《Searcher》Chapter 5 Jade

Pleasure washed over my naked body, eliciting moans I couldn’t control. I peered down at my bare chest to the clearest blue eyes I’ve ever seen, staring up at me from between my parted thighs. His tongue lapped lazily between my lips, expertly licking and circling my clit while his finger curled inside me and rubbed against the place at the top of my passage men usually need a map to find. My muscles clenched around his finger, and I thrust my hips into his hand, wanting more, needing more.
He placed his hands on my thighs, holding me in place, and halting my bid for control. I mewled at the loss of his finger before it was replaced by a thrusting tongue that pierced and speared between my folds. He took his time exploring me with that wicked tongue, feeling the textures, memorizing the taste, drawing a fucking treasure map in his mind, all at a maddening slow pace. I wanted to drive my hips into his face and rub myself all over him, but I couldn’t move. His hold kept me pinned to the bed, captive.
Curly blond locks fell across my stomach and blocked my view. I struggled to see his face, to stare into the depths of those blue eyes while he drove me wild, only to feel a second set of hands pushing my chest back down on the bed. A warm tongue caressed my taut nipple, compelling me to moan again. His tongue swirled and flicked around the bud, inducing goosebumps to form up and down my arms. Teeth nipped and scraped the sensitive tissue, mixing pain and pleasure before moving to the other nipple. A wet trail of kisses crossed my aching chest. I looked down at the man lavishing attention on my breasts, and was drawn to golden, amber colored eyes. Heat blazed from those eyes, reflecting an intense passion.
I couldn’t handle the sensations of two mouths worshipping my body at the same time. It was too much. Blues Eyes, with his magic tongue, twirling and thrusting, while Goldie nipped and sucked my tender breasts. It was too much. I was too close to shattering. My moans came faster and louder, almost loud enough to drown out the sound of my name. Almost, but not quite.
“Jade.”
Yeah, that’s me. Mmmm. Don’t stop.
“Jade. Wake up.” I felt myself being shaken. Nooooo! Don’t stop. I’m so close.
I looked up to blue eyes peering down at me from behind tousled blonde curls. What happened? I was so close, and he was so gooood.
As I came out of my confusion, I noticed Blue Eyes was fully clothed and crouching next to me by the couch. The lust I saw in his eyes moments before was replaced with concern. When did he get dressed? I looked around, searching for Goldie. Or at least that’s what I was calling the person attached to those honey colored eyes. I found him fully dressed, as well, leaning against the wall.
“Do you need a few more minutes? We can wait” he said, heat still blazing in his eyes. But the passion was replaced with something else. I couldn’t quite make it out. Contempt?
I scrambled to get off the couch, away from the intruders who were only seconds ago pleasuring me in the most fantastic way, even if it was all a dream… A dream? What the hell? My fight or flight response kicked in, and I leapt from the couch, delivering a punishing blow to the side of Blue Eyes' face. Standing up, he towered over me, dwarfing my 5’3” frame. I’m short. Petite was a nice way of saying you’ll never be able to reach stuff from the top shelf without help. Fuck that. I don’t need help. I leapt from the couch, and encircled his shoulders, pinning his arms to his side. I held strong while he struggled to get away. Tightening my grip, I demanded “Who are you?” Out of nowhere, a heady scent of leather enveloped me while strong arms wrapped around me from behind.

A voice as sexy as sin whispered in my ear. “We aren’t going to hurt you sweetheart, let go and we’ll answer all your questions.”
I wasn’t falling for that. I released Blue Eyes, and continued to struggle. I’m not going out without a fight.
“Calm down. Calm down.” Blue Eyes soothed. “It's ok. We knew your father. We’re here to help you.”
I fought to get free, sinking my teeth into Goldie’s arm, piercing his skin.
“Dammit, Owen! Can’t you talk some sense into her. She just bit me!” I heard him yell when he yanked his arm out of my teeth. The taste of blood and sweat filled my mouth. So Blue Eyes’ name is Owen.
“I’m trying. She won’t listen.”
He bore down harder, crushing my arms and chest. I stopped fighting, breathing through the pain. I heard Owen say something about wanting to help me. Who the fuck does he think he is?
“I don’t need help,” I growled when the other guy asked if I was going to behave myself. Seriously? They broke into my apartment.
But… they knew my father, even called him by name. I resigned to hearing them out, even if it ended with me kicking them out and calling the police. As soon as the asshole released me, I spun around and sucker punched him for squeezing the shit out of me. Not to be left out, I kicked Owen in the shin, hard. Take that you damn wet dream killer.
My heart was pounding, and I was winded from the struggle. I stepped back, and watched Goldie settle his large muscular frame against the wall. He had light brown, close cropped hair, and those golden amber eyes from my dream. Only, his eyes were guarded and dark. His biceps strained the sleeves of the black t-shirt he had tucked into dark denim jeans, and muscles upon muscles bulged under his clothes. Blood dripped from the bite on his arm. I winced, thinking how I marked this otherwise perfect model of manliness. He scowled at me.
Turning, I stared at Owen. Perfect golden locks fell just below his ears. Deep blue, glacier hued eyes looked back at me from beneath long eyelashes. His eyes were mesmerizing. Holy hotness, where did he come from? His athletic build and tousled hair screamed fun loving surfer dude. I wouldn’t mind waxing his surfboard. He smirked at me after noticing my appraisal, and it annoyed me.
“Who are you?” I said. “How did you get in here?” I could have sworn I locked my door after Nancy left last night. “Why were you in my dream?” I looked at both of them, remembering how they caressed me with their mouths. That sublime moment was tainted by the reality of these strangers standing in my living room. Even if they were sexy strangers.
Goldie coughed, surprised. “You were dreaming of us?”
Owen added, “Both of us?”
Shit. Did I say that last part out loud? Well, might as well own it. “Yeah.” I said, looking Owen up and down while licking my lips. “But you were being a whole lot nicer to me.”
Glaring at Goldie, I returned his contemptuous smirk. “And you weren’t being an asshole.” The memory of his mouth lavishly nipping and licking my breasts was at total odds with his cold, aloof demeanor, and my nipples hardened just thinking about him.
I settled myself on the couch, resolved to hear them out, the need to hear any inkling of information about my dad overpowered me.

I could still kick their asses and call the cops, I told myself. My defense trainer would love to hear how I took down a special forces look-alike and his surfer sidekick.
Softly, Blue Eyes said, “My name is Owen, and the angry one against the wall over there is Tobin.”
I’d caught Owen’s name during the scuffle, but at least now I didn’t have to keep calling Tobin Goldie. That name was too nice for his frosty personality anyway. The guy exuded fuck off vibes.
“We are Eleusinian Guards, and knew your father, Alexander Thanos.” Owen’s mere mentioning of my father opened emotional doors I tried to keep closed, and failed.
Dad, I miss you so much.
I remembered how much fun we had when he’d come home from his trips. We would go to thrift stores, and he would pick things up, showing me how to feel the energy inside them. He said if I closed my eyes I could see the object in its past life. I always squinted hard trying to see something, anything, but never could. Then we would get lunch somewhere, eavesdropping on the other diner’s conversations and making up stories about them. That was my favorite.
I remembered, one time there was a sweet older couple in the booth next to us eating breakfast at 4:30 in the afternoon. I made up a story about their life. They were highschool sweethearts, and the older gentleman worked for the newspaper his whole life. He started out delivering papers when he was just ten, riding his bike all over town. Eventually he moved up, until he was finally promoted to press setter. He worked everyday setting the press for the newspaper until it went out of business. The older lady sitting across from him was the banker’s daughter. She wanted to be a ballerina, but broke her leg in a skiing accident. She opened a private studio, and taught children’s ballet. They got married young, but were never able to conceive a child of their own. I still remember how sweet they looked together in the diner. One day I hoped to find someone that looked at me like he looked at her. Like everything he is, was, and will ever be, rested with her. I wanted that.
I must have zoned out, remembering all the fun we had. Recounting and recollecting tucked away memories that evoked a ton of feelings, while Owen blabbed on and on about something. I answered his questions robotically, letting my instincts take over, letting my mind and the sliver of my heart I kept guarded revel in memories of my dad just a little longer. Tobin’s hateful comment about locking my door darkened the glow with negativity. His voice snapped me out of remembrances of the past and into the current reality.
I glared at him, leaning against the wall smugly staring back at me. I couldn’t help but think he was such a mega asshole. There was a mythical dude like him, Jerkules, I think was his name. What the fuck did I do to piss him off. I didn’t break into his apartment, wake him up from an amazing dream, manhandle the shit out of him and then demand he answer my questions like a fucking God.
Fuck this. I swung my fist at Tobin. Even If I did accidentally leave my door unlocked, that didn’t give Starsky and Hutch free range in my crib.
I tried to explain that I didn’t know what they were talking about. I had no idea what they were looking for. What did they say about Eloo-something stones, Eloo-something guards? Did they mean igloo?
They were both really hot looking guys. That Owen guy looked like the friendlier of the two, but I had a thing for unavailable men. Tobin was hot with a capital H. Any other normal person would freak out with two strange men in their living room. But me? Nope. I was trying to see which one I thought was hotter while Owen calmly explained something I assumed was really important.
I believed them when they said they knew my dad. I don’t know how, but I felt the truth in their words. It seemed my dad wasn’t working for museums searching for lost artifacts after all. He was searching for specific things for some Guard. Another fucking curve ball I struggled to understand. My loving father lied to me. He wasn’t who I thought he was. Why would he lie to me?
I could vaguely hear Owen talking, but I still ignored him, lost in my thoughts. C’mon dad! I would have been a faithful assistant, not some liability. Was he afraid of something? Was he protecting me? Was he sworn to secrecy, like some cool spy character or superhero? I could imagine my dad saving the world. He was good like that. He cared about people. He cared about me. It would be easy to say he exemplified the good in humanity, but to me, he was superhuman. I missed him so much. Something Owen said drew me from my memories.
“What did you say about a necklace?” I asked, sitting up straighter, and finally trying to join the conversation.
I thought back to the necklace at the thrift store. It was beautiful. I remembered how the green stones drew me in. Something definitely happened when I touched the necklace. Who knows, maybe I’m like my dad, or not, and I just had a lot of natural static. Both guys stared at me while I described the necklace I saw at the thrift store.
“You must have released some energy when you touched it.” Owen said. “That’s what signaled us.”
“Yeah, it shocked the shit out of me,” I said, remembering the feeling shooting up my arm. That fucking hurt! “I left it there, I was a bit overwhelmed.” I slumped in my seat when I realized my mistake.
Damn! I knew I should have bought it. Owen covered my hand with his, and exuded a comforting energy that emanated from where our skin touched. I liked the warm, fuzzy feelings coming from him much better than the icy blast from Tobin.
“Well, first thing tomorrow, we’ll go and get it,” Owen soothed.
I only hoped it’d be that easy. I’ve been in the resale game long enough to know that if you don’t buy something when you see it, someone else will.

The FPD (Fart Police Department)
The FPD (Fart Police Department) The world’s norms and ethics have drastically shifted for the worse after an uncontrollable flatus outbreak absorbed the world’s inhabitant, causing major depopulation on a global scale. Conversely, to remedy the spread of this vulgar contagion, the Societal Gods who were partially indirectly responsible for causing the outbreak, implemented certain strict measures for the servile humans to follow. These strict policies were commonly known to the general public as Fart Commandments. Thou shall not relieve themselves in public without following the proper guided measures; thou shall not relieve themselves in private without adhering to the strict guidelines; each new-born and younglings should be taken to the nearest medical facility regularly for inoculation; loose bottoms shall not be tolerated at any governing venues and face-masks should always be worn appropriately. Failure to adhere to the above commandments would result in a mandatory life sentence without a court appeal or probation unless they are of influential births and have authoritative backers. In this twisted society which had been established today a model young female who adhered to the strict policies all of her life without questioning, accidentally broke one of the Fart Commandments and found herself entangled with a rebellious group of uncouth individuals who opposed the Societal Gods. To regain her innocence and social standing among the civil society, this young lady dared challenge the Societal God’s ruling by utilizing the absolute thing that they detested the most which were the destructive vapours of her flatus. Certainly, she will suffer the excruciating consequences of defying her lords’ commandments. Gray's Crucible
“The value you have brought to trade is immense, more than a thousand fold what any other traveler to Crucible has ever produced. More than even I produced during my journey.” The old man paused for a moment here, seemingly reluctant to continue. After a few seconds he begins again with weariness creeping into his voice. “As the Messenger of Crucible I have received the value of your life. You shall be awarded a body with potential equaling the value you have brought to this place in accordance with the laws of the higher realms. Now you shall depart for Crucible, but first; I, Jaze, will give you some advice.” The old man, Jaze, he had named himself paused a time. Time enough that Gray began to wonder if he was still present, when he suddenly continued in a low and serious tone, “You will undoubtedly have great potential Gray of Earth, but it is still only potential. What could be is not necessarily what will be. If you step foolishly in my world, if you can not live up to the potential you have bartered for, Crucible will crush you mercilessly and tear away your very soul.” A thought, cheerful and light was heard from Gray before his presence was sent rocketing away like a shooting star. “I’m looking forward to it.”
