《The Last Lestrange [SI, OC, Gamer]》Lord Black

Upon his eighth birthday, he showed his wandless magic to his guardians, Walburga almost fainted before going on a rant about how only people like Dumbledore, Grindelwald, and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named can do wandless magic.
Arcturus remained deathly quiet as he ignored his wife's joyous outburst, and focused on observing the boy who always went above his expectations.
It was at this moment that he made a decision that would shift the power in Magical Britain.
"Boy, follow me", the old man said before departing towards his study.
Leaving an emotional Walburga, he follows the decrepit old man.
Sitting in a large office, decorated with books, scrolls, and letters, Lazarus sits comfortably.
After a small fir of coughs, Arcturus raises his wand, "I, Arcturus Black, hereby name Lazarus Lestrange as my heir and the future lord of the Black family"
Magic flows from the wand, swirling throughout the room, eventually circling the boy before dissipating.
The new heir keeps his emotionless mask in place, Arcturus grins at him, "You knew I'd make you my heir, didn't you?"
Looking directly into the Black patriarch's eyes, "you only had two choices, me, an unparalleled genius that master's everything i put my mind to, or Draco, a spoiled, spineless, boy that doesn't know how to cast a single spell at this moment"
"My lord, making me your heir was the logical choice"
For the first time in a long time, the old man barks a loud laugh before coughing, "I suspect I'll be dead before you leave for Hogwarts, normally you wouldn't get to be the lord of a house until your fifteen but if i acknowledge you as the patriarch of this family before i die, then you can have it before you go to school"
He holds up his hind to stop the boy from talking, "If you want to be the lord before you leave for Hogwarts then you must complete three tasks"

"First, learn and master Apparition"
"Second, Learn three more wandless spells"
"Lastly, i will bring in a person in the next three days, a muggle, you will kill them"
"Do you accept?"
The boy stands from his seat and bows slightly, "Yes, my lord"
--- Two Years Later ---
A year of constant diligence passed by, He trained harder than ever, he's completed two tasks set out for him by Arcturus.
Apparition was by far the easiest, killing the muggle was simple since the muggle wasn't innocent, he was a pedophile.
The hard part was learning three new wandless spells, Episkey was first, followed by Expelliarmus, and the one he's most proud of, Crucio.
Now, ten-years-old, he sits in a well-decorated office next to Arcturus, as Griphook goes over the papers in front of him.
The small creature looks at them, "All the papers are complete, the blood signatures are done, all that is left are your oaths"
Arcturus wheezes as she takes his wand out, with a shaky hand, he raises it, "I, Arcturus Black, willingly give my title, power, wealth, and family magic to my heir, Lazarus Lestrange Black", his wand shines brightly, they both look towards the boy.
Holding up his wand, he got from Ollivander's just moments ago, he takes a deep breath, "I, Lazarus Lestrange, willingly accept everything bestowed upon me from Arcturus Black"
The rings from the old man's hand vanish and appear on his own, shrinking to fit his fingers.
Power swells through them like a vacuum of magic, Griphook breaks the silence with a surprisingly gentle smile, "Congratulations, Lord Lestrange Black"
