《I can summon my past lives》23- A meal like no other. -END OF BOOK 01-

The dark prison and everyone inside it found themselves burned to ashes without really understanding what was happening.
The Reincarnation Lords and Kings resurrected promptly and Damon reversed time.
O'Neil was beyond words. His only shred of hope was annihilated before he could do anything. He needed Damon to stay in the prison until he found a way to truly kill him, perhaps ask for help with the other leaders.
Against all odds, the other leaders had come, but instead of helping, they made it worse.
Now that Damon was free to leave there was no way they could contain him if he wasn't in a controlled environment.
Athos, Xerxes and Elamys now had serious looks as they witnessed the way that Damon reconstructed his dragon body.
"Hey, hey, hey. I'm not dreaming am I? Is that the Time Dao?" Athos said with disbelief showing on his face.
Xerxes finally looked even more serious than usual, "No. You are not dreaming."
Elamys then completely disappeared from where she was standing. Soon, her aura was nowhere to be found in the entire Underworld. She only left behind these words : " I was never here. Good luck to you all."
Athos snorted and Xerxes shook his head. The former was feeling anger and the latter was disappointed in Elamys.
"What a wuss! Seriously, is she even the almighty leader of the High Heaven? An 11th rank Dao Being was scared so easily. Who would've guessed?" Said Athos.
Xerxes pondered for a moment and said, "There's no need to fight anymore. The situation has evolved beyond our limits. The current wielder of the Star Blood has the Dao of time. I'd say we're screwed. We either bow our heads to him and hope we can be pardoned or just go down fighting. Even I feel a little bit afraid of dying. Don't you?"

Athos's brain was trying to find a way out of the situation, but nothing came to mind other than abdicating. He couldn't tolerate being the lackey of another. Anything but that. He'd rather die.
Xerxes knew him well and sympathized with him. He thought, "Is this how I die? Sigh, I hope that dutiful son doesn't look for revenge. The Virtuous Lion Plains will be in his hand from now on." He was ready for the eventuality of death.
Damon had become so strong after ingesting so many powerful bloodlines and souls that he started to feel drunk with power. Nonetheless, his greed and gluttony became stronger than ever their intensity taking over his mind. All he knew was that he had to keep eating and eat, eat, eat…and something was calling for him, like a beacon in treacherous seas.
Damon felt that the beacon was the source of more power than these little Reincarnation Lords could ever give him no matter how many times he ate them.
Damon looked at the terrified lords and Kings, he looked up to see the red haired man and white lion and his dragon face showed a hint of disdain. It seemed none of them were worth his time anymore. He had another more alluring target.
Damon teleported right into the inside of the beacon. He realized that the beacon was only the residual energy released by something much more potent.
He opened his gigantic dragon mouth and sucked it all in. The further he descended the more the energy became pure. Star after star appeared on his body, and these stars were more powerful than Jil, the Blood Emperor, could've ever wished to have.
He now really looked like a starry sky. The white that was on the dragon had now disappeared and the Star Blood took all the place. The little bloodline from the dragon that was left had been eaten and mutated to new heights.

When he reached the soul crystal mine below that was thirteen times bigger than his now 9000 meters long body, he bit down on it and swallowed a chunk several kilometers long.
That action made him instantly comprehend the Complete Dao of Devouring.
How?
Because now his soul was so strong that the Daos practically came to him of their own volition as if they couldn't wait to be chosen.
The level his soul had reached allowed him to subconsciously connect with everything in his vicinity and beyond, and since the Daos were everywhere, they didn't escape his reach.
Then came the Complete Dao of Reincarnation. Since he was in the Underworld, it was understandable that it would be the next Dao to be gained.
As he ate the soul crystals, his soul and body became stronger and stronger.
His current realm was unknown.
...and his current state of mind was also unknown. With how far his gluttony had corrupted his mind, could he even come back to his normal self?
A new entity then soundlessly arrived in the Underworld. His arrival went unnoticed by all the powerhouses.
It was Chronos who still looked as young as ever.
He stayed there and looked down below at the gigantic black dragon gorging itself with mountains of soul crystals.
"It seems my plan backfired. Gosh, I was only mad at him for choosing suicide over us as I thought he was the only one who had the power to protect our home. But, it's a good thing that I later realized that I was also capable of protecting our home since I also inherited that power from him." Chronos said as he felt sadness deep within him.
Another silhouette appeared right next to Chronos. It was a young man who was half white half black, a mulatto like Chronos. His dreadlocks fluttered to an invisible wind.
It was Junior, the son of the {Keeper of Stories}, Anansi. He said, "Only my father can help him now. What will you do? You said that you'll never involve yourself further in this life of his. If you do not involve yourself, there's no future for anyone. I'm sick of always seeing myself end up in his stomach. There's no escaping it. He'll eat every possible timeline and future, everything will end in his stomach. It's become tiring to try and save as many timelines as we can. Why bother since they'll end up in his stomach anyway."
"Let's wrap this up." Said a determined Chronos.
"Hoo, it's rare to see you break your own rules. You'd rather die...oh well, do you need help?" Junior's voice was a little higher than usual.
"[System Reset]." Chronos' voice was heard inside Damon's mind like rumbling thunder.
The dragon stopped eating and then looked up at the one who had dared to interrupt.
It instantly gained the Domains {Wrath} and {Pride}...
