Jamie had not even paid attention to reality until he heard his voice .
Up until that point he was under the impression that he was suffering some after life punishment .
The look he was giving his 3rd uncle was filled with intention to murder but nobody noticed .
He was so low in everybody’s eyes that he wasn’t even worth a single look .
“What is it 3rd elder ? Did that bitch cause trouble again ? “
Jamie saw his uncle’s face twist at the mention of her , but he soon switched back to his previous noble demeanour.
Jamie remembered the person they were talking about was the daughter of the deceased 2nd elder , his father’s right hand man who died mysteriously two days after the car accident.
She was called Cara and was supposed to be his fiancé , but how was she still alive?
This whole scenario felt too damn familiar. Just what the hell was happening ?
“The reason why I have gathered all of the Rider family descendants is Conquest Online “
Whispers were being heard all over the place .

One of 3d elder’s guards yelled and they all became quiet again .
“Like not so many others we have been privileged by the devs and been told of its release beforehand . This is the new VR game that will conquer the world itself .
Even governments will be involved in this so this will be a great chance to increase the wealth and status of our family .
The one who is more skilled at the game will gain the family’s full support and be selected as the future family patriarch “
Everyone’s eyes showed greed and started mockingly looking at Jamie .
They all seemed to be thinking the same thing :
“ such a crippled waste shouldn’t be patriarch after all “

At that point Jamie had understood the situation he was in but it was a bit too absurd to believe.
He had gone back 1 day before the Conquest Online game was released .
Did a God pity him and give him another chance ?
“But 3d elder, why are there 13 sets of VR launchers? We are only 12 descendants? “
“Are you suggesting that your young master Jamie is not a family descendant ?”
The one who asked did not understand why the elder valued the crippled young master so much but he knew not to get on his bad books .
“ I apologise to you and the young master. He is certainly deserving of the same privileges , may the soul of the previous patriarch and madam rest in heaven “
Jamie felt like beating the shit out of both him and 3d uncle for this facade but his inability stopped him . He did not feel like spending energy until he really understood the situation he was in .
If he had really gone back in time, he had a great advantage compared to the other players .
He still remembered how much did his 3d uncle regret getting him a game launcher.
Who would have known back then that conquest online was obtained through alien technology and skills gained through the game would in due time develop in real life .
But Jamie wanted to play his cards differently this time, he wasn’t going to tell the others once he recovered. .
He was going to act like a cripple who was unable to speak and not allow 3d uncle to annex all of his father’s wealth this time .
“Just like our family, the 13 other great families have knowledge of this release .
And without a doubt they will be focusing all their resources into establishing a foothold in the virtual reality world .

The noble families were told a few things about the game and territorial wars had already started between them and their respective governments .
Jamie knew where village orders were located and he planned on obtaining a legendary village .
He was going to be a hidden tiger this time. He would let nobody take what’s his.
He waited till his time to get the launcher came and Jason “ kindly “ helped him go to his room again .
“ does this waste even know how to use it. Tchh what a shame I could have sold this launcher for 10000 dollars in the black market “
Once Jason left , he supported himself in the game pod and the very familiar robot like voice rang on his ear .
