《I can summon my past lives》07- Unhinged

"How can I use gravity to kill these beasts?" Damon contemplated silently.
Ultimately he decided to take to the skies. The wolves looked at him, bewildered at a loss of what to do.
The yellow bar direwolf then jumped in the sky and was in front of him in a split second, ready for a clash.
Damon panicked and instinctively activated his gravity powers to push the Foundation Establishment wolf into the opposite direction.
The wolf yelped as the pushing force was great. When it finally violently hit the ground, it had lost 20% of its life by the time it stopped rolling on the ground.
"So the color bars diminish to show how much is needed to kill them..." remarked Damon Kaze.
As if he knew what to do, he held both palms open in front of him. Next, the remaining 25 direwolves started floating in the air.
When they reached a height that Damon found acceptable, he changed the flow and intensity of the gravity. He used the highest intensity that he could muster.
The direwolves then violently smashed on the ground, breaking their bones and the weakest dying on the spot.

All the Level 1 Mana condensation died on the spot.
The direwolves were then brought to the sky again, only to be smashed to the ground again.
Seeing its pack being decimated, the Alpha direwolf started running from its far away place to kill Damon before more died.
Over and over again, the cycle repeated itself.

But it suffered the same fate as its brethren as Damon decided to split his attention into two and give the Alpha the same treatment as its pack.
"Hehe. This is fun. Gravity is a really dangerous thing. I got the feeling that I've only touched on the tip of the iceberg on some of its uses." Damon said.

{Oath breaker}
{Tribulation Chaser}
{Blood Emperor}
"Dang it! No {Empyrean Artificer}. The {Blood Emperor} even came back. System, you knew I needed the {Empyrean Artificer}. Are you kidding me? " Damon said, completely defeated.

Mad Pill looked at the choices and gave his opinion, "That {Oath Breaker} doesn't seem trustworthy. I am more interested in the {Tribulation Chaser}. Never heard of anyone who sought tribulation lightning for cultivation. As for the { Blood Emperor} It's up to you."
Damon wanted a second opinion. He turned to Jata who said, "Either is fine, you'll end up unlocking them eventually. What we need now is a skilled Artificer."
Damon shrugged his shoulders and made his choice.
"System, I choose {Tribulation Chaser}."
[Understood.]
The same circle and the same black sphere appeared around him.
Then it ended to reveal a man with incisive features. His soulbody was entirely blue and released tendrils of lightning with him as the center.
Before Damon was electrocuted for good, Jata reacted quickly and pulled him out of the lightning tendrils' range.
The lightning felt like some chaotic primeval energy and the first floor of the tower was showing signs of being incapable to contain it.
"Since when has there been such a thing as a System? Have I been dead for so long that heresy like this is allowed to exist? How is that called cultivation? It's worse than the golden spooned children of Gods who have to do nothing ever since their birth and gain powers beyond their comprehension." A voice that sounded like nails scratching on a chalkboard came out of the lightning.
It seemed the new arrival had read Damon's entire memory already.
Jata Akil put Damon behind him and said, "Retract your lightning. This treasure can't contain you."
"Or what?" The voice said.
"I'll make you." Jata as he put a barrier on Damon and started approaching.
The voice then said, "I saw you stopping time earlier to retrieve that boy. Let me enlighten you..."
A pale faced Jata found that a figure had appeared in front him punching him in the face. He could see it...he could stop time...but the fist still moved towards his face.
The fist connected with the face...space cracked...the first floor shuddered.
In a desperate attempt not to lose the first clash, Jata went all out.
He turned into a huge white ten eyed dragon that looked lifelike while he was being punched.
But still...he was sent flying anyway.
Mad Pill and Damon had only seen the aftermath. They had never seen the man move. They only saw him where he was now and that Jata was missing.
"Guess what! I am faster than time itself." the voice said.
Damon wanted to see the man's face but there was still too much lightning to see anything.
ROAR
A dragon's roar was then heard.
In the next second, a gigantic white dragon appeared, headbutting the bundle of lightning and the man inside it.
And then the bundle of lightning was flung away.
The ten eyed white dragon then turned back into the normal Jata Akil.
He looked carefree as if the problem had been resolved.
"Tch...what a poser. Let's see if you can come back from that." said Jata.
"What have you done to him?" Mad Pill dared to ask after seeing that the bundle of lightning in the sky showed no sign of moving. To be frank, he didn't want another arrogant reincarnation in the team as Jata was already enough.

"I imprisoned him with a temporary sealing rune. Until the timer stops, he will relive the same moment over and over with no way of getting out. A Time Loop if you want a name for it." Jata said. He then turned to Damon and said, "You should have got the third soulpoint by now after summoning this troublemaker. Redeem them for another Requiem Soul. Let's see if we're lucky this time."
"System, I want to redeem my three soulpoints."
[Understood]
[Choose one of the following 3 choices.]
{Black Fang}
{Godslayer}
{Empyrean Artificer}
"System. You know which one."
[There must be vocal confirmation.]
"{Empyrean Artificer}"
A circle and a black sphere appeared around him.
When it was over, a yellow light that looked holy appeared on the entire first floor.
A white man with illusory wings on his back appeared. His long white hair fluttered to the wind. His yellow eyes seemed to be able to pierce through your soul and see your sins.
The man seemed to have an eternal playful smile on his face, he said "I can recognize this unholy stench anywhere. This is the Scarlet Multiverse."
"It is indeed. How may we address you?" Jata didn't take the insult to heart as he knew that Empyreans were incredibly prideful at heart.
"I only have one name, Atlan. Now, tell me...I remember I sacrificed myself in the Devil war. My body and soul were obliterated by Hellfire, so can you explain how my soul could survive such a thing? How am I here?" Atlan asked.
"Devil war? You were alive during the Devil war?" Jata said, dumbfounded. He thought he was the oldest of them all, but it seemed there was someone older than him by a huge margin.
"Well, I died then. You seem to be shocked, why?" Atlan inquired.
"Well, there's no one alive now who was alive then. It's a long, long time ago. What I know is just hearsay...it seems the Empyreans won the war and killed all the Devils after paying a huge price...then they went into seclusion and when they came out, they started imitating the devils and conquering the Multiverses for some reason. As we speak, five of the twelve Multiverses are in the hands of the Empyreans." Jata said.
Atlan was frowning, "Something terrible must've happened to our King. There's no way he would've allowed that conduct. We were peaceful people even if our ancestors had an enmity with the Devil race since times immemorial."
"Hehehihihi...peaceful people you say?" The Lightning man who had just come out of the seal said. He continued in a maddened state, "Your people forced me to watch as they killed my wife and daughter. I can still remember their smiling faces. When they were done torturing me they threw me into the tribulation core to be roasted with tribulation lightning forever since they weren't strong enough to kill me with their strength. I had accepted being captured and sealed because they had caught my family while I wasn't home. Until the end I still held onto the belief that they would let my family go. And you say that you were peaceful people? At least the Devils were true to themselves, they didn't hide behind a facade."
"I am...sorry for what was done to you." Atlan said.
"You think I care about your empty excuses? Do you know how many people were in my shoes back then? Even now? Last time, I managed to sneak into your Godking's chambers and slaughtered him along with his successors...But I still felt empty, so I turned my anger on every Empyrean I saw until I was put down by a cocky brat who wielded the Devilslayer sword, the Saint Son of the empyreans they called him. Now that I am back, I will kill every Empyrean I see until there's no more. Starting with you..." He said as he disappeared from where was to arrive in front of Atlan.
Atlan waved his hand with a speed that matched the lightning man and countless yellow swords appeared in front of him to block while countless others were circling around to stab at the lightning man.
A blue punch collided with millions of swords in a deafening boom.
The lightning man retreated.
More and more yellow swords chased after him and every stab he got, the lightning around him became less and less.
The lightning man roared creating a world of lightning in five hundred meters radius. It looked like a blue world or sphere that nothing could penetrate…
...but the yellow swords that moved at the speed of light cut through the blue world as if it was nothing and went in the middle to search for the lightning man.
Suddenly, the blue world collapsed and a figure impaled by multiple yellow swords appeared falling towards the ground.
Atlan willed his swords to bring back the man before him, he said "You're about to die, any last words?"
"Go f**k yourself." The lightning man whose body only emitted sparks said.
"Would it console you if I said that I will personally see to it that the Empyreans pay for their misdeeds?" Atlan said.
"No. I would never believe a word you say." The man said.
As Atlan was about to deliver the deathblow, Jata stopped him, "Don't bother. If you kill him he might be revived soon. Better keep him in a sealed state."
"Is he like me? Someone who has been revived?" Atlan asked.
"Yes." Jata said.
Damon then approached after seeing that it was safe to do so, he said "You should read my memories. Then you'll understand everything."
Atlan put his hand on Damon's forehead and then closed his eyes. A second later he had finished.
"I see. Fate is really fickle. Look at this situation, this man will always try to kill me no matter what we do. I only see one way out for him since he can't be killed." Atlan said.
Mad Pill then asked, "What do you have in mind?"
Atlan smiled, "He'll have to fuse with Damon and I know just how to make that happen."

I have so much planned for this that it should be fun and entertaining for readers who enjoy the LitRPG genre as much as I do. Please join me as I recount the tale of a man who becomes a legend — both in-game and out of it. I plan to attempt a weekly update schedule. Upload Sunday evening(for me). Warning! This story will involve some amount of cussing to help add some realism and some insinuated sex that will fade to black the moment the fun begins. I am hoping to mostly keep this Rated PG-13 with maybe a few Chapters going rated-R due to language.

Ars Magica
Our vision comes back into focus. Our eyes, while being able to perceive the immediate surroundings, still leave us with our minds uncomprehending towards what is actually occurring. Sure, there are definitive things that we can focus on, like the fact that we're either out upon the open sea or the open ocean, there not being much of a difference with no land in sight, as well as the fact that we appear to be upon a haphazardly constructed metal boat, whose seams are barely able to keep a hold of themselves in the crashing waves. However, that does not let us understand what exactly is causing the waves in the first place. If we were to rewind time, we'd find ourselves upon a calm sea under a peaceful sky with the only difference, being a small whirlpool that would be the precursor towards this uproar around the boat. Lightning flashes in the sky, with no clouds being near, and anyone actually manning the boat has either died towards the cause of the smashing tides in the first place, or are fighting amongst the flashes of lightning, all while trying not to become devoured, demolished, and utterly decimated by the beast roiling in the whirling waves. To better understand exactly what is happening here, there is one singular event that needs to be understood, that needs to be explained, and that is the arrival of a creature named Dave. Stepping back from current events and going towards this creature's first appearance in the world, we begin to hear the sound of water slowly dripping across rocky ground. The cavern is utterly silent except for this one constant, its cause feeding channels downwards, sloping towards cracks in the rubble along the floor from broken stalagmites and stalactites. And there, lying on top of something which had fallen over recently, judging from its cracks, is a person, the creature named Dave. His form is fast asleep, either from the impact or from an intoxication, judging from the smell upon its breath. A bright light suffuses into it for a second, giving life towards the pale skin, before it slowly dies down back to the comfortable black of the cave that it's within. Before this moment in time, Dave did not exist in the physical world. At least, not in the reality that he finds himself born into. We do not know whether or not his existence is simply a cosmic joke, or something that is being played out on purpose. All that we do know, is that one moment, the body was not in the cave, and simply formed in the next. The actual earliest time that we know Dave exists, is the interpolation of the memories of J-209, which we'll begin looking into shortly to gain context towards the coming narrative that is being written and hastily trying to keep itself written. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Warning: This story has several things which might turn its readers away. The first is that this story has shifting points of perspective. Don't worry about that previous sentence too much though, as the main character will always have a first person perspective associated with them. However, any other character from which we're viewing the story from will either be in third-person, as we are not necessarily in their shoes at the moment, or in first person, given that the narrator is an actual physical presence within the story. For the most part, chapters will be self-contained with their perspectives, so there will not be an abundance of switching perspectives within the same chapter. The most that an average reader would have to worry about is the fact that perspectives can switch between chapters. The second thing is that the main character is a bit on the 'special' side of things. He's not exactly mentally there most of the time, so there will be some times that his personality or his thoughts do not actively align with his actions. The third, and final thing of importance, is the fact that past the first couple of chapters, nothing has been planned in advance. There are arcs and plots that I want to do, want to implement, or have already been set into motion from our main character's introduction to the world, but the method that I use for my story writing and generating leads towards a bit more random chance being enabled. Basically...there's a lot of dice rolling behind the scenes. To not complicate the story further than its regular LitRPG elements, the rolls will not be publicly available. However, there will be knowledge within the author's notes on whether or not there were positive or negative critical rolls that had occurred within the chapter. You have been warned. Updates: Mondays & Fridays (Schedule permitting) Typical Chapter Length: (2,000-3,000)

Monstrous Path
This story is both dark and lighthearted, it will have a lot of deaths and gore scenes but not just for the sake of being edgy or something like that. Every being comes from someone’s life — a womb, an egg, the world, a God, and from itself. Then what about me? I came from a container, so what does that make me? Am I still a being? “I do not know — I want to understand — why?” This was my driving force to live when I opened my eyes, I had no need for food, I only needed to satiate my curiosity. But as I learned early on, life was not as simple as it seemed. Note: The Characters in this world would always have a reason for living, and the world moves not just because of the MC. This would also have a lot of tearjerking scenes (or so I would hope) Culture, Race, Government, and Language can and will be different and though some Races like Elves and Dwarves are present, please do not think that they are the same as every other.
