Raven,noticed the strange figure watching him with an evil grin, felt a shiver all over his body

“You managed to beat a ogre by yourself, that is quite impressive”

“for a human that is”

The devilish figure smiling calmly approached, Raven who could barely stand up, his injured body was at the brink of extreme exhaustion.

in his current condition, he couldn’t possibly handle fighting another enemy, Raven said in fear,

What are you?

The devilish figure appeared and raven could see him, he was quite the handsome man, he had 2 long horns and dark brown skin, with short black hair and he had a rather lanky build, his face even with a smile gave off a feeling of terror.

“Well, I guess I can tell you”

“I am a higher tier demon, higher level demons have a similar appearance to humans ”

The strange man said, his eerie smile never leaving his face

“Demo-n?”

Raven uttered with a confused look on his face, demons, he had never heard about them existing, from the books he read in his home village, there were meant to be only humans in the kingdom of Kadrum.

The Strange man said

“You wouldn’t know about us, we normally don't show ourselves to people”

Raven felt that this strange man wasn’t lying but he felt rather suspicious , if he didn't appear to people, why did he appear here to Raven.

Raven nervously asked

“Then why did you come here”

The strange man said calmly but his face had a complex expression

“Well, sometimes we take capable humans with us”

“I guess you are good enough, but lets see what you're made of, if you can hold on for five minutes and not die then i will take you with me”

Wha-t

As Raven quietly muttered these word a extremely strong blow hit him on his chest the platemail he was wearing was instantly cracked and he was blasted away in an instant.

*POW*

When Raven landed, his ribs were all shattered in an instant, he was in pain and he could only cough up pools of blood.

What with this monstrous strength, its stronger than that gigantic ogre

“If you are easily hit like that, you’re going to die”

The strange man sarcastically said while creepily smiling at Raven who was struggling heavily to stand up and puking up a lot of blood.

Sarcastic bastard, he is seriously gonna kill me.

Raven was still struggling to get up, then the strange man in a instant appeared before him,and viciously punched Raven down.

*CRACK*

Raven was immediately flattened down onto the ground,his collarbone completely broken, Raven didn't let out any screams of agony, the excruciating pain had already caused him to completely lose his senses.

The strange man looking at Raven, he briefly laughed then cruelly stepped on his right arm.

*CRACK*

Raven arm was brutally smashed,his bones pulverized,blood splattering everywhere, the strange man face still showed a glimpse of dissatisfaction.

“Only one minute has passed, come on you only have to hold on for four more minutes”.

Raven was in extreme agony, due to heavily blood loss he was already losing conscience, he couldn’t possibly survive for four more minutes if the strange man continued torturing him relentlessly.

The strange man smiled at raven and quickly walked over and grabbed, Raven’s left arm and with complete ease snapped it in half like Raven’s arm was as feeble as a breadstick.

*CRACK*

Then the strange man proceeded to break all of raven finger’s, he broke all of Raven fingers with little effort.

The strange man sighed a said, for the first time his eerie smile left his face and said with a slightly angry voice

“This is no fun, if there are no scream filled with agony”

“(sigh)Sorry time is up, I need to leave now,”the strange man calmly said his usual smile had quickly returned.

Raven relying only on sheer determination managed with great difficulty stand up using his longsword to support himself

“You fucking bastard, come back here!”

The strange man looked back and was somewhat surprised to see Raven standing, he hesitated for a moment then turned back and slowly walked towards Raven, he bore a somewhat angered expression.

“Now that’s more interesting, if you didn’t show any resistance, it wouldn’t be any fun after all”

The strange man quickly dashed and reached Raven in an instant, and using his fingers with the idea of poking Raven’s eyes out, Raven reacting on pure instinct used his long sword to try and block it,as the strange man fingers came in contact with the longsword, the longsword easily broke and the strange man fingers poked Raven’s eyes out.

Raven fell back immediately in anguish, blood running down from his eyes

“Shit, I went slightly overboard, now he is useless to us”

“Big sister will be mad at me“

The Strange man sighed at seeing, Raven rolling around on the ground then he rapidly turned around and scurried away , and immediately disappearing from sight.

What will happen to me now

Why I am remembering those things now.

Memories of Raven’s past life that he tried to forget flashed in his head, the dark feelings he had locked away for the past fifteen years of his life in this new world, had been completely released inside of him.

The Hate

The dark feelings were slowly filling Raven’s heart with endless hatred and anger, Raven trying to endure the suffering and once again tried standing up, he knew he would die of blood loss if he didn't do anything

“I won’t fucking die here!”

Suddenly the strange amulet around Raven’s neck started to emit a faint purple light.

PS - not really satisfied with this chapter - just posting will make some light changes later (nothing that will change the main focus of the chapter)
