《What's This Fiction ? A Very Incomplete Project.》The Prologue, I guess

Uponst the great canvas of the night, lights shine.
The lights of screens.
Mine and yours.
Here we can see a story.
But what is the story, we might ask ourselves ?
Well, I sure do know, but what about of you ?
It would seem you don’t. But worry not, I shall explain !
I, am writing a story. About of us, an author, writing a story about of him writing this story.
Oh, wait, this circles itself. That looks paradoxal, my bad.
It’s just how this story goes. Which is the story you’re reading.
Oh, yes, I forgot to mention. This story I’m writing. You’re currently reading it.
I’m unsure if that’s very wise of you, but… Look, have we ever been very wise ?
While most wouldn’t say they’re very wise, they’d think they have some degree of wisdom to them. They’re right. Anyone who can think and know has a certain level of wisdom.
Maybe braindead people would protest to such a statement. Except they can’t.
However, the degree of our knowledge and application of it in more practical matters is, sadly, very small.
Sure, one can basically be a walking encyclopedia on some specific subjects, but there are so much more things which we don’t know, and will never know.
Our wisdom and knowledge, are finite. As such, the infinity of the universe and it’s mysteries, cannot be comprehended by us.
Actually, let me take a little pause.
I need a quick drink, just wait a bit...
There, I'm back ! Thanks for waiting.
Now, what was I writing about of, already ?
Something about of... Oh, yeah, yeah, the story.
Let's go back to that. It's really the most interesting thing here. I think.
See, the ideas for it have been doing loops around in my head for some time. It began here...

On a certain day, at some time.
On my youtube suggestions, videos about of a certain game.
And it’s name is… The Stanley Parable
It's a game about of walking. No, really, that's the only thing you ever do in it.
Walking. Looking I guess. Listening... Oh, my, yes... listening.
But who would we even listen to ? To The Narrator, of course we would.
What is so interesting about of this Stanley Parable, it's Narrator and finally, walking, then ?
Well, it's that you choose where you walk. Truly, so many paths... So many different narrations on them. I'm merely quoting here, but... « Choice. It's the best part of being a real person ! »
As you might have guessed, this here... was a story heavily based and driven by it's narration.
No matter what path you take, the narrator is here with you, the character, Stanley.
But, perhaps most importantly, he interacts with you. The character Stanley, but also you, the player. This game was made to mess your mind, trying to understand it, it's plot, what it means...
Or just to enjoy it and it's wittiness, maybe. I don't know. Maybe you should play it (or watch videos of it, who am I to critic such a course of action ?) and go tell me what you think about of it and it's narration.
But, really, that type of narration, of it being so much intrinsically part of the game, yet for the game to just... Never use it the same way.
That was inspiring. It made me want to write a story which used similar elements.
What it inspired in me is that the narrator is important too. Perhaps even the most important part of a story.

Human][Class: ... ... ...] [Hero] [Welcome to the System] What is a village-born Hero to do, but answer his calling? Current schedule: No chapters for the next few months. I'm still writing the entirety of Volume 2. WARNINGS:-Yes, this contains LitRPG elements after a slow start, promise.-This work is incredibly Slice-of-Life heavy-Also conversation heavy-Also plot heavy (But not in that way, unfortunately)-The pacing in terms of plot is slow -(Edit after a review)- This story is also known as: I honestly don't understand what's the difference between "light" and "dark" stories. I realized that far too late, so this story is... weird. It might be light at times, and dark at times, and in all honesty, definitely has dark undertones. Oh, and prepare to be disappointed or pleased by this story; I understand that this story is polarizing, at least. Cover made by: Fei (@Chippy03966650) / Twitter
