In the morning when Ryan’s phone went off, He wakes up and heads downstairs. Downstairs he is greeted with Misty holding a few Rolls of Dera-Cloth in her hands. She then shoots him a smile.

“So, my supplier just came by and delivered these to me. Are you happy?” She asks while letting out a smile.

Still groggy, he then remembers about this little request he made with her for more. He takes the rolls from her and opens up his magical storage vault and tosses them in there. He then walks outside to check up on his little “Village”.

Upon exiting outside, he could see everyone getting ready for the morning, and could make out a lot of people eating some Oranges, and Grapefruits from the trees near the camp. He smiles at this and remembers his plan. He then walks outside to the camp.

“Alright! We are all going to the beach! Who’s ready to wash away their stress?” Ryan says quickly counting everyone in the crowd. When he realized there were 72 still here, he relaxes and walks toward the front of the house motioning everyone to follow him. At the front of the house Arcadia already had a portal open and ready to go. When he walks through it, he suddenly finds himself on Ana Island, a 50-acre Island that was next to the now sunken Villano island. As people start to arrive through the portal, Ryan takes a giant breath of fresh ocean air. When the rest of the girls arrive, Ryan grabs Zephyr and pulls her toward a palm tree away from everyone.

“I’m going for a quick sail to the mainland. You keep everyone entertained” he says as he grabs a large piece of flat driftwood off the ground. He then opens up his magical storage vault and pulls out his kite.

“How are you going to “Sail” over there? She asks him. As he pulls out his kite that already had his lines pre-attached, he unravels his bar and launches the kite. He then grabs the piece of Flat driftwood and throws it in the water. He then runs out into the water and splashes right on top of it.

He feels the cold shock of the water, but cheers. He then starts sailing downwind toward the mainland city. Ryan looks at Zephyr and shouts the words: “Like This!” as he tosses his phone onto the beach.

Zephyr wants to run into the water and join him but looks at all these people around her and gets to work with kicking off this private island beach party.

Ryan then shouts: “Play something to entertain me. I’ll be back in like 30 minutes”

Zephyr who had her back turned to him smiles and picks up his phone off the soft damp sand and brushes off the screen. She then plays the song: “Timber” from Pitbull and activates Global mode. She then faces the crowd and claps her hands.

“Well guys, Let the fun begin!” she says while starting to move her hips. People around her look at each other and start dancing.

Meanwhile Ryan was sailing toward shore and could make out the new docks and marina that was built. He adjusts his downwind Run toward them and could feel and hear the bass of the music from behind him. He could also make out some cheering. He looks behind him and could see people rushing into the water, and someone climbing up one of the coconut trees. He smiles at sends it full speed ahead.

15 minutes later he soon arrives at the shore and those Officials were there waiting for him.

“You can’t dock your boat at this port without paying a docking fee” they tell him with a controlling tone.

Ryan smiles at them and brings down his kite. “I’m not on a boat. I’m on a piece of driftwood. Thereby your argument is invalid” he tells them as he balls up his kite and walks past them with his back turned to them. The lead one gets angry and storms off to Sheriff Warren who was standing nearby drinking his coffee.

Ryan enters into Stark’s business and sees code violation stickers all over his desk. He then looks at Ryan with relief.

“Is she safe?” He asks him. Ryan nods his head and says “I don’t know what you’re talking about” while pointing to the windows and making a “Careful they may be watching us” gesture.

Stark who was glad to hear some good news come from Ryan on his initial nod, walks over to him and pulls out a seat for him.

“So, something big is about to happen at Three today. I’d like you and everyone you know to meet out in front of the courthouse. It’s going to be in the matter of doing away with “This Mess” he says as he picks up a handful of the Code Violation notices off his desk and throws them over his shoulder. Ryan then pulls out his phone and shows him something.

“In the meantime, could you do me a favor and make me one of these?” Ryan asks while he summons forth his phone and shows him a schematic of a variable power kite control bar. Stark takes out a pad and paper and starts writing down the dimensions and drawing the shape of the control bar.

“I’m going to make a bigger kite. So, I need another bar for it. It’s going to need a swivel here and much longer lines” he tells stark while pointing to the drawing.

“Alrighty. I’ll get to work on making this for you” Stark says while pulling out a plank of wood and some tools. “I’ll have this done in a few days. I hope “My little “precious” package stays “safe”. He tells Ryan while throwing the rest of the violation notices onto the wooden floor. Ryan smiles and nods. Ryan then leans forward and summons his phone into his hand. With the original party music Zephyr put on still playing on Global mode, the whole town trembles for a half a second until Ryan mutes it. He then quickly changes his phone to display a map of the world. He zooms it over to the waters off the coast of Wyozonia. Ryan then points to it and winks at him. He then starts playing the song “Come Sail Away” From Styx on a very quiet volume being weary that trouble could be here in a minute. Ryan fasts forward the song to the 2:50 mark and points to his phone in a clue revealing way. Stark puts the two together and clinches his chest in relief and takes a few deep breaths. The look on this concerned father face was now lifted. Peace of mind was now apparent on his face. Ryan then grabs his phone walks out the building and gently shuts the door giving Stark a thumbs up and confident smile. He then pauses his phone and sees Shariff Warren approaching him.

“Ryan picks up his balled-up kite and smiles at him.

“I’m going to overlook that noise violation you just caused, but did you really refuse to pay the docking fee?” Warren asks seeming annoyed.

“Yes, I did. I came here on a piece of driftwood and not a boat. So, I’m immune from having to pay his ‘land’ tax” he tells Warren.

Warren looks at the 3 people behind him and rolls his eyes. “Legally, Ryan is right. It’s not a boat. So, I can’t do anything about this” he tells them with a care-free tone.

“But! But you have to Warren! Nothing is free here!” The commissioner whines.

Ryan looks at this man and crosses his arms. “I can shove my boot up your ass, and It’ll be free” Ryan scowls at him.

Warren looks at Ryan and says: “Hey! Watch it!” in a warning tone. Ryan then walks away from them with a smile. He walks away to the dock and notices his old boat still tied to a tree. He walks up to it and unties it and pushes it out into the water. He then removes the “Parking Violation” sticker off his boat and throws his kite inside of it. He acts in a hurry as he knows they could be approaching him any minute and starts burning [Ball Lightening] in fire mode and pushes himself out into the water in hurry. He then stops and raises up his main sail and Jib sheet. He then pushes the dagger board down all the way and starts sailing back toward Ana Island. He then lays back and restarts his music on the song “Come Sail Away” by Styx again. As he maintains course, he opens up his Magical storage vault void and throws his kite in there and closes it. He then starts singing along to the song. When he arrives at the shore with his sailboat, he could see people having a good time.

Fishing poles were in the water, a fire was going with a slain wild island pig on a spit roast, and kids were out kicking an inflated pig bladder like a soccer ball. A handful of women were on their backs sunbathing, and there were a handful of people working together on chopping up fruits like pineapple, kiwi and strawberries and a few others that Arcadia conjured to make tropical drinks for everyone.

When Ryan pulls up to shore, he looks at Zephyr who was in the middle of a fun fencing match up against Alex who both were using wooden sticks and smiles at them. Ryan then looks at a group of kids who were sitting around bored and shouts: “Who wants to go for a fun sail!” He asks them.

Suddenly 8 kids come running toward him. The parents of those kids start heading over to the boat to check out the vessels condition. None of them object to it, but one mother gets in with Ryan and holds her daughter close to her and smiles. Ryan then pushes off from the shore and sets course north. He aims for a quick tour around the island and comes back. When he arrives back, he surrenders his boat over to the other adults and they take their kids for a quick sail around the island.

By the time Ryan got back to the island, Alex had made a makeshift Volleyball net from washed up fishing nets that were found all over the island. She was teaching everyone how to play and gives a quick demo against Zephyr. Four women appear interested in this and start tying up their hair with their hairbands. One woman who was about to tie up her hair looks around and asks her friend “Hey where did my hairband go? I could have sworn I just had it a minute ago!”.

Upon hearing that Alex frowns at the woman. “So, the curse begins. What have I done?” She thinks to herself. Luckily a woman lends this girl hers and she runs to the side where Alex was at, and a few men choose to join in the game too. Alex serves and the first ever volleyball match of this world begins. At lunch time everyone comes to the campfire and digs into the fully roasted pig. After lunch Ryan is then approached by a few brave children who wanted to know more about his kite. He offers to teach them how to fly it. He lets a few fathers try it first, and they shut down their request due to how much power this little mysterious thing produces on todays 15 mile an hour windy day.

The fathers who were concerned about the kite’s power to their kid’s weight ratio on the other hand were enjoying every little moment of flying this thing.

“So, you actually led Metourum on a wild chase for 50 miles with this thing while riding a little board eh? Wow you really are gifted!” A man says who was taking his turn flying while fighting to maintain the kites Zenith position.

A jealous child walks up to his dad and cries out: “Father! I want to try!”

The father looks at his kid and shakes his head no. A few other fathers shake their head at the kid also.

“Sorry son. This toy is not for you. You are not big enough!” The father says as he accidently gets distracted and lets the kite drift downward into a power zone. The man then starts getting pulled forward toward the water. He digs his heals in the sand like an anchor and Ryan rushes over to him and puts the kite back over head.

Ryan looks over at this man and asks him, “May I give your son a ride?” He says as he grabs his land board. The father smiles and picks up his 4-foot son and places him onto Ryan’s back.

“Don’t break him eh?” The dad jokes. Ryan then hops on his board and leans the kite into the power zone and takes off down the shoreline. A few other kids get jealous and start begging their parents for a ride. Trusting Ryan, they happily grant them the opportunity.

So, for the next 40 minutes Ryan gives rides to these kids. After he was done a few of the dads take his board and study it. The carpenter in the group draws in the sand the shape of it and identifies the type of wood it was made of and holds it up to the sunlight. He sees a distinctive hard to see glare the board gives off an identifies that the board has a rigidity enchantment on it. (Something that only an experienced individual in his profession can make out). A blacksmith in the group tells them what the trucks are made from and how they were casted. Then the wife of the blacksmith identifies the rubber wheels as a type of compound from the Mul-tree. The Carpenter then tries to stand on it and obtain his balance. His buddy, the blacksmith then casually gives him a push. He nearly falls over but laughs. He then gets off the board and his son jumps on and tries. He maintains his balance better and his father gives him a little push. The son maintains his balance and his dad pushes him a few more times till he falls over in the soft sand and cries.

Ryan looks at his phone and takes note of the time. It was now 2:50pm. He summons everyone around him. Everyone comes to him, and he smiles at everyone.

“I’m glad everyone had a fun time! Now it’s time do to the…umm “Thing” in town” Ryan tells everyone with a cloudy minded stutter. The adults then start talking among themselves and the Newly converted Arcadians line up in their own little line next to Ryan. Arcadia then summons forth a portal to shore. She then walks through it. Ryan makes a friendly gesture to everyone to follow her through the portal. Soon people start walking through. When the last handful of people walks through, Ryan stops and holds Kannell up. “You don’t mind returning this back to the docks?” He asks her.

“Shhure thing buddy!” Kannell shouts with a happily drunk tone. She gives him a drunk hug and stumbles over to the boat. Ryan who felt a little uneasy about this, just lets this happen. He helps her get in and raises the sails. He then pushes her off toward the docks and she starts sailing downwind.

Ryan now walks towards the portal and enters it. He comes out the other end mildly halfway into the woods with everyone else and he leads them toward town. As everyone approaches the center of the town Ryan starts shouting: “Citizens of Staug! Come outside! If you are ready for change meet us at townhall! Change starts today! Rise Up and Take back control!” He then takes his two spell blades and starts rattling them together. People inside peek out and see him with those 72-adults and their kids shadowing him. The residents who peek out their windows see this and start cheering from inside. They then quickly make it a point to find a stopping point at their current tasks and walk outside to join Ryan’s little march.

When they arrive at town hall the Corrupted city commissioners come outside and see this huge pack of people Ryan was leading. When Ryan reaches the steps of the townhall building he stops and makes serous eye contact with the troubling officials. Stark walks up to him with a handful of Violation notices and hands them to Ryan.

“You guys have irritated this town long enough! The Harassment needs to stop. The bullying needs to stop. You all are ruining these people’s way of life. This place is not your homeland! Everything was fine and peaceful before you came along and ruined it! We are not going to take it anymore. We are voting you out! We have the necessary number of people to hold an emergency re-election and there is nothing you can do about it!” Ryan shouts at them. Suddenly everyone in the group starts Rallying and cheering.

Three of the lead corrupt Delandian officials huddle together in panic.

“I Called it! I am freaking called it! I knew they were going to do this! But none of you did anything about it!” One of the paranoid officials cried out among the others.

The other two grab him by his shirt and pull him back behind them. They begin quickly counting the people in the group as the whole town starts to come out of the buildings and stand together with them.

The Eldest official, a man who had an evil looking black mustache decides to put on his top hat and grabs his cane and smiles at everyone. He then steps forward to address the crowd.

“Attention Citizens of Staug! I Understand you all have the minimum required number of people to oust us from office. That is fine and all. I understand its your legal right to do such a thing. We have no choice to but respect it. I hear your irritation and understand you want a recall vote. As prescribed by law we shall hold a public vote in one week on this day!” The man shouts professionally and calmly. He then takes an official document and writes down “Public Recall Election” and puts the official date on it and the description of it on the lower portion of the document. He stamps it and pulls out a mini hammer from his belt, and hammers in two staples into the front of the wooden door of city hall. He next grabs everyone on his team and walks inside and shuts the door in a hurry.

The whole town then rushes to the front of the building and reads the hot orange colored notice on the front of the building and cheers. The local printing press operator pushes herself up through the crowd and takes off her ink-stained work apron. She rips it off the door and pulls out a magical pan that was inside of her apron. She then also removes a vial of magic ink. She places the pan on the ground and places the document inside of it. She then pours this magic ink all over it and picks up the pan and sloshes the agent around the pan. Suddenly hundreds of copies of this document starts coming out of the bottom of this special pan and people start grabbing them and passing them around. Suddenly people start cheering. Upon receiving copies of the document, the residents start scurrying all around town and starts posting them everywhere.

By the Bell, By the well, by the clock, to the dock. People were placing these things everywhere.

As the council members peeked out the window they look to the senior leader for a plan.

“Obviously having most of them simply not show up to the recall event is out of the question” The man says while placing his hands on the table and interlacing his fingers together.

“You know we could revoke the law that allows newly arriving people to instantly become citizens” Man 3 suggests.

“No, not yet I have an idea” The senior official says while he looks over at the two other “Local” council members who were standing in the back of the room with their arms crossed and glaring at them. He pushes his chair out from underneath the table and gets up and grabs his personal teleportation mage who was sitting behind him reading a book. The two irritated old men in the back of the room then break their silence.

“Don’t try anything stupid like complicate the language of the ballot. My town is done with you all. You know they are going to remove all of you faster than a freshly attached tick, right?” The “Local” Representative says.

“Not if we could help it. Look old man, I know you are legally allowed to be in this board room since you are still on the board since Queen Lake didn’t “Fully” remove all you guys off the board for “Fairness” The man says while flexing both his fingers. “But I honestly suggest you resign before we make you, by force” The lead corrupt official says.

“Son you can’t do anything to us. We know this town. They are sick of you all and your nonsense” The other “Local” council member says.

“The hell we can! This is a recall election thereby ALL of our seats are up for grabs. Including YOURS. The senor corrupted Deland official says while pulling out a piece of paper. “You all vote on a draft of the ballot. I’m going to go talk to a ‘Friend’” he says as he grabs his teleportation mage and walks out the room with him.

The man then teleports over to Gainer and charges right through the castle doors. He then hunts done Lake.

The minute she sees this man’s face; she already knew he was irritated. But she refuses to Acknowledge him.

“Nope You’re on your own. Like I said I got you into power, I’m NOT going to help you KEEP it. Now go and leave my sight” she says while shoeing him away.

“But Lake I’m here to chat...” He says while being blocked by her royal guards who had their Halberds crossed in a X pattern in front of him.

“I said go! Don’t mess with me right now!” she demanded. The man shoots Lake an angry look and turns around. He then shouts “If we lose control were breaking the contract. So, it’s best to help us” He warns her. He then stomps out of the building.

He goes down to the local teleportation mage and buys an immediate trip back to Staug with his teleportation mage in tow. Upon arriving back at town, he walks back inside city hall and sees twenty-seven balled up pieces of paper on the floor and a final rough draft copy of the ballot sitting on the table.

He picks up the piece of paper then reads it and says: “All in favor of making this the official ballot Please remain seated”

No one gets up from their chair. “All opposed please stand up” He then says.

No one gets up, not even the local council members. Of the Seven people in the room no one says a word and they all look at the lead Delander official. He Throws up his hands and pulls out his official seal and stamps the document that had all the board members names on it followed by the words Should they remain in office? Yes [] or No []

He then gets up and grabs the other Five members that were in his political party, and they walk to the back of the building with two other Teleportation mages and they teleport all the way over to Deland.
