Ima opened her eyes, just to see that she is inside some room. She could hear someone in the back of the room.
"Oh, you awake?" Mekato said, turning.
"What happend?" Ima said, but suddenly she remembered.
"Wait, your back!" She said.
"It's fine, I bandaged it." He said.
"I'm sorry, for the trouble I've caused..." She said.
"...I shouldn't deserve this." She mumbled.
"No no! It's fine." Mekato quickly said, walking to the kitchen.
He grabbed a pan, eggs and cracked the eggs in the pan.
"I'll make some breakfast, you can look around if you want." He said.
"How does this apartment offer two sleeping rooms when you're the only one living here?" She asked as first.
"Thats because... Fudo and I lived together..." He said.
"Oh, again I'm sorry." She followed up.
"It's okay, you can ask those things." He said.
Ima grabbed a picture.
"You knew him when you were young too?" She said.
"We we're childhood friends." He said.
Ima saw a picture with Mekato, Fudo, a girl and another boy.
"Who are those?" She said.
"Those were my friends." He said.
"The boy in the picture is Tumotu, but he ended up... Forcing Fudo to his death..." He said.
"You worked with him?" He said.
"Yes, but he betrayed our team and left to The Fallen Vex." He said.
"The Fallen Vex, I have been there." She said.
He quickly turned to Ima.
"You did?" He asked.
"Yeah, I was in a capsule and they opened it, they were controlling our mind but I somehow got out of it." She said.
"You were the only one there?" He said.
"No, I was with the Black Scorpion and a boy with black, long hair was with us, probably Tumotu." She said, pointing at Tumotu on the picture.

"Wait! Check your clothes!" He said.
"W-What?! Why!?" She said. Mekato noticed what he said, blushing.
"N-not like that! There might be a GPS tracker on you!" He said quickly.
She ran out of the room and checked her clothes, Mekato closed his eyes.
"I found it!" She shouted, putting her clothes back on.
There was a GPS tracker in the form of a spider on her back.
"Good job, but they now know that we found out. They are probably gonna attack any moment." He said.
"We'll have to leave the apartment as soon as possible- !" Suddenly the door gets kicked open.
"Mekato! Is Ima there!?" Lio shouted.
"I thought she wanted me dead!" He followed up.
Ima grabbed a knife and ran, but Mekato grabbed her arm.
"Don't..." He said.
"If you go now, he'll try to kill you." Mekato followed up.
She let out a sigh, and then hid under the bed.
"Lio? She isn't here..." Mekato said.
Lio walked to him. "Are you sure?" He asked, again.
"Mekato I am sorry..." Ima mumbled, she charged out of the bed, activating her Kurenai, he kicked Lio out of the room, out of the apartment into a wall.
"You liar..." Lio mumbled.
Mekato and Ima ran outside and jumped out of the apartment, ending up infront of Lio.
"So you lie to your entire squad for a person you don't even know!" Lio shouted.
"I indeed don't know her, but I know enough to find out that you're the bad person." He said. Lio grinned.
"Fine... If you want to try and kill me..." Lio activated something, the earth started to shake.
He appeard with 6 wings, three on both sides. He opened his eyes and he got a golden Kurenai.
"...Come get me." He said, grinning.
They both looked shocked.
"H- How?" Ima said.

"I got Dad's Kurenai Blessing, and that gave me this." He said.
"Well..." She mumbled.
"You don't deserve it!" She shouted, summoning her chainsaw and charging to him.
Mekato activated his Kurenai too.
"You betrayed your own sister!" He said, charging straight to Lio too.
They tried attacking but Lio teleported everywhere, dodging all their attacks.
"You call that power?!" He shouted.
"If you can't even beat me, what good are you against Tumotu?!" He shouted.
"You aren't the one allowed to talk! You have no right to talk about Tumotu!" He shouted.
"If you would've been stronger you could've saved Fudo!" He shouted.
"Shut up..." He mumbled.
"What? I can't hear you- !" "I said shut up!" He shouted, teleporting infront of him.
He started kicking and punching him from any side, then uppercutting him into the air. He teleported next to Lio, grabbing his leg and throwing him back down. Lio flied into the ground. The smoke covered everything, but then Lio teleported behind Mekato.
"What?!- !" As Mekato turned he got kicked straight to Ima, they both hit the wall.
"If this continues we'll end up dead..." Ima said.
"I've got an idea." She said.
"Explain." He said. She grabbed his hand, and they looked eachother in the eyes.
"Wait, what are you- " "Not like that! I am just grabbing a little portion of your Kurenai, so we can combine our powers." Ima said, their hearts started to sync.
"That's better." Ima said.
"It is!" Mekato followed up.
"Now let's get him!" Ima said, they both charged.
Attack symmetrical from both sides, making it impossible to block or dodge. Ima clashed her chainsaw with his sword. He noticed Lio whispering something, and when he was smiling. Lio droppped his sword, as the chainsaw hit him. Ima looked shocked, did he get him? There was blood on her chainsaw, so he hit him. Lio dissapeard suddenly. They both had blood on eachother, but was it his blood. They weren't wounded, so it must be Lio's. They both stopped their Kurenai.
"Did we get him?" Mekato asked.
"I don't know, I think so." She said, showing the blood on her chainsaw.
"The chainsaw had poision on it, so either he is dead or is dieing." She said.
"Good to know. Now we can continue with what we were planned." He said.
"What were you planning?-"
"Leaving the city." He said quickly after she finished.
"Let's go." Mekato said.
"Sure." She followed up, ended up walking into the woods and leaving the city.
Mekato was still impressed of the technique they used...

"Operation Black Scorpion is going great, sir." The man in the labcoat said to Tumotu.
"All right, how many are there alive?" He asked.
"No casualties, sir." The man replied.
"Good to know, we can almost activate the plan and start an frontal assault on the upcoming cities-" Harime kicked the door open, she no more had curly hair and she had a red cape.
"We got a problem, from the old mines! Corrupted are climbing up from every side there is!" She quickly said.
"W-what?! Corrupted?!" He shouted.
"Go for code green, right now!" Tumotu said to the man in the lab coat.
The man saluted and ran off, pressing on a green button. In the far north of the continent a mountain opened its mouth, and an aircraft carrier came out of the mountain, sliding into the ocean. Minato lies real close to water, so with this they will be able to attack their city of corrupted.
"Everyone on board!" Tumotu shouted. Ready for a naval and air invasion on Minato.

Note: Sadly, all things must come to an end and Volume 1 has been officially completed. Since I have now published the whole volume on amazon and enrolled it into KDP select, I can no longer keep the book uploaded on other platforms as per their requirements. Apologies for the inconvenience. If, by any chance, you'd like to support me there, you can find the book here: https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B07MRDFR7V What do you do when life‘s got you hunched on the ground, crying and screaming for your mother? When negativity and black humor is the only entertainment you‘re getting? You run away to a different world, of course! And it just so happened that one such world was available and open for the downtrodden and distraught. Alternative Reality - a virtual reality platform with a suspiciously unoriginal name, already established as the most life-like experience one could spend their time on and Luke had plenty of time to spare. Now? He’s more than just Luke, the social outcast. Now, he’s also Wail - a lunatic magician who plays with fire without the mental aptitude or sense of responsibility necessary to safely handle it. Add in a petty and spiteful character and the conditions for mayhem are fully satisfied. Join now and witness his adventures, while the world around burns with more than a bit of fault falling upon his downward sloping shoulders. Disclaimer! The book contains morally ambiguous choices, violence, arson, vandalism, unnecessarily satirical portrayal of religious zealotry, profanity, background forced labor that looms dangerously close to slavery and much, much more.

After three centuries, post-industrial civilization threatens to shatter. Megacorporations accrue enormous power by linking together nations turned insular in the aftermath of yesterday's global multilateralism; a reinvigorated United Nations threatens the crumbling sovereignty of state by enforcing human rights independently of member nations, and the UN and others patrol for mass destruction technologies in the ever-accelerating, ever-democratizing arms race. Another environmental collapse looms, visions of the last haunting memories and consciences of the lower and middle classes around the globe. That is the reality that virtual child Colton is rehabilitated into. A system shock, a brave new world and above all a regurgitation. Rescued from being a tool in cyberspace and grown a new body, Colton couldn't care less about the new meatspace world. He wants to go back, back to the electronic glow that was his home. - - - - This is a MyNoWriMo entry. Lesser known than NaNoWriMo, MyNoWriMo takes place in January and is otherwise exactly the same. The goal is to finish this as quickly as possible and then possibly circle back and tidy things up. In the meantime there'll be no editing and helter-skelter story planning since I didn't do it beforehand :/

The Blackgloom Bounty
In the dark days before the end of the first millennium, Scotland (or Scotia as some called it) was a leaderless hodgepodge of tribes, clans and warring factions all bent on the same thing--domination of the land. Wizards, sorcerers and magicians still plied their trade, though much of their power had given way to the machinations of men and their war machines. To the south of Scotia lay the realm of the Saxons ruled by Ethelred the Unready and his ruthless minions. To the west, Ireland had just come of age. Everywhere else the constant threat of a lightning swift Viking incursion loomed over the land.Growing up in this lawless world is a displaced Daynin McKinnon, heir to an ancient familial keep on the island of Rhum. He and his grandfather Ean scratch out a living amongst the Saxons, careful never to divulge their clan heritage. That all changes when Kruzurk Makshare chooses Daynin as the ideal prospect to help him bring down a vile sorcerer named The Seed of Cerberus, ferreted away in his impregnable fortress at Blackgloom. Little does Kruzurk know that in so doing, he will launch young Daynin, himself and others on a vast, dangerous quest that no one could have foreseen. *****One Hollywood producer has dubbed this three book fantasy epic from Jon Baxley as, "BRAVEHEART meets THE LORD OF THE RINGS." Real places, people and events flesh out this fast moving, multi-faceted semi-historical series but fear not fantasy readers. There's more than enough of the magical, mystical mayhem you have come to expect from great fantasy. Romance readers, too, will enjoy the 'spice' in these characters--and there are a lot of them--both human and otherwise. And if you're into Viking lore, this series certainly is for you. When someone asks the author about his series, he answers with, “There were far more surprises in this tale than I ever expected and it's not over yet! Dazai x reader - sleeping beauty
So I've got a lot to say: This is a slowly progressing romance, Dazai x reader of course! Oops spoiler (๑>◡Also, I'm focusing more on the plot/ character development for the time being, so don't expect too much mushy stuff. (I don't paragraph space between quotes in fan fictions or else it would be waaaay too long because I tend to write a lot... so all you grammar nazis, just know I did this intentionally)I had a lot of fun writing it, so I hope you like it!
