《Starvation March : Voidborn》Chapter 5 - Super

The bell ringed and a neverending tide of students rushed into their classrooms, most of them either happily chatting about what they would do during the weekend, how their previous games of basketball, soccer of other sports went or simply reading books.
Out of these students, one was wearing a beanie and was currently painfully groaning whilst sitting on a chair with her legs on her desk.
Who might this person be? Of course, it's Alysha, the nonsensical, maniacal sadist.
As the bell ringed a second time, the teacher finally stood up from her desk and after a round of greetings, called out "Well kiddos, we've got new company today. Say hi to our newest addition, Alysha Deus."
Getting up, she went to the front of the class and with a half-hearted curtsie, she introduced herself "Hello, my name is, as heard, Alysha. I'm 16, I like chocolate and I hate school. You're welcome." She said, earning a laugh from most of the class.
Going back to her desk, she plopped on it like a deflated baloon. Rolling her eyes, the teacher resumed her explanations of the various reasons school sucks the theories of mass.
After three hours and two other classes, the lunch bell finally rang. Immediately grabbing her backpack, Alysha swiftly headed down to the cafeteria. Sitting down on an empty table, she swiftly took out a sandvich and began gobbling it down.
Why was Alysha, of all people, in a school you ask? She herself wasn't very sure of it, but it's not like she had a choice. God had basically forced her to go down in order to 'socialize' with mortals and learn common sense, which in truth, was hard to do with God.
She did, however, get him to come down with her and she also got him to send them to a somewhat 'fun' planet where people with superpowes exist, albeit rare.
As to why she had him come down with her? Well, like hell she would go down and bore herself to death. He needed to suffer as well. Yup, she wasn't just scared of being lonely.
As she devoured calmly ate her sandvich, two people approached her. Glancing at them only once, she swiftly resumed her lunch, somewhat ignoring them.
Ignoring her behaviour, they sat at her table and immediately began to chat "Hey, you're the new girl, right? How do you like the school? How did the classes go?"
The one to speak was a short, somewhat plump although not obvious, girl with glasses. She looked like the average shy girl, but considering she approached Alysha and spoke first, that assumption seemed wrong.
"Mmh. It was good." Alysha responded, finally looking at them directly.
"That's great. My name is Sara, and this is my friend Merla."
The other girl, Merla, was somewhat taller then Sara, around the height of Alysha (Still short) and seemed much more fit, but she didn't seem particularly keen on talking. She just nodded and smiled, to which Alysha responded with a smile of her own.

The reason these girls had approached Alysha was due to them being somewhat interested in the new girl. They had a class with her, and all she did was blankly stare at the teacher with a bored look, never seeming to pay attention. The teacher had tried to catch her with a question a couple times, but she always perfectly answered, thus the teacher just ignored her for the rest of the class.
As the three girls chatted for some time, Sara suddently shushed the other two and looked at a guy that was approaching them with confident strides.
Silently whispering to the non-attentive Alysha and always-silent Marla, she said "That's Max, just ignore the guy, Alysha. He feels like the boss of the school and he's an absolute jerk to everyone. Just ignore him and you should be good."
Nodding absentmindedly as she ate her third sandvich, Alysha glanced at him boredly before resuming her lunch.
Max looked like your stereotipical beefed-up rugby player. He was tall, muscular and had a perennial smugface. Overall, tipical bully. That was the statement that appeared in Alysha's mind a mere second after looking at him. She did some research on human behaviour before coming to the school of course, so she wasn't completely unprepared.
Looking at the three girls, Max felt a bit strange. Although all he really wanted to do was just say hi, people had spread some pretty bad rumors about him. Furthermore, his looks definetly didn't help his cause, and he also had some anger issues, so he always ended up in trouble.
As he looked at the newest girl, he was somewhat impressed at how much she could eat. She seemed all skin and bones, and yet she had already eaten three sandviches.
Unfortunately for her, she had probably already fallen into the trap of those two. He knew from experience that Sara, the plump girl, was not as friendly as she seemed.
She would always approach new students and get them on her side and then force them to always side with her through various means, either guilt, blackmail or simple favors. She was the witch of the school for some and a hero for those who didn't know better.
When he reached them, he just ignored the two and addressed Alysha "Hey, how did school go? You like it?"
She ignored him completely, not even bothering to look up at her. Frowning a bit he said "You okay? Hey?"
Still ignoring him, she took out a chocolate bar and began nibbling on it. Now somewhat pissed off, Max took out a coin and softly threw it at her.
She moved back, missing the shot. He could swear he saw her smiling evilly, but that smile dropped the moment the coin hit the chocolate bar, who had moved back along with her.
The coin broke the thin chocolate, getting it to fall down to the floor. Silently looking down at her lost candy, Alysha furiously repeated in her mind 'I promised not to kill anyone, I promised not to kill anyone... But I can beat him half to death... Oh right, no excessive violence...'

Still, her anger wouldn't be stopped so easily. She immediately began to furiously spew insults upon insults upon him, getting the poor guy, who already felt somewhat guilty at his prank gone wrong, to feel like suiciding.
"You fucking brain-dead retarded piece of shit! Do you have maggots in your brain instead of neurons!? You think that you can just fucking go around throwing coins at MY chocolate?! Get a god damned life you muscle-brained bastard! Go fuck yourself or I'll cut off your testicles and shove them down your fucking throat!" She screamed at him, her blue eyes tinged with madness.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'll pay it back to you, okay?" He tried to excuse himself, but she ignored him and waltzed away fuming.
The rest of the day went by quickly. When the final bell rang, Alysha, along with all the other students, melted into a giant tide of students rushing back to their homes via cars, busses or simple walking. She chose the latter.
As she walked along the busy streets, she took out an iphone and began calling someone.
"Hello? How did the day go?"
"Awful, obviously. Your idea sucks, that place sucks. I can't stand those repulsive brats. Imagine, there were two retards trying to recruit me into their little gang at lunch. I had a really hard time trying not to dismember them."
"Hm. That was expected, anything else of note?"
"Subjects were easy as shit, people were annoying as shit, toilets smelled like shit..."
"I get it, lots of shit. You're free for the rest of the day, however, don't touch the school. I'll see you soon." The other person, God, ended the call quickly, making Alysha somewhat suspicious.
Never one to dwell on things too much, she shrugged it off and walked for a couple hours until she found a completely remote and empty alleyway.
Throwing her schoolbag into a dimensional ring (conveniently gifted by God), she also took out a black mask that had two tear-like markings under where the eyes should be.
Putting it on her face, she looked back up, and where beforehand were bluish eyes, now stood two ominous, glowing red eyes. She also took off her beanie, revealing her two white cat-ears.
Sighing in relief at the newfound freedom, she began to stalk through the unhabited areas of the city, searching for a location she had seen on a map but couldn't quite tell how to get there.
After an hour or so, she finally found it. A huge supermarket with hundreds of people inside buying all sorts of very expensive stuff.
Grinning like a mad(wo)man, she charged head-first into the wall of the market, smashing it into pieces along with whatever unfortunate soul happened to be in her way.
Everyone in the supermarket froze at the sight of a short, creepy-masked person suddently waltzing into a random shop, but since villains weren't very rare, there was a standard procedure known amongst the populace.
Many people immediately got to their knees with their hands over behind their heads, whilst the less experienced ones were at a loss.
"Hello slaves of society, I'm gonna be your boss today, and we will play 'Who's the fucker who wants to die first because he doesn't do as I say'. So, first order of the day, everybody get over to that wall."
Since the market was big, but not huge, everybody had seen what had happened and whilst some silently slipped away, most immediately obeyed.
Seeing the entire supermarket at her disposal, Alysha licked her lips and restrained her impulses to brutally kill all of these people.
"Now, slaves, you will be good people and just kinda stay there in the background like the non-important little shits you are. Anyone does anything I don't like, and trust me, there's a lot of things I don't like, and you turn into meatpaste." She said before casually lifting an entire shelf (10 meters long) with a single hand and throwing it away.
Intimidations over, she leaned over to another shelf and began waiting. Her reason for doing this right now, unexpectedly, was not simply to destroy everything. She first wanted a solid reputation, and for that, she needed to make chaos. Second things, she wanted to test out the strenght of the Heroes that would surely appear in a bit. Third, she wanted to have some mental relief.
God had told her that she would only have to go to school thrice a week, and the rest of the time he would just send over a clone that acted exactly like her. Of course, said clone couldn't shatter continents with a punch, but it would still be enough.
The rest of the time, she was free and could basically do whatever she wanted, as long as she followed some basic rules, but even those were very lax. No destroying the world, no genociding humanity and no unprovoked massacres.
So, she held by those rules and didn't kill the hostages. She would limit to killing all but one hero in order for them to spread her amazingness, then maybe beat down some more heroes, make an evil organization, create some evil minions and maybe blow up a city or two. Small stuff, really.
After a mere 5 minutes, sirens began wailing outside of the building. Grinning like a kid with a new toy, she picked up two random 10 years olds from the group of captives, much to the dismay of two mothers, and ordered the others to stay where they were.
One of the mothers tried to get back her kid violently, so she slapped her, sending her crashing into a wall and probably breaking every bone in her body. She died almost instantly.
Turning back around, she headed out of the building with two kids held by their respective necks, each crying or kicking her uselessly. It was time to break things, mostly lives.

Not everything stays that simple, though, and Rune is no exception. Within each region, a number of guilds have sprung up, operating as the unaccountable vanguard of defense for the besieged cities. They don't care to deal fairly, and nobody else has the power to do much about it. (Harem is tagged but it's honestly polyamory. I hate the word harem but given that some people would interpret it as such, in it goes.)
