Keireen sits on his throne looking at Onikerm and Ratankira before him, hes thinking of a plan of attack against Reinlas after his small attacks recently. Keireen looks at a map on the nearby wall and sees the mountain range getting an idea.

"Reinlas is trying to anger us into rashly going into a fight huh? Then lets plan an attack on a place we spent a long time ensuring the defences were the best" Keireen says

"Hmm, makes sense we know every defence measure and by now also know how Reinlas's guard systems work, the biggest problem will be whoever arrives to help fight other than Reinlas himself of coarse. Laraka is a good bet and the dragons that we had at the mountain range still seem to be there just of their own will now so theres the high likelihood of them joining the enemy's defence" Ratankira says

Onikerm giggles.

"Dont forget what I did to them Ratankira, if I'm there they WILL turn on them" Onikerm says with an evil grin

"Good, get the erratics we have, I want to end this war and I want to see if the erratics can do it after all if four erratics once brought reinlas to his knees what will a hundred do?" Keireen asks with a smirk

Onikerm and Ratankira smirk as they leave to gather the forces for Keireen.

"Reinlas... I wonder what we will say to eachother this time whatever it is they will most certainly be your final words" Keireen says as he gets up and looks out his window towards the sea

"I eagerly await it" Keireen says as his eyes glow

Over in Reinlas's Kingdom at the Mountain Range fortresses...

Reinlas stands in the middle fortresses keep with Laraka drawing up the plans for a greater defence than Keireens people gave. A soldier runs in and looks at Reinlas.

"My king, the prince and princess have arrived" The soldier says

"What?!" Reinlas shouts as he quickly teleports outside the keep and looks at Farenisle and Liara who both look at him

"Hello father" Liara and Farenisle says

"What are you two doing here?" Reinlas asks

"We know you dont really want us to help when it comes to fighting but we guessed that given how hard it is to take this place maybe there was a chance we could help even if it was just healing soldiers" Liara says

"Well I want to fight but I'll settle for healing" Farenisle says

Reinlas facepalms in annoyance.

"You two wont leave even if I tell you to will you?" Reinlas asks

"No" Farenisle quickly answers

"Indeed" Liara then says

Reinlas sighs.

"Fine, stay here but stay the fuck away from the actual battle field, I dont want either of you two hurt and if you do I swear you arent leaving the castle for a thousand years" Reinlas says

"Not long in the grand scheme of things" Farenisle says

"I'm protective not cruel" Reinlas says

"Can we ask what your plan is?" Liara asks

"Fine, currently we plan to have delantramites whos skin has been upgraded to Geirniam underground to surprise the enemy, we gave them some protection for their eyes to make it harder to kill them as well" Reinlas says

"Smart" Farenisle says

"Going to put up a barrier like Keireen had here?" Liara asks

"We would if that barrier was possible to even sustain in the first place, between my power and Keireens being in the same place the barrier would last minutes if we're lucky seconds if not" Reinlas says

"That makes sense" Liara says

"The dragons that were here are still here and want to help fight those who captured them so they lie in wait in caves near the top of the mountains till they know its time to fight, hopefully we can hit the enemy from the side hard with them" Reinlas says

"Anything else?" Farenisle asks

"We have some erratics here along with some others including that of Scyera, Lieran and Erina. Vernamai even made the fortresses a bit stronger, hes definitely leaning into the whole construction thing, if he left to do that right now instead of after the war I dont think anyone would blame him given recent events I think people would support it" Reinlas says

"I know I would, he definitely would deserve the more peaceful life as does Villamire" Liara says

"Would be sad to see a brave warrior like him go but all power to him if he would rather leave" Farenisle says

Vernamai walks past and overhears them.

"I'm not leaving yet, dont worry" Vernamai says and keeps walking

"Good timing" Reinlas says jokingly

Reinlas senses mass teleportation nearby.

"Shit they're here, showed up pretty fast seems angering them worked probably not got a battle plan" Reinlas says

"How close are they father?" Farenisle asks

"They are at the first watchtower from what I sense, likely not wanting to be attacked from behind" Reinlas says

"Sounds like a battle plan" Liara says

"A battle plan would be a bit more advanced, one mass teleportation is rushed, one teleport alongside multiple others to deal with the watchtowers would be more of a plan" Reinlas says as he teleports to the top of the fortress

"THE ENEMY ARE NEAR EVERYONE PREPARE FOR BATTLE!" Reinlas telepathically shouts to everyone as he surveys the area making sure everything is prepared

Farenisle grabs the hilt of his sword but his hand is grabbed by Liara.

"We heal remember?" Liara says with a stern voice

Farenisle sighs.

"Right" Farenisle says as he lets go and prepares to heal soldiers

Laraka runs past and jumps up onto the battlements and grabs a rope thats obscured by mist that sweeps over the area around the fortresses. Keireen and his army move into the clearing as they look around they try to use their magic to scan for the direction to go but realise the mist is obscuring their magic as well. Keireen quickly moves back and finds where they entered from.

"FOLLOW MY VOICE" Keireen shouts as he moves forward from the entrance point occasionally shouting as word so that the soldiers can follow

Several minutes later Keireen and his army still havent gotten close to the fortresses making them uneasy.

"ANYONE FOUND ANYTHING!?" Keireen asks

Laraka sees Keireen is in the middle of the field and smirks pulling the rope causing enemy soldiers to trip as other ropes tied to the rope he holds raise to trip them causing those soldiers to shout in surprise. Keireen looks back unable to see.

"WHAT HAPPENED!?" Keireen asks

"We tripped!" The soldiers that tripped say

"IDIOTS!" Keireen shouts annoyed as suddenly out of the ground a hand grabs him and slams him into the ground causing him to yell in shock and from the sudden pain

Delantramites stand up out of the ground knocking soldiers over then begins to attack killing many by crushing them effortlessly. Keireen speeds backwards assessing the situation as red eyes appear next to him.

"What the-" Keireen gets cut off as scyera hooks her scythe blade around him and launches him out of the mist towards reinlas who catches him and alarms him into the ground stabbing into his shoulder with Kylorn to keep him down

"ARGH FUCK!" Keireen shouts in pain

Reinlas kicks him in the face but Keireen quickly gets up grabbing Kylorns hilt and tearing him otu his shoulder and throws him at reinlas's face but Kylorn floats out of the way harmlessly.

"Did you really think that would work?" Reinlas asks

"No, I'm no idiot Reinlas, I just needed him out of my shoulder" Keireen says as he speeds towards the mist directly towards Scyeras red glowing eyes, before she can dodge or disappear unharmed into the mist Keireen grabs her face and slams her down into the ground quickly beating her unconcious

Most of the mist quickly disappears save for some next to scyeras unconcious body which growling soon emanates from as Krenatur attacks Keireen who quickly puts a blade to Scyeras neck.

"Go fight and eat someone else creature or lose your master for I have someone much better to deal with" Keireen says with a smirk causing a roar to coem from Krenatur who quickly grabs scyera and disappears with the msit and her to then appear in a fortress

Keireen looks up at Reinlas and smirks.

"ERRATICS YOUR TARGET IS UP THERE, FUCK HIM UP LIKE WE PLANNED" Keireen shouts

All the erratics break into squads based on their preferred magic starting with lightning who begin to make a giant storm above them striking lightning into reinlas who put up barriers around himself which broke as the lightning was too strong. Reinlas lets out a scream of pain from the lightning and looks at Kylorn.

"Absorb it" Reinlas says with gritted teeth as more lightning strikes

Kylorn flies up and absorbs the lightning as it strikes staying above reinlas so it cannot strike from elsewhere, Liara and Farenisle look up at their fire.

"We have to help somehow" Farenisle says

"On it" Liara says as her eyes quickly turn black and she starts to take control of the storm and hits the lightning erratics with their own charged lightning killing and knocking some out

Reinlas quickly looks down to where Liara and Farenisle are and nods quickly grabbing Kylorn as his eyes turn black he sinks into the shadows beneath him disappearing from sight Reinlas quickly moves through the shadows to where the erratic groups are and makes the shadows underneath or around them become spikes that begin to impale them. Reinlas rises out of the shadows joining the fight again quickly then he hears the roars of dragons and looks quickly to the mountain caves where the dragons rested and sees them flying towards them.

"Good finally joining the fight it seems" Reinlas thinks to himself as he stabs a dagger through someones eye

The dragons fly over and hover above him and then breath fire at him and the enemies around him as a result.

"What the fuck!?" Reinlas thinks to himself confused as the fire bombards him but then he sees Onikerm on one of the dragons backs smiling sadistically

"Hello!" Onikerm shouts then starts laughing

Farenisle sees the dragons and isnt healing anyone so he quickly flies towards the dragons and punches onikerm off them and throws him into the shadows trapping onikerm in perpetual darkness.

"I think im just in my mind" Onikerm jokes to himself as he sits down awaiting whatever happens next

Farenisle floats between the dragons and puts his hands on their heads.

"You're safe" Farenisle says

The dragons nod and roar starting to breathe fire on the enemy erratics only. Reinlas flies up to Farenisle and grabs him teleporting back to one of the fortresses walls.

"You did well Farenisle but please stay in one of the fortresses or if you do have to leave to fight do not come near where I am as its highly dangerous compared to other areas" Reinlas says as he quickly teleports back grabbing Kylorn from above him to keep fighting

Farenisle jumps down from the wall and starts to fight. Keireen looks around and groans annoyed.

"Seems they took Onikerm, I dont have a way to get him out from where they put him" Keireen thinks to himself and looks around seeing Farenisle fighting in an area near one of the fortresses and he smirks

Keireen teleports over grabbing Farenisle shutting down his magic and stabs into him through Farenisles Geirniam armour causing Farenisle to yell in pain and try to headbutt backwards to get Keireen off him but he does little.

"Quiet boy, let us adults talk" Keireen says as he flies up holding Farenisle still with his blade stabbed into him

"REINLAS!" Keireen shouts

Reinlas looks at Keireen and the millisecond he sees Farenisle stabbed and being held by Keireen hsi entire body becomes a shadow.

"Ah ah ah Reinlas, move closer and I kill him" Keireen says

Reinlas flies up but not closer to Keireen.

"I give you him back if you give me Onikerm" Keireen says

"Fine" Reinlas says as he pulls onikerm out of the shadows on his own body

"Well that was fun" Onikerm says

Reinlas knocks him out.

"Let my son go first and you have him, you know who I am so ill keep my word" Reinlas says

Keireen laughs.

"Indeed, thats your weakness Reinlas, you keep your word even if you dont need to" Keireen says as he takes hsi blade out of Farenisle and drops him to the ground

Farenisle quickly gets grabbed by a shadow creature and taken into one of the fortresses as Reinlas throws Onikerm to Keireen quickly putting shadows on Keireens chest causing Onikerm to fall back into the shadows.

"What the fuck!?" Keireen shouts

Reinlas quickly speeds towards Keireen grabbing him and smashing into a mountain side.

"I grabbed your dear son too easily, you must not care just like with your brother" Keireen says smirking

Reinlas grabs Keireens head and bashes it into the mountain side as much as he can causing the mountain to get a small hole from his head

Keireen uses his magic to push Reinlas away as blood runs down hsi face and his helmet falls apart.

"Some good anger there, your shadows are great as we all know but they arent as good when I use my bloodline magic" Keireen says as he smirks with hsi eyes turning red starting to absorb Reinlas's magic

"Absorbing magic wont help you" Reinlas says as he teleports Kylorn to his hand and speeds towards Keireen lightning Kylorns blade on fire and making shadow creatures that attack him

"Thats not the one I mean" Keireen says smirking as hsi eyes glow bright like the son as hsi entire body glows with light that destroys the shadow creatures

"The perfect counter, I waiting a while before using this because I have been getting used to knowing your shadows, now? Ill use light to crush dark like in those stories parents tell their children" Keireen smirks as he speeds towards Reinlas locking blades with him

Reinlas darkens his own vision so he can fight properly against Keireen without going blind. Reinlas quickly scans Keireen and sees Keireens magic perfectly balances out against his own.

"His absorption is draining me fast and that light magic, its burning through what he takes" Reinlas thinks to himself

Reinlas sees Farenisle stabbed cross his mind again making him much angrier as he headbutts Keireen and flies down into the ground diving into the shadows disappearing from sight.

"Hiding Reinlas? How unbecoming of you" Keireen says with a smirk

Reinlas looks around the void of darkness around him and sees Onikerms unconcious body and walks over quickly scanning his mind for any knowledge Onikerm has of Keireens light magic.

"Not much, shit, I'll need to learn more from direct contact" Reinlas thinks to himself as he conjures bows and arrows then ballista's and aims them up to different parts of the darkness around him

Keireen looks around searchign for Reinlas.

"Come on Reinlas, where's that rage you are usually in when you are in shadow? Do I need to stab your daughter as we-" Keireen immediately gets cut off as spots of shadow open up across the battlefield with a line of sight at Keireen and arrows as well as ballista bolts shoot out of them towards Keireen making him have to dodge quick

"If I stay in here he cant absorb my magic and I have theoretically any angle to attack him, just can't use shadow creatures or weapons until I can get used to his light then I can use the shadows" Reinlas thinks to himself as he fires the bows and ballista's through the shadows again

Keireen keeps dodging and conjures shields around himself.

"Reinlas, Reinlas, Reinlas attacking from the shadows, literally in this sense is an odd thing from you especially when you shoudl be angry. Maybe you need a little more?" Keireen asks rhetorically

Reinlas looks into the darkness around him with a worried expression and as the shadows move to let him see into the fortresses he sees fighting has broken out Ratankira is in the middle fortress and has grabbed the unconcious Farenisle and has knocked out Liara taking her as well quickly teleporting them both to Keireen. Reinlas quickly looks back to the shadows showing Keireen.

"Now Reinlas, see what happens when you dont fight as usual!" Keireen shouts with a smirk as he makes blades of light stabbing them through Farenisle and Liara who let out screams as Keireen burns them on the inside and breaks their arms letting them fall to the ground

Shadows appear under them causing them to fall next to Reinlas in the darkness. Reinlas quickly starts healing them with the blades of light disappearing in the void. Liara and Farenisle start to heal themselves with Reinlas's help and after a couple of minutes they get up.

"You two get home now" Reinlas says with a more demonic voice than before

"But fath-" Farenisle gets cut off

"Not another word. Home. Now" Reinlas says

Liara and Farenisle teleport home as Reinlas looks at Keireen from the shadows enraged, the shadows show Farenisle and Liara getting stabbed and burned around him feeding into his rage as Reinlas stares at keireen he begins to move the shadows.

"I've had enough" Reinlas says to himself with a demonic growl as he puts a dome of shadow around the entire battlefield including the fortresses

Everyone can only see one beacon of light within the dome and that beacon is Keireen. Keireen looks around.

"So, seems my light while see able is definitely not getting rid of your shadows, how interesting" Keireen says

"Shut UP!" Reinlas shouts as giant shadow hands come from the walls of the alongside flying shadow tykema which all begin to attack him with the hands grabbing Keireen and trying to tear him in half

Keireen struggles within the grip and makes blades of light that stab into the shadow hands and pull away forcing them to let go of him. Shadow made Tykema fly over roaring demonically as they fly past Keireen quickly and hard to see in all the shadow, they cut and stab him as they fly past. Keireen makes the light emanating from him stronger causing the nearby shadow tykema to disappear with a scream.

"Got to keep moving, drain him then kill him" Keireen thinks to himself and as he starts to move spikes shoot out from all around him some made of shadow and some being made of the ground itself, all impaling different parts of the body

"FUCK!" Keireen shouts in response to the pain

More shadow hands and now weapons come out of the dome beginning to light on fire. The weapons slash and stab not Keireen burning him and damaging his insides. The hands hover around him creating a steady stream of fire onto Keireen who tries to take the pain without yelling. Reinlas rises out of the shadow domes floor and walks over to Keireen starting to beat him down as the fire continues to hit Keireen and shadow creatures come over starting to tear at Keireens flesh and strip hsi armour piece by piece to inflict more pain. Keireen yells at the pain but looks Reinlas in his dead void like eyes.

"Pretty torturous Reinlas, unlike you" Keireen says through gritted teeth

"I do not care" Reinlas says with a cold tone and pushes Keireen down as the spikes stab through him in more places

"I dont even want a skeleton left" Reinlas says and the shadow creatures start to tear at Keireen again

Keireen starts using his magic to continuously heal so he can survive what the shadow creatures are doing. Reinlas looks at Keireen and walks over taking the spikes out of one of Keireens legs and shatters the bones in his leg. Some shadow creatures disappear and the shadow dome shrinks as Reinlas feels his soul unlike he did before.

"Tick tock Reinlas, your time is done" Keireen says getting up and off of the spikes

Keireen quickly punches Reinlas down and starts to strangle him.

"You may want to keep some magic to heal then I can keep going" Keireen says in an angry tone

Reinlas knees Keireen in the balls forcing Keireen to move back and Reinals quickly gets up kicking Keireen in the face.

"Ill risk it" Reinlas says as he lights hsi hands on fire and grabs Keireens head starting to twist it

Keireen stabs up through Reinlas's wrists to stop him.

"FUCK!" Reinlas shouts moving back quickly healing his hands when suddenly the dome disappears and Reinlas's body returns to normal

"Told you to save some for healing, knew it'd tip you over the edge" Keireen says

"You still wont kill me" Reinlas says

"I will" Keireen says as he grabs Reinlas and stabs multiples blades into him and throws him onto the ground

"Erratics! Those of you left, strike him with lightning!" Keireen shouts

The nearby erratics quickly start to strike Reinlas with powerful lightning as Keireen beats Reinlas. After several minutes of this Reinlas feels close to death when the lightning stops but the thunder continues. Keireen looks at the erratics.

"DID I FUCKING TELL YOU TO STOP!?" Keireen shouts pissed off

"We're trying to King Keireen! WE CANT" The erratics shout and seconds later red lightning strikes the erratics causing their eyes to turn red as they shoot their combined magics towards Keireen throwing him back towards a mountain

The mountain comes to life as arms reach out from it and even a head, starting to form a mountain sized golem which begins to attack Keireen. Reinlas looks around though not moving from where he lays on the ground but sees above him two figures with an old kingdoms banner. They float down.

"Reinlas old friend you look like shit" Gheranto says as he starts to heal Reinlas

"Hes not not wrong" Itimkrata then says as she starts to heal him as well

"Well I certainly feel like it, thank you for coming to our aid" Reinlas says

"We dont have our kingdom anymore but we sure as hell werent going to stay away from your side forever, we were dealing with out own guerrilla warfare I guess" Gheranto says

Reinlas laughs a little.

"Fair enough" Reinlas says as he gets up

Keireen dodges the giant golem and shoots a giant beam of light through its head making the golem fall back down as a normal mountain now without a peak. Keireen looks over and sees Itimkrata and Gheranto.

"Shit!" Keireen shouts more angry

"EVERYONE RETREAT!" Keireen shouts causing the battle to stop instantly and everyone from Keireens side who can and has to teleports away

Laraka teleports over to Reinlas and helps him up then looks at Gheranto and Itimkrata.

"May the first help me" Laraka thinks to himself

"We already are" Itimkrata says with a smile as they teleport to Reinholm for Reinlas to recover in...
