We healed from our battle with the slime and continued forward being sure to avoid the slime at all cost. We arrive at a really well-made staircase. {Let's take a break here}. [ALRIGHT] we settle down as I stuff my face with edible grass. *I'm getting used to the taste of grass and it's scaring me*. [How much further till the bottom]? {Well hidden dungeons usually have a hundred floors or so id guess we have around 98 more floors to go through}. -PFFFT- I accidentally spit my lunch into his face. [WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THIS BEFORE WE ENTERED]!? He wipes the half-chewed grass off of his face. {I WOULD HAVE BUT YOU COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND RUSHED STRAIGHT IN ALSO LEARN MANNERS THAT WAS DISGUSTING}! Well, that sounds like something I would do. [Well we can't do anything now, theirs no use in complaining about it]. {YOU WERE THE ONE COMPLAINING JUST FIVE SECONDS AGO}! [Theirs no use in sweating the small details let's just go]. Letting out an annoyed sigh Max agrees and we continue to the second floor.
There was more enemy's here with fewer traps I had some fun practicing my flame and summoning magic. -SHRIEEEEEEE- An Alpha bat screamed as he suddenly burst into flames. [ALRIGHT THAT BURNT NICELY]! {Have you ever thought that what your doing is sick or twisted at all}? [What are you talking about, their monsters]? {That's exactly what I'm talking about since your also a monster}. [I don't know what you're trying to tell me but I just want to keep burning things you coming with me or not]?
(Title Acquired: Sadist)
we continue down in the dungeon clearing floors as we go the third floor, the fourth-floor and finally the fifth floor. I even managed to level up twice, but at this point, I'm dead tired. [Can't we rest yet in tired]. {If it gets you to stop whining than yes}. [HOORAY]! I set out a bedroll I hear some clucking. my head perks up looking for the source of the noise. than I see it an army of chickens heading towards us with a massive chicken who seems like he is leading the rest. One thing and one thing only rushed through my mind. *MEAT* [Status].

Now I know this is a life and death situation and all but my curiosity got the better of me. (Skill Activated: Support Magic - Intermediate: Haste) and with that my speed improved drastically I used this to rush up to a chicken while unsheathing my knife. -SHWING- I slashed the head of the Chicken off as it flew to the ground but it still stood. [EW] I jerk backward from the sight this was disgusting. As if giving some sort of signal the Chicken King let out a caw. All the chickens started huddling together so I couldn't take them one on one. [CRAP that's a smart move it pisses me off]. {Does it piss you off from the list opportunity or because it was a smart move}? [Can't it be both]? Boy oh, boy did I want to burn this place to the ground. (Skill Activated: Summon Monster - Intermediate). -ROAR- out of the circle a Large Salamander emerged. I can only let out a big grin. [Status]

This is perfect I like this summon. It looks dumbfounded and a little that it was summoned against chickens. A plan forms in my mind. [Hey you see that day chicken]? It just nods. [Its Vitality makes yours look like dirt it's 548 are you just going to take it that a chicken is better than you at your strong suit]. Anger burns on his eyes as it lets out a roar. *Looks like it worked. -FWOOM- It spits out fire as the chickens get roasted alive. because they were so close together it was easy for him to hit all of them. All of the chickens except for the king either die from the heat or fall unconscious. The fatty doesn't seem hurt though but its wings are now singed. [ALRIGHT MAX LETS DO THIS]! {ALRIGHT}! Max charges in while I start casting spells on him.

Max's stats nearly doubled from that I tried casting, even more, to be safe.
(Error: Magic Points depleted)
I felt exhausted even more tired than when Max was training me. But I wasn't going to just sit out. [RAGH] I charge in unsheathing my dagger. Max reaches the chicken first.
(Skill Activated: Claw Arts)
(Skill Activated: Fang Arts)
(Skill Activated: Wing Arts)
(Skill Activated, Flesh Tear)
Max danced around the chicken king cuts started showing on it. It started getting mad it's health was too high to kill it quickly. I rushed into support Max. -BAM BAM BAM- As soon as I got in range it used it's Peck skill three times on me. Each Peck felt like getting my head smashed by a rock. I even got hit into the ground. My dagger flew into the air. Max continued not even batting an eye. Even the Salamander got in on the fight with tail arts. However, nothing changed the chicken just got even madder. -SHWING- (Skill Activated: Vital Stab) The dagger that was sent flying fell straight through the heart of the Chicken King. {We did it} The Salamander let out a celebratory roar. I stuck my arm in the air in the shape of a fist. I couldn't do anything more since I was stuck but hey I did my best. Several boxes appeared in my vision.

Galduta
What seperates beasts from men isn't the language we speak or any such drivel taught to us in school. It isn't the way we walk or our intelligence that sets us apart. Some would have you believe that it is our ability to think and reason that makes us fundamentally different from the creatures that inhabit the world. That way of thinking, my friends, is entirely wrong. What seperates us from them and them from each other, is simply the skin that we all wear
