Its been around 164 years since Reinlas and Linra got together and in that time they got married in a ceremony the whole kingdom saw as they wanted to see their king on his happiest day and everyone rejoiced to the news of a queen. During this time people due to their immortality still are excited for all that's happened the queen among them but some attacks from the creatures have happened causing poisonings and wounds on guards but none have died due to trained healing magic users among them the king and queen themselves healing guards. A few other things have been discovered during this time the longer someone lives the stronger they'll get in physical and magical abilities but if they don't have magic it'll just be physical abilities and their immortality makes sure their death can only be caused by very certain types of poison and wounds. Reinlas gets up and lets Linra sleep giving her a kiss on the cheek before going outside in his armour he see Farenhale down the hall.

"Brother your awake too, how are this morning?" Reinlas asks

"I am rather well what about you?" Farenhale asks

"I am good" Reinlas says

"Where's Linra she not awake yet?" Farenhale asks

"No and I did not wish to wake her as she does deserve her sleep and general rest" Reinlas says

"Alright as you say brother so you off to do the general rounds?" Farenhale asks

"Indeed as per usual I was going to go down and see if anyone needed help" Reinlas says

"Then let us go brother" Farenhale says

The two brothers leave the castle and use their magic to speed down to the town where they ask around if anyone needs help and the only help anyone needs at the moment is the guards some were injured by the creatures and the poison was taking effect so the brothers used their magic to heal the guards and get rid of the poison. After that the brothers headed back to the town and were nearby the docks as they talked.

"It seems not many people were in need of help today" Farenhale says

"Yeah it seems so and honestly it may be a change of pace but its a good change" Reinlas says

"Indeed" Farenhale says

"King Reinlas!" Someone shouts from the docks

Reinlas and Farenhale go over to talk to this man he is a royal messenger for Itanrora and Yaitera, he handed a letter to Reinlas who proceeded to open it the message in it was this.

"Reinlas I hope the letter finds you well but I had to tell you of the dangers of the other kingdoms, due to the high tensions of the different kingdoms war has broken out between multiple kingdoms one such kingdom having declared war upon my families kingdom. This has caused much concern as this war will be bloody and the one who started it does not want a peaceful resolution. I have sent this message to not only warn you but to implore you to get your defences ready in case one of the kingdoms declare war on you and your kingdom and you have the luxury of time as your kingdom is far away leaving only two methods of invasion so please be ready.

There is a small silence when Reinlas looks to Farenhale.

"Brother we both know the two methods of which we could be attacked by sea landing or the one piece of land that is connected to a valley that connects us to the land the other kingdoms reside on we have to have defences for both and I have an idea for the valley but first lets get there to discuss it" Reinlas says

"Lead the way brother" Farenhale says

The two brothers speed off to the area that the valley resides in and they find a village with their kingdoms symbol sported.

"As I thought I remembered that a village was being built here and they will be training guards and such to protect the people but considering the massive need for security here now I say we give them more guards and begin expanding the village to have its own fully trained garrison of soldiers and to build up walls into the valley that they'll guard so that the enemy should there be one wont get through without massive resistance" Reinlas says

"What if the people do not wish for this?" Farenhale asks

"That's their choice if they do not want this to be the case we will only have defences in the valley and not interfere with their town" Reinlas says

"Then let us go ask them" Farenhale says

Reinlas and Farenhale went into the town and everyone was happy to see their king in their further away town but are slightly afraid when he tells them what's happening with the other kingdom and the plan for the village and the valley but leaves the decision for the village plan up to them. The general feeling towards the plans are thankful and the people accept the plans for the village, Reinlas and Farenhale go back to Reinholm and start getting people to move out and start the building at the other village and in the valley, while Reinlas and Farenhale go to the valley.

"So this is the valley from the other kingdoms to us?" Farenhale asks

"Yes it is and its the only way they can get here across land so its in our interest to put up defences" Reinlas says

"I agree but what if we also collapse some of the other ways through the valley so that there is only one which will have the most defence" Farenhale says

"Remember there mages would be able to get rid of the rock or anyone physically strong enough would be able to" Reinlas says

"True but not without causes a lot of noise and not without taking quite a while and exhausting their power and strength, we can still put defences as a trap for if they get through too." Farenhale says

"Okay that sounds reasonable to me but so you know what we are doing here today is effectively isolating our kingdom and we cant accept anyone into the kingdom unless they are here on Itanrora and Yaitera' orders" Reinlas says

"I know this will isolate us but our people know of the danger and so far are accepting the change to kingdom relations so isolating us may not be the worst thing" Farenhale says

"I just hope we'll be alright and I hope Itanrora and Yaitera will be as well" Reinlas says

The brothers and the builders start the construction of the walls the gate and all the other defences to isolate them.
