Have you ever seen squares ?
Let me give you a quick description of your normal, average and quite regular square.
A two-dimensional geometrical figure, which is quadrilateral. All of it's sides are equal, parallel to their opposite side, and the sides which they are not parallel to are perpendicular to them.
Do you have a mental image of what a square is, now ? Good.
Squares are ridiculous. Mark my words. They are.
But they are not only ridiculous. They're glitchy, too.

They have internal symmetry
Not any symmetry too. Not your regular reflectional (or axial) symmetry at all.
It has rotational symmetry. It is rotationally symmetric to itself at it's center point (the point wherein it's two diagonals bisect).
How do you regularly call rotational symmetry ? Dunno. Don't care, really. Look it up if you're curious, google's your only friend, since you're a f'in' loner.

The method that ancient people used seems to utilize human sacrifice as an offering to Gods. But hey, now we know that Gods exist, and more importantly Their whereabouts. If the ancient people used human sacrifice as the toll to open the portal. Then, we the modern people could simply use some sort of mini-sized black hole with specific coordinate to force this hidden life-form come to this world. Fundamentally, we just needed to mimic the portal that Gods himself open to answer their offering. Allright, let's do this.
