Chapter 11 - Bloody Battle (2)

Raven was facing the giant ogre, the ogre had jade green skin,with a robust body, and with two small horns coming out of its head, Raven was nervously trying to come up with a plan on how could could he defeat it, the ogre suddenly threw his massive hammer towards Raven, Raven cleverly leaped to the side just about managing to dodge the massive hammer by the skin of his teeth, Raven after seeing the enormous boulder that was thrown earlier was bit more alarmed and prepared for long range thrown attacks, the massive hammer made a loud impact as it hit the ground *BOOM*, which resonated through the thick forest.

The hideous ogre hadn’t even moved from where it stood, yet Raven felt enormous pressure to act, it was silent the only sound that could be heard was from the birds that scurried away in panic, the ogre standing only a few meters from Raven watched him closely with interest, then it suddenly plucked out a big tree with extreme ease, and ran towards Raven, every step it took shook the earth slightly.*BOOM BOOM BOOM*

The giant ogre closing in on Raven, smashed the tree it held downwards at Raven with immense strength repeatedly, after a while the tree was destroyed from the constant smashing at the ground, *CRACCCCK* the ogre stopped and a wide grin appeared on it’s hideous face, showing it’s rotten teeth, and the indescribable stench coming out from it’s putrid mouth was enough to make one puke in disgust.

Raven seeing the ogre with a big tree in it’s hand coming towards him, Raven couldn’t move he was frozen in place from fear, then when the ogre was going to smash the tree downwards at him, Raven who was still immobile, suddenly broke free from his trance and swiftly jumped away and seeing that the ogre was too focused on smashing the tree down with all its strength, Raven with great nimbleness cut the the ogre forearm and rapidly backed away, the giant ogre not even noticing it’s injury, just continued walloping the tree at the ground.

*Bam Bam Bam*

The giant ogre glanced at where Raven was supposedly crushed, and noticing that Raven body was not there, the ogre suddenly felt blood running down from his forearm, the pain prickled him, confused he dropped the smashed tree and looked to his right, with a startled expression on his ugly face, what he saw there was the person he thought had been smashed by him into tiny little pieces, holding onto his japanese katana that was smeared in blood on his right hand and on his left hand a long sword.

With that insane amount of strength, I can’t afford to get hit

“Oi, ugly fucker, come and get me, of course only if you can”

Raven shouted to provoke the ogre that was glaring angrily at him

*ROAR*

The giant ogre roared,it’s eyes were filled with fury, the ogre dashed towards raven, trying to crush raven with its humongous fists, but it’s movement were rather slow, the ogre was extremely powerful, but with it’s big body it greatly lacked mobility, Raven using this to his advantage was smoothly dodging them, the more the ogre’s reckless punches kept missing the more furious it got, it was gradually increasing the power of its devastating punches, where his powerful punches hit all that was left was a large pit.*BOOM BOOM BOOM*

Raven took the his chance when the ogre that was continuously trying to pound him, ceased momentary it's barrage of attacks, Raven was waiting for this chance, and immediately jumped, using the giant ogre’s right arm as a step, using his japanese katana to slash the giant ogre’s right eye, after succeeding his plan, Raven quickly jumped back, but while still in midair the ogre slapped Raven away with incredible force, Raven barely managing to keep his conscience used his long sword to pierce the ground to stop himself from being launched too far away, succeeding in stopping, Raven slowly tried to stand up with a pained expression, his japanese katana had been blown away, the ogre was bleeding from it’s eye and glaring at Raven with it remaining eye,it was outraged, veins popping out from all over its body.

What the hell is happening?

The giant ogre’s green jade skin was turning into a red blazing colour, the ogre seemed like it was going to burst, the already enormous ogre was growing even bigger its muscles inflating, when it’s strange transformation had been completed, the giant ogre was even bigger than before its skin had completely turned red, the giant ogre charged at raven with unbelievable speed with the intention of trampling Raven, Raven still knackered from the earlier blow could only stumble to the side to just about evade the charging ogre, the giant ogre’s charge continued after having missed Raven, destroying many trees around the area like a bulldozer, *CRASH BOOM* before it stopped and turned back and seeing it had missed, it prepared to attack again.

Raven with alot of effort finally stood up, slowly regaining some composure, he was still dazed from the blow he had taken head on, Raven wanted to grab his japanese katana that been blown away, quite a distance from him, but the giant ogre faster than before dashed towards Raven throwing a barrage of blows filled with anger, Raven was dodging with severe difficulty, then he jumped on the outgoing ogre’s arm and using all of his strength he lunged his long sword towards the ogre left eye, the ogre with it arms stretched couldn’t block it, and the sword pierced his unprotected left eye, the ogre fell back with his hands on it’s eyes in terrible agony, Raven using his last ounce of energy quickly ran and grabbed his japanese katana, the giant ogre was desperately rolling on the ground, blood streaming down it’s disgusting face, Raven in an instant took the chance and slashed the ogre neck, the cut wasn’t deep but huge amounts of blood burst out and showered raven in blood, one last loud cry came from the giant ogre before it died.

Raven relieved, fell on his knees in extreme exhaustion, that when he noticed a strange figure with an evil grin watching him...
