Here's the free tidbits.

After strawhats passed away. The beginning of the dark Justice started to spread. Pirates are being slain one by one into the public, no on one spared.

And the territory of those pirates where bruttally barraged with buster calls. Everything was planned by the god who is sitting in marijoa , everything of it had started 20 years before the last strawhat member died.

And now that the last member of them died , the dark Justice had begun. It had started from the West blue going to the North blue, south and finally the east blue sea.

The god gave out several angelic fruit to almost all of the marines. Leaving the pirates outnumbered with powerhouses.

Land territory even the fishman island was conquer by the government.

And for the past years, almost non of the pirate ships can be seen sailing into the free Waters of the sea.

The only hope that those pirates long for, was to find the remaining bloodlines of strawhats to conquer the Raftel and fight the wicked God. But unknown to everyone a ray of hope have already started to arise, the new strawhats, together with the devil had started to sail the troubled sea.
