As members from the Blackburn guide stood tall, with their eyes filled with anger and bloodlust. They had just heard the absolute confirmation that they were being poison and that their fellow friends, guide members, their family members were murder in cold blood by the Lion guide. Just one word and every single one of them would charge at the Lion guide and take their head.

“How did you know ?” Sebastian said, he was obviously furious as he said those words.

“Let’s just say we owe some old friends of mine a thank you. It was too easy after we got the news, just a little espionage and we found out that you were buying an abnormal amount of Atropa Belladonna or nightshade as you call them, all we have to do is to buy enough antidotes. You were so sure that we were going to be killed that you didn't even notice we had bought a large amount of them, didn't you”. Richard said.

Sebastian then started laughing again, “Indeed you surprised me with this. But I am no foul, I always have a plan B”. With a snap of his finger, all the dancers and singers that were ‘hired’ for the wedding ceremony, pulled out their weapons and, mainly crossbows, surrounding the Blackburn guide members and family, they were mercenaries that the Lion hired.

Right now, the number of soldiers from the Lion guide were three times the number that of the Blackburn guide.

“No matter what Richard, we are still much more influential and of course much richer than your guide. Your fate was sealed the moment you stepped foot in this ceremony. This is the end !” As Sebastian finished his words, one of his soldiers vomited and dropped to the ground. Everyone watched in amazement, as three quarters of Sebastian’s army suffered the same symptoms, fell to the ground, losing any power they had.

“What the fuck have you done ?” Sebastian yelled at Richard. Richard in response did not say a word as he himself was also surprised at what was happening.

“Karma is a bitch I guess,” Geralt said. And then a voice was heard.

“Who is Karma and why is she getting all the credit ?” Kyle walked out. “Hello old friends of mine, we met again” he said as calmly stepped toward Richard and the Blackburns side.

Right behind him was Liam, Allan, Luna and Maria, who was wearing a waitress uniform and holding the middle finger up high as she walked past Alexander and Sebastian.

Alexander with shock in his eyes mumbled “ The ..the waitress from before”.

“So did you listen to our warning huh, thank you, I thought we were gonna have to do it on our own” Allan spoke to Richard.

“And I see that you kept your promise to help us without or without us, I am truly grateful.” Richard replied.

“Who are you, why did you do it, how did you ?” Alexander asked.

“So should I tell them or should you Maria, you were the one who did the final killing blow after all” Kyle said. “My pleasure, Kyle,” Maria replied.

“After our meeting with the Blackburns, Kyle got the idea, I guess you could say to fight poison with poison. He asked me to come with him because of my medical expertise and something caught both our eyes. There were Gelsemium plants here, it could be used for medical reasons but also famous for being used as poison with a high enough dose, and Kyle was very familiar with it as from where he came from, it was quite popularly used in that way. Days of buying and collecting Gelsemium in nearby woods and more days just to get the purest amount of toxic. We might not get enough to kill you all in one blow, but it was more than enough to take care of most of your army of course” Maria said, her eyes looking extra sinister at that moment.

“And the rest could not be easier, we easily infiltrate the wedding, acting like mercenaries or like me and Luna, just by some sweet talk with our big beautiful eyes, and we were in. Honestly, putting the poison in your foods and drinks was the most satisfying thing I myself have done, especially for what you were trying to do to me, PIGS” Maria continued, this time looking straight at Alexander.

“Damn girl” Luna said. Luna and the others looked at Maria with a little bit of surprise on their faces. Even Kyle was not expecting it.

“I am surprised that you both are still standing, Maria must have put out a lot of poison in your drink, but you still seem to be well enough” Kyle said.

“We got our fair share of getting poison ourselves, as a result a small dose of weak ass poison like that won’t gonna affect us” Sebastian said.

“Very impressive young man, I am guessing that you were the mastermind behind all of this, am I wrong ?” Sebastian looked at Kyle with eyes that just screamed out the word ‘kill’.

Kyle looked straight back at his eyes, focus, cold and deathly as a replied, with a smirk on his face, Kyle answered “Well I can’t take all the credit, Allan here was the one who started it all, I am just the one who show them the way”, “Oh again, who is this Karma lady you guy were talking about ?” Kyle and the other burst out a good laugh.

“Now you could do this the easy way, putting your weapon down and surrender yourself or we could end you right here and now” Liam said.

Those Sebastian and Alexander did not get affected by the poison, not everyone ,who was still standing, was as lucky as them. Sebastian and Alexander looked at each other then looked back at those who were standing behind them and nodded.

“10000 gold for anyone who hands me that black hair bastard’s head” Alexander yelled as all of the Lion guides immediately rushed toward their enemies.

“Remember what I taught you ” Kyle spoke to Geralt. Geralt nodded his head and his eyes were already dead focused on Alexander.

Richard, Liam, Kyle and Geralt led the way, they headed the Lion guide army straight on. Luna, Maria stayed at the back firing arrows and supporting everyone else. Allan stayed next to Rose becoming her personal bodyguard, casting his Sun Strike at anyone who even came close to them.

Most of the Lion guide army was affected by the Gelsemium poison and already on their edge of death, many of the rest were suffering from symptoms. Right at that moment, the Blackburns guide army was more than twice the number of the Lion’s. Not to mention that they were already highly motivated to kill the Lion guide, and just like what Kyle said before, when a man fight for something more than himself, more than money or glory, when he fight for someone that matter to him, for the fellow soldiers that fighting next to him, he will become stronger, faster, tougher than ever before.

The Lion guide army fought because they had to, they were ordered to do so, they were paid to do so. While the Blackburn guide members and army wanted to do so, they for themself and for those who had fallen before them. With everything against them from the start, it was no surprise that the Lion army was massacred.

“They had their chances, no mercy and took no prisoners” that was what Richard and Kyle yelled. Following their lead, the Blackburns army easily overpowered the rest of the poisoned Lion guide army. Kyle and Liam fought side by side and back to back, Liam blocked the attack and Kyle countered with his deadly and precise attacks. Any wound they received was healed by Maria in the back who was focusing just on them. Luna fired arrows killing any enemy range attackers that tried to hide, in the end no one escaped her vision.

And then there were two, Sebastian and Alexander was the only one who was standing.

“Stop this nonsense you two, it’s over” Kyle said “You don’t have to die too”.

“You better off killing us right now, because there is no way we are going to surrender,” Sebastian said, his eyes still filled with strength and fury.

“That is exactly what I was hoping for, Alex, how about we finish this off like man” Geralt said out loud, aiming at Alexander Leon. “Come on Alex, fight me one on one, tell you what if you win we will let you and your father go”. Richard tried to tell him to stop but Kyle held his hand up stopping him and said “Don’t worry my friend, that man right there will destroy that little brat”. And with absolute confidence in Kyle eyes, Richard nodded and shout out loud

“Come on my son, show him no mercy, I know you can do it !”

Everyone stepped back and made some room for the fight that was about to happen.
