As the Girls stumble across Liz passed out in the living room with legal document everywhere along with a few empty bottles of wine spread across the room, it become evident that she had a bad night as well.

Misty places Zara down on the ground and then gets to work tidying up the room. She gets all the documents in one pile and places them neatly on the table. Misty then picks up the empty wine bottles and throws them away.

When she comes back into the room, Misty finds Kannell reading one of the documents out of curiosity.

“Proposed 15% Tax increase on long-term visiting Non-Residents of Tourterra” was the tittle of one of the documents in her hand. Feeling confused as to what this meant, Kannell flips through the pile and finds another page.

“Bill of Law: Non-Residents of the Kingdom of Tourterra may NOT hold any stake or positions in any public office until they have lived and worked in the kingdom for at least 5 years”

Kannell still feeling confused keeps Skimming through the pages.

“TOP SECRET: Bill to Acquire, Train, and Hold a working Air Defense Force”

Kannell who was holding this page wanted to read it, but the TOP SECRET tittle made her look away and instantly bury that page behind the other bills. She then reads the next one that was in front of her.

“Bill of Law: It is Illegal in the Kingdom of Tourterra to have a ship Named: “The Unsinkable II”

Kannell giggles at this and as she does Misty wakes up.

Misty who was confused and groggy sees Kannell holding her documents.

“Kannell! What you and the girls doing back so soon?” She asks in a very tired tone

“I got us kicked off the island. It was worth it” Kannell said playfully while placing the documents on the table and taking a seat on the couch.

Liz then takes a good look at Kannell and whispers.

“One of those documents are not meant to be talked about or shared with anyone” Liz whispered.

“I know girl, I’m an active-duty Special Operations Navy officer. I know what “TOP SECRET” means. Rest assured I didn’t read it” Kannell tells her.

“Good. Thank you” Liz said to her feeling relieved.

Soon the rest of the girls walk back into the living room.

“So, what is this tax increase for?” Kannell asked feeling a little curious.

“Oh, those bills I can talk about all day long. We are having an extreme issue with people in Deland trying to buy power and leverage right here in Tourterra. I have been bribed with so much money and offered really nice things in exchange for favors. These assholes want to privatize all our taxpayer ports, charge residents to access the beach, and increase our taxes in general. I am sorry but I am not corrupt. I’m not going to let them put a Tax officer in front of a small town’s well and charge people 10 to 20 gold just to get drinking water. FUCK THAT. I am passing laws that will make it hard to nearly impossible for these assholes to achieve their money hungry agenda. I know they want to tax our sunshine, since their snow, beard, and window tax don’t seem to bring in enough revenue for them.” Liz said with a clearly aggravated tone.

“On top of that, Deland wants us to weaken our military. As it turns out, we did TOO good of a job defending this town from that attack. When they saw how much we were charging them to clean up our harbors and to help share the costs of repairing the city after the attack, they complained and tried to flip the script on us saying that WE owe them 54.4 million gold for destroying their military fleet that they let get over ran by Anarchy members. Something they could have PREVENTED if they decided not to be cheap and budget cut their security at that port” Liz explained.

Zephyr who was confused puts her hand beneath her chin.

“Wait is that what happened? But I heard-” Zephyr said while being cut off by Liz.

“Yes, I know what you heard, but more details about the investigation of what happened during that whole ordeal are coming out among us Government Leaders. You may not know this, but your mother Zephyr really pissed off the king over in Deland when she handed him the bill for allocating her troops to help Staug during that Siege. He claimed responsibility and blame for that attack, but he doesn’t want to pay for the damage he caused by doing so. His plan instead is to get his people into Tourterra’s government and tax our residents to death and send that money on over there to pay for his lost ships. That Ain’t Gonna happen on my watch” Liz explains.

Suddenly there was an angry knock on the door.

Liz gets up and walks toward it.

“Oh, and before I forget, that siege that occurred? All fingers are pointing toward Mriya being the mastermind on funding it” Liz said while opening the door.

In front of her stood Queen Lake with a pile of papers in her hands.

Lake marches right on into the house and drags Liz by the collar of her shirt to the wall of the living room in anger.

“What are these?” Queen Lake said while slapping her in the face with the pile of bills in her hands. Are you fucking kidding me Lindsay? What did I tell you about making up these nonsense laws” Lake said while throwing the bills onto the floor.

“I’m doing what’s good for our kingdom. I’m not letting another country’s polices corrupt our great nation” Liz replies back to her.

“You are still young and inexperienced. You have no right to be making these choices while I am away” Lake screamed at her.

Liz then pushes Queen Lake away from her.

“You listen here you bitch. I am not corruptible like you are. While you are away getting that big fat cock from King Joe in Eyefore, I’m down here stopping what his constituents and allies in Deland from hurting our nation” Liz screams at her.

Queen Lake then stares at her with anger.

“You got a death wish honey? I will be glad to hang you or Cut out your tongue for high treason” Queen Lake threatened.

“Go Ahead, make my day. You know I’m doing the right thing” Liz replies back to her while crossing her arms at her.

To Queen Lake, it appeared that Liz was not backing down on her opinion or stance on this. She was a little bit speechless right now and didn’t know what to say. She then takes a deep breath and tries to calm down.

“I’m forgiving you for that transgression against me. You… have one hour to dress nicely for a meeting with a handful of representatives from Deland at the Capital. You need to be present and not Speak unless your spoken to. That is all” Queen Lake said still clearly irritated while walking out the door. Lake then grabs one of her Royal teleport mages and teleports back to Gainer. The other Mage stood outside the door for Liz.

All the girls then look over Liz.

“I’m proud off you Lindsay. Thank you for standing up to Lake and doing what you believe is right” Misty said to her.

“Ya same here girl. She needs to take a chill pill. My country had its fair share of Corruption when Yulee wanted to micro-manage us. My great-great grandmother stood up to Yulee and put a stop to that. She literally started cutting the balls off the corruption and made the nation a better place” Zephyr said to Liz.

“Look I’m going to go in there, say my peace, and come back home. If I don’t come back from the meeting, you’ll know why” Liz says to Zephyr as she heads up stairs to her room.

15 minutes later Liz comes back down dressed in a purple dress robe that was once Vedra’s. She also wore Vedra’s tierra and was holding her combat staff.

“You’re not going to the meeting like that are you?” Zephyr asked out of concern.

“Hey if she wants have a meeting with a bunch of vampire-like representatives that want to suck our nation dry, I might as well troll this meeting with this attire” Liz said with a playful tone while flicking her head to the side and pointing both her thumbs at herself with a giant smile on her face.

“If she kills you, I’ll do you a favor and acquire Ryan’s phone and play “I’m Not A Vampire” By Falling In Reverse On god mode while they bury you” Zephyr replied back sarcastically.

“I’d Love that Zephyr!” Liz replies to her while she was brushing her hair. “But don’t do it on God-mode Volume. We are still in the progress of repairing the foundations of some of the buildings in Gainer that were damaged by the “Despacito” spam that was caused by Ryan’s phone when he first came to this world. His phones music reacts really badly to the water table under the city which sits unusually higher than any other city in this kingdom.” Liz said while putting the brush down on the table.

Zephyr then gives Liz a hug.

“Well go be you. If anything happens, try and request to be exiled to Wyozonia” Zephyr said humorously.

“I’ll keep that in mind. Wish me luck girls” Liz said while walking out the door and meeting with her Teleportation mage. They soon then Teleport off to Gainer.

When Liz arrives in front of the castle, she was greeted by a furious Queen Lake.

“I said DRESS NICE why are you being stubborn!” Queen Lake screams at her.

“I am dressed nice. Quit bitching at me and let’s go” Liz replied back to her.

Queen Lake who wanted to strangle this girl right now was slowly counting to backwards from 100 in her head to try and calm down as she followed Liz into the castle and into the meeting room.

As soon as they enter the room the guards shut the door behind them and they both sit down in front of 4 men. Liz upon entering notices the men had 6 huge bags by their feet. As Liz sits down in her chair one of the men slams down 6 bills down on the table and looks at Queen Lake with anger.

“What the hell are these about. Why did you pass these laws Lake? “15% Tax increase on long-term visiting Non-Residents of Tourterra” and the other one says, “Non-Residents of the Kingdom of Tourterra may NOT hold any stake or positions in any public office until they have lived and worked in the kingdom for at least 5 years” What is this about? This goes against what we had in mind for our Coquina and Lime mining operation plans. Along with Jake’s beach plans over in Mia, Tempo, and northern Staug” One of the men says.

“Hey, I know what we talked about, but don’t look at me. Look at her. She’s the one who passed those laws behind my back while I was away” Lake tells them.

Both the men then look at Liz and notice the dress and items they were wearing. They then get a scary cold feeling of fear after realizing what she was wearing.

“Why would you pass such stupid laws little girl?” One of the angry old men says to her.

“Because I’m not so easily corrupted. All you all want to do is buy power and tax our people so you can play the victim here. You king is so full of himself that his throne sits so high off the ground because it sits on a 16-foot pile of gold. He doesn’t want to man up and admit fault and pay for his damages which what equates to 8 inches off his “Booster seat”. Look what you all want is not happening under my watch. Yes I get it, living her can be considered a privilege since it doesn’t snow, and you all want to profit off of that shit. I’m not letting your values and greed spread into our country. I already deal with rich greedy business owners who want more control over people on a daily basis. There is no way I’m letting your parasitic values hurt my people.” Liz screams.

Suddenly one of the men takes one of the bags that lies by his foot and places it onto the table.

“Lake. Please repeal these laws. Let our former agreement take place next week before you open the ports of Staug City.” A man said while opening up a bag and pulling out presorted bags of high value gems and gold. He then pours a bag of gold all over the table. Lakes eyes then glimmer with greed.

Liz then stands up and flips the table in anger.

“This meeting is over. All of you get the hell out of here!” Liz screams. As she kicks one of the bags of gold across the floor.

All the men who were shocked at this angry vampire worshiping girl, then look over at Lake who grabbed Liz’s arm and was in the process of dragging Liz out of the meeting room. Once she drags Liz outside, she starts yelling at her

“You stepped to far out of line here! I said speak when spoken to!” Lake screams at her.

“I did speak when I was spoken to. I spoke my fucking mind, I spoke it real good. I also flipped the table. I flipped that table real good too! Liz argues back.

“You don’t understand what’s going on here. You’re acting very immature and real unprofessional. You are damaging my Royal image” Lake screams at Liz.

“Good. Do the right fucking thing then. Liz said while she walks away from her.

“For what you did, I’m Suspending your ability to make Laws.” Lake said with a dead serious tone.

“Go for it. Just know where I stand on letting another country mess with our own affairs.” Liz said angrily as she heads toward the nearest teleportation mage.
