《Goblin Kingdom》Second-The Armons

Norgolin's eyes slowly opened and he could see the light of the cave again. Right now he was situated at some type of cell that was more like a hole with iron bars, even though the goblin didn't know what iron was.
''Stuck, I am. I need to get out'' Was the first thought, but unfortunately, the cell was just too well-made and the iron bars were too sturdy, leaving no opportunity to escape. This would soon be found unimportant as the goblin looked down and saw a very heavy iron sphere connected to his tiny legs by a very strong type of rope, made by some sturdy vines.
''Gatio AMOPARE! (get the goblin'' The voice of the rabbit leader resounded. Indeed, two minutes later there were two rabbit humanoids wearing what looked like a strange stone shaped into armor already opening the cell of our protagonist. Norgolin was carried by the rabbits as if the iron sphere that restricted his movements was as heavy as a feather.
Arriving at the destination, it was a chamber with a wooden table and two chairs. In one of the chairs, the leader humanoid sat, with a blue gem in his hand; This gem was as big as a chicken egg and had the same shape, but the strange fact was that although the gem looked like normal, Norgolin could sense a very strange power emanating. This was a new feeling for him because after he was discovered to have the Mana and Battle Power altogether, the leader goblin didn't let the goblin do anything with them. This was because the goblins thought these 2 energies together meant a curse.
VROOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM!!!!! the gem suddenly started to vibrate and do a lot of noise, however this wasn't the strange thing. The incredible part was that right after these events, the rabbit leader started speaking goblin language!

''Greetings, goblin. My name is Bultharr, the master of the Armonic tribe.'' Bultharr spoke.
''Hi, goblin is hungry.'' Norgolin answered. It wouldn't matter if he had manners or not in this situation, as he was already a slave and they could kill him anytime they wanted.
''Ok, so I will go straight to the point. You are a slave. However, if you tell us everything we want AND do what we tell you to do, I can consider setting you free, as I can see from your nude body and weak constitution that you don't represent any danger.'' The leader spoke casually.
'' I'm going to follow your commands.'' This was the first grammatically correct sentence the goblin had spoken in his life. Maybe it was the effect of this strange gem, but people who lived in this cavern seemed to get more intelligent for some reason.
'' So listen carefully. These are the rules: 1-you can't walk around and enter any of the chambers without permission given by the one in charge. 2-you will follow anything your instructor/master says, even if it compromises your life. 3-you will not try to escape or use any of your power without authorization. That's it, Got it? Oh, and one last thing, NEVER, EVER TOUCH THE WISDOM GEM'' Bultharr spoke slowly.
''Got it, so let's start the work'' The goblin was eager to start working because he would be released faster if he worked more.
''Good, if you are looking up that much for work, follow me,'' Bultharr said as he started walking toward the exit.
Norgolin was taken to an enormous chamber that could be accessed by going down a big set of stairs; This chamber could be easily acknowledged to be the kitchen of the Armons, by the wood stove, food all over the tables and the Armons preparing the food and such. Norg wondered how many of these rabbits lived here; Just in the way to this very chamber and inside it he could see at least 120 of them. Looks like these 12 in the entrance were just the patrol guards.

''This is where you will be working until you are free, and you'll work here for at least 2/3 of your day. The rest of the time you will be either sleeping, eating or being questioned about your race/getting examined. No complaining and no joking around with a knife, you could imagine what would be your fate if you did anything like that.'' Bultharr explained.
Norgolin was given a well-made stone knife, as he obviously wouldn't receive anything sharper or more dangerous, for obvious reasons. After being taught how to skin, bone, shred meat, etc, the goblin was surprised to see how these tasks demanded a lot of physical force; He took 7 hours(unknown to him, as the sun wasn't visible in this part of the cave) to skin the first fox and the job was horribly done, what gave motive to the Armons to joke about. One couldn't blame the little green animal as he wasn't skilled with any type of cuisine instruments. And that's how the cooking lessons began; In the kitchen, one learned how to use a knife, hammer(to break bones and treat the meat) and various other things, as well as training the muscles.
In this cave, everything was strangely well-built, and for some reason, the kitchen was on the underground. Norgolin didn't care about this, but he was sure it had some sort of reason. Anyway, he continued his life here, trying to learn as much as possible, while doing everything the Armons said, giving him a lot of fatigue, in exchange for obviously staying alive.
In the second month of work, Norgolin surprisingly had made quite a few Armon friends, including one of the cooking apprentices, named Alom; This Armon was very weak compared to the others, he had a greenish-white fur and was quite the idiot, considering the mysterious intelligence of all the Armons.
Alom was very strange because despite having many books that he accumulated from the humans he killed without the village knowing(he sneaked his way out at night) he didn't read any of them. So Norgolin, the goblin that loved knowledge, asked for one book each night, and often lost his sleep reading, as this was the only time he had to read.
This way, despite being very tiring, life in the Armons was found to be quite enjoyable and a little bit funny, with Alom's help in the latter.
Time passed by, and this was Norgolin's life for one year
