Jiro said grinning.
Yuudai's eyes widened up.
"I have to get there, now- !?" Just as he was talking he collapsed.
Jiro collapsed too.
"We both met our limits, our body is exhausted. We won't be standing up for a while..." Jiro explained...

I don't update it as often as I should, but there is a fair amount of content there already. It also contains a page with all the fanart, fan translations, audio books and the like - you can reach it directly by clicking this link. I have a patreon account for those kind people that want to give me money. It also contains info for those who want to donate via paypal. The story was originally posted on fictionpress, back in 2011. When I reached chapter 91, I started uploading the story to RoyalRoad, one chapter per day. The story will continue to be updated on fictionpress as well as here, and can be reached by clicking on this link if somebody is interested, though at this point there is nothing there that isn't also on RoyalRoad. ********************************** The cover you see on the side has been made by a fellow RoyalRoad user Sydorow.
