《Godling》Chapter 5

"These are my only options..."
She looked between her options and the group of people doing their best to escape farther into the spooky looking forest.
Creatures would occasionally be attracted to the noise and attack the group injuring them slightly every time.
"What can I don't with these options."
She continued to observe the group on their journey through the forest and soon an idea piped into her mind.
"Maybe...but will it work, but it's a bit...risky?"
With one final look at the group of people she gave in and helped the group of people before closing the laptop and going to bed.
Fear.
For days their group has been traveling through the forest doing their best hoping to make it through to the other side. A feat never before accomplished by even the strongest warriors during the peak of their little town.
Ever sense the appearance of the beast spirit monsters took over the forests making journing through forests a challenge for most. Even the sky's, something of a second home to their race was sealed off by the air born monsters.
Legends say that when the spirit beast Lune appeared the world itself protested against its will. Many inhabitants did their best to defeat the spirit but in the end only the angles survived by hiding high up until even that became impossible.
As they continued their journey in what they believed was a straight line the trees moved in unnatural ways causing the group to pause. All around then the trees moved in an unseen wind forcing the group to the ground.
Confused all they could do was watch helplessly as the wind continued to pick up until they were completely surround in a dome of roaring wind.
"What the hell!"

Stuck on the ground the watches as the sky turned a sickly gray color, and with a echo of thunder a storm like none other started. Occasionally lightning strikes could be seen but to where they landed no one knew.
All around them it looked as if the world itself was coming to an end.
The planet was experiencing a golden age, all over the planet life thrived, the offspring of many animals changed under the influence of large amounts of mana. With each passing year the planet slowly became the very embodiment of abundant.
The birds carried the seeds of rare plants all around the world forming beautiful landscapes, and soil creatures helped keep the soil rich for life to thrive while nature kept the air, soil, and water clean.
It was a rare sight but ever so often an animal would show signs of using the magic around them. A bird could use magic to escape with a quick burst of speed, aquatic life can use water in many ways suiting their needs and the life on the crimson dragon's island seemed to inherently use magic to survive in the high temperture continent.
Under the influence of many causes the planet itself seemed to evolve. The air changed slightly, the oceans calmed, the earth warmed slightly and the life all over the planet experienced a growth spurt.
The planet formed a weak will, it wasn't very strong but it grew with each year that passed until it matured. Deep beneath the surface it started to toy around with earth that shone with magic.
As the years continued to pass it formed a massive cavern connected to a bunch of cave systems that reached the surface and went deeper beneath the earth. The cavern was full of humanoid shapes made out of the earth that shone with magic.

After admiring its work it decided to go a step farther. Using the abundant amount of magic held within the body of one of the lifeless humanoid shaped stone it formed a soul based off the other life it examined.
Above one of the body a brown orb of light slowly formed that gently floated above the body. It was...asleep, it has no way of moving and the will realized that after it continued to float their.
It slowly nudged the spirit awake and helped guide it towards a body of its choosing.
It found one of the very first vessels it created, one that was covered in moss and some simple plant life. It gave off a burst of excitement and flew into the body to merge with it.
As it did this it drew on the abundant magic inside the body to start forming a new soul.
After fusing with the body it opened its "eyes" for the first time and looked around the cavern memorized by the view.
Their was a small pond in the center of the cavern, moss that sparkled grew from the ceiling of the cavern and all over the place mushroom grew. The cavern has a bunch of caves leading to who knows where and towards one end the ground rose leading up to a forest growing underground.
The will did all it's experiments her which ended up in an underground forest full of life.
The chaos energy released from the chaos star slowly condensed into a misty cloud that released an ominous aura. Deep within the mist a tear in the very fabric of space formed causing the surrounding space to collapse in on itself.
The tear faught a soundless battle doing its best to keep open, the being in the other side became impatient and forcefully widened the tear at the price of injuring its paws.
After a couple minutes of tug of war the surround space calmed enough for the being to step through the tear in space.
As quickly as it opened it didn't take very long to close. The mist quickly shrunk in on itself being sucked into the tear before closing after all the misty substance was gone.
The being was a pitch black panther.
It's fur was an inky black color and it's eyes flowed with a fierce blood red light. It had four paws that ended sharp metallic claws that shone brightly in the light from the sun. It had a white star pattern on its chest that glowed every so often.
Its eyes landed on the thriving planet and it quickly grew excited while growling soundlessly. All it could do was nudge itself to start floating towards the planet, it had no power to move in space like other being so it was forced to just slowly float towards the planet.
For a being from the chaos realm it was completely powerless while in space, It would take a while before it would reach the planet but that didn't stop it from pointlessly trying to speed up his journey.

"Kyran Hall, the Goddess Sada bestows you this gift." With those words, his life changed dramatically. He was granted a System, unique among all others, and abilities unseen before in the world. Granted boundless potential, he and his party would soon rise to prominence, becoming some of the greatest adventurers the world had ever see- *Ahem* Sorry, I've been told by the MC to say he's just an average guy. Nothing special about him. A traditional fantasy story with a (hopefully) new twist on the magic system. There's adventure, combat, monsters, magic, banter, and of course: pork belly. I'm new to writing fiction, and still learning to be more efficient in my brainstorming and editing process. If you have any feedback or suggestions, let me know! If you see any typos, mock me as much as you want because I should feel bad about it.
8 75What Lies In Between

"Your mind is dark, your eyes are dull, your life is bleaker than feces, and your heart is covered in ash." She removed one hand to keep her veils on her head as the topmost shawl slipped down her neck. She continued to speak, "Your blood is cold. If you remain this way, you will die before you can find your love." The Krasean lowered his veil, revealing his face to us. He tipped his head upward so I can see his honey coloured eyes that were duller than his peoples'. Black eyeliner outlined the rim of his eyes, drawing attention to his enchanting eyes. "Whoever your lover is, they are your other half. You will endure hardships and pain because of them. You will also make them feel the same." She looked conflicted like she did not know whether to tell me this was good or bad. "In their eyes, you are the evilest and the godliest. How contradicting this is!" "Did you slap me?" I held the helmet between the pit of my elbow and my waist. One hand slowly reached up to rub my numb cheek. It has been forever since someone last slapped me. Now, no one who knew my identity would dare to hit me directly. "The blood coursing through your veins, it's hot and dangerous. You cannot be tamed easily and this may be the cause of your downfall." A strange grimace graced her wrinkled face. I swear to the gods she is ageing each second! "I see your fall. Someone with too much power automatically becomes a threat. You're no longer seen as an ally, but a monster."

"When I wished I was a Witch I meant like an Harry Potter witch, either before or after voldy or outside of England!"As a little girl I always wanted to be special.I read anything I could find in the fantasy genre, but the thing I was obsessed with was Witches. From Harry Potter to The Secret Circle, I had read and seen them all. Every single wish I had ever made, from birthday candles to shooting stars, was always the same 'I want to be a witch!'.But I guess luck wasn't on my side, and I died. I soo didn't wish to be reborn as the most unappreciated, judgy, witch of the century. I mean doing dark magic, that's fine. Dying, well - been there, done that. Being the anchor, not funny like - at all.Being stuck in a world prison with a psycho with a weird name, yeah ... I'm changing the timeline. Screw the writers, this is my story now and Bonnie Bennett is going to be the most badass witch since Qetsiyah, or Dhalia, or Esther, or Silas... whatever ... you get it."Why not Davina? Sure she was almost sacrificed by her coven and got locked in a church but at least she dated Kol 2.0 !"
