《Goblin Kingdom》A Little Chat, Ritual

Once they got near the eastern river, all of them stopped to rest and recover from their wounds. This time, Norgolin was almost dying and if he couldn't use some heavenly medicine, death was for sure. His wounds weren't as simple as a broken rib or a minor cut; He had a big hole in his chest, as well as only half of his blood left(even if he didn't know the exact quantity, of course).
Diana was surprised that Norgolin didn't faint as he always did, enduring all of this with a strong will. She didn't know what to do, as she had already sent someone to search for Laura; The girl was confused as to why Laura didn't come even after the noise and fire that happened. 'Holy shit, this goblin will die for sure. The worst thing is that I don't know any healing magic or medicine to heal him. But wait... there is indeed a blood ritual, but...would it be worth it? Well... damn it, why am I so moved by his state, even though I don't have a lot of memories with him?' She hesitated for some moments but decided to do the ritual. She started to draw some strange circles on the ground, preparing for what is to come.
All orcs and goblins that survived had already either fainted or died, but there was one orc that didn't give up to tiredness; Even though he was the one with the worst wounds, he stood there, looking at the direction of the village, crying all he could. His body was well-built, and his face was devoid of scars; However, this didn't change his strong air, as well as the aura of a strong will. His sharp eyes seemed to be seeing all of the fight again. Diana took him to be some kind of patriotic orc, one that didn't often go to fighting, probably being some type of producer, even though this was rare for orcs.

''What are you doing there, crying so much? I know this is very hard on you, but aren't you supposed to be used to death?'' She asked while drawing the circles.
''Ah...It's just that I'm not as tough as the others. I'm a blacksmith who has always been patriotic and loved to study types of rocks and minerals...I'm not used to fighting! I came just to repair their armors on the way here as we didn't have time to do it back at our village and almost all of these orcs were my friends... you know after these damn humans arrived, with all those idiots wearing glasses and white cloth, we have been growing in intelligence and number, but the treatment we receive is harsh. I just miss the times when we didn't know exactly what war was, and just did it by instinct. Now we have to suffer all of this shit for nothing, we are just experiments for those humans.'' He explained.
Diana was surprised to know that the humans had reached orcs as well. '' Why don't you just flee? I'm almost sure you guys have, or had, a strong leader who could easily kill some humans.''
''We did try that, but these...scientists, as they call themselves, know magic as well so you can imagine what they did when the first orc tried to escape.''
Norgolin, who had been agonizing on the ground until now, made some effort to speak ''These...humans... want to make a rit...AAAAAAHHH!'' He couldn't even finish the sentence before screaming in pain again.
''I know, they explained this much to us as well, but we can't do much about it; Our leader Don was paid to let them do their thing, so we are defenseless.'' The orc answered.

Diana, who had been pondering, took the initiative to speak again '' So I think we have something in common. Our dear little goblin leader here is going to fight against a strong human leader in one year time, and I am sure we could use an extra hand on this matter. So why don't we collaborate to kill these humans and you help us destroy that damn leader?'' She started to negotiate without Norgolin's consent, but he didn't care. It was indeed an intelligent choice, and there wasn't much time to argue right now.
'' I'm not exactly a leader of the orcs, but I'm damn sure all of them would agree to this. However, there aren't a lot of reasons to trust you guys, so I will wait for my companions to wake up and decide after. By the way, I'm Potin, what's your name?'' Potin said.
''Ok, you can see and tell me later. I'm Diana and this is Norgolin, glad to meet ya'' She said, as she finished drawing the circles. There was one big circle, as big as 3 meters of radius. Surrounding this circle where 10 tiny circles with a 40cm radius, and all circles had the same thing written. It was a single sentence written some strange language that someone from our world could recognize to be similar to Hebraic.
She immediately dragged Norgolin to the bigger circle and started to chant something in another language. Potin started to get as far as possible from the circles, uncertain on what to do.
Every word she said had mana imbued into it; Diana was lucky that activating the ritual didn't use a lot of mana, so she could do it immediately. All circles started to shine with a black light that seemed to have come from hell, ofuscating any light close to the ritual. As they were engulfed by the light, Potin chose to trust her and wait there, even though he was a bit afraid.
