Of the Ven Country, there were the Five Main Sects known as the Golden Fire Sect, Yun Star Sect, Rising Sun and Brilliant Moon Sect, Origin Temple and Lightning Hall.

There were lesser sects but they were only those that people with no heritage or background at all would join.

The bigger the City the more the sects would attempt to go to such. The Ven Country was where the City, Zhou Ye resided in was and it was quite strange for a Kingdom.

Of the Zhenren Empire, it was one of the Three Great Kingdoms which resided as the main Kingdoms just below the Empire.

The Ven Country was ruled by it's King, Ven Ru. The King was more of a scholar and didn't like being a King and was largely a pacifist who saw none of his sons worthy to be the next King.

The Ven Country called itself a Country rather than a Kingdom as it was the wishes of the current King who didn't wish to change the name.

Ven Ru had several sons who eyed the throne and the strongest of which was his Second Son, Ven Zhengzhong.

The Second Prince had a cultivation of First Transition but, he was already at the age of one hundred and seventy.

The Second Prince was already at the age of being called Grandpa and in fact actually had a few grandchildren of his own, but his age wasn't even close to his First Brother's whose age was at four hundred and twenty-three and at the peak of Emergence.

The Third Prince himself, however, was only Seventy years old but he looked far older than his two older brothers as he was stuck within the Spirit Foundation and advanced slowly which meant is aging process was only slowed down to where he looked around fifty years old.

Then there was the Fourth and Youngest Son, Ven Zhiqiang whose was said to be strong and impossible to be suppressed to the fact that he even at his current age of Thirteen and strength of Spirit Foundation that he went into a forest within The Demonic Territory he returned with the heads of several Emergent Beasts!

He did so to acquire some merit and recognition from his Father, The King. But the King ignored even the Second Prince and merely read a few books and lectured about the path of cultivation from time to time to his sons.

The Second Prince, Ven Zhengzhong was furious as he was yet to be King. He had waited several decades to be King but in the end, he was upright and loyal!

He waited and waited and didn't even think of starting any rebellions, whilst he wished to be King he put the Kingdom of Ven Country before him.

If the Country fell then he would have no reason to live but if he died then he would die so for the Country! He at least wanted the King if not him to be his Eldest brother as there was no one else worthy.

The Second Prince didn't dare to also ask his father to crown a King as the current King had an incredible strength! In the past, before the Ven Country was one of Three Great Kingdoms there was the Qarn Kingdom the weakest of the Three Great Kingdoms which invaded Ven Country.

In the act, Ven Zhengzhong the Second Son unified the Three Sects of the past which were all the current Sects except for the Origin Temple and the Yun Star Sect.

They formed the Tri-Sect Alliance and with Ven Zhengzhong at the center pushed back the Qarn Kingdom but at the later stages of the invasion, a man at the stage of Second Transition suddenly appeared!

He was none other than the King of the Qarn Kingdom, Qarn Zeben who had long since reached the peak of Second Transition and wanted a valuable treasure that there apparently was to help him assail the Third Transition.

He as a Second Transition had a terrible foundation and even if he advanced to the Third Transition, it would definitely be his last destination in cultivation before withering and returning to the Earth.

Qarn Zeben paid quite a large amount to invade the Ven Country as there were about five other countries which were in the way in terms of distance.

Ven Zhengzhong was surprised at Qarn Zeben's arrival and wasn't able to resist at all as his cultivation back then was at the Peak of Emergence and only a normal Peak Emergent, unlike his current brother whom could fight against First Transitions whilst at the Peak of Emergence.

The Zhenren Empire had a special rule for countries attacking each other, if they were told to stop by a member of the Imperial Family or an Imperial Envoy then they would have to.

Other than that as long as the Kingdoms in the war wouldn't be starting their own Empire or leaving the Empire after the battle the Zhenren Empire wouldn't care that much.

But why had they made the rule specific for making their own Empires or leaving it was because, in the past, a Great Kingdom conquered many countries on the East Side of the Empire and then declared independence.

Fortunately, this Kingdom was ruled by someone of the Yuan Family and was thus spared and granted amnesty but their Empire wasn't a true Empire and was more of an incredibly powerful Kingdom directly under the Empire.

It was known as the Yuan Empire or the Vassal Empire as some would call it due to it being an Empire and a vassal to another Empire.

When Qarn Zeben appeared in front of Ven Zhengzhong, he instantly suppressed Ven Zhengzhong and then everyone else with the only one being capable of standing was the Lightning Hall Forefather or otherwise known as the Ancestor of the Lightning Hall.

Qarn Zeben by merely himself suppressed the entire Tri-Sect Alliance and he slaughtered several hundreds of Spirit Foundation cultivators and dozens of Emergents.

There were oceans of blood caused by the deaths of the Tri-Sect Alliance members whose cries seemingly reached the Heavens.

When Qarn Zeben then attempted to kill Ven Zhengzhong, time seemingly froze and before Qarn Zeben could even process what was happening by then Ven Ru had appeared.

Of the Three Sects or the Ven Family, no one would ever forget how powerful Ven Ru showed himself to be.

Ven Ru appeared before Qarn Zeben and instantly within a second destroyed the latter with a single word which was muttered and unable to be heard.

Only Qarn Zeben heard the word but he died and his internal organs and body exploded within the next second as he showed immense fear just before his death.

Since then no one dared to question the King and the Ven Country was granted the Great Kingdom status and the Qarn Kingdom entered into relative seclusion to regain their strength.

Yuan Li was currently inside a small hut like building which was where he lived with the two siblings and he was currently painting.

Every stroke and every brush of art were like that of mortal painters, it looked completely normal to Mortals but if any cultivator even at the lowest level they would see it and notice it that it wasn't a normal painting.

It brimmed with Qi and power and whilst it had about the same as a Spirit Foundation Treasure if one was to touch upon the essence and truth behind it would be akin to that of an Early Holy Grade Item.

A Holy Grade Item was another word for a Transition Item or a Seventh and Eight Grade or powerhouse. Yuan Li normally could at best only make an Emergent or Sixth Grade Item with all his strength but the brief encounter with "Ye Zhou" gave him an insight.

He immediately held it in and then began to draw a painting which was that of "Ye Zhou" who was levitating. It was if all the might and power of "Ye Zhou" was within this painting.

It was if it could expel the evils of all the lands and cause even the righteous and virtuous to kowtow to show their inferiority.

Even Yuan Zen's might as was only like that of a spark in comparison, whilst "Ye Zhou's" was simply like that of a burning fire.

At the same time there were three sects which came at a single time to the City, in the middle was the Lightning Hall and on the left was the Rising Sun and Brilliant Moon Sect and at the right was the Golden Fire Sect.

There was a teenager with immensely powerful Qi which emanated as if it was lightning, he looked to be at the age of sixteen at most but he was emitting a level of cultivation which was just half a step away from the Emergence realm or rather actually less than half a step!

The Lightning Hall was the most powerful of all the sects except perhaps for the enigmatic Origin Temple and barely stronger than the Yun Star Sect.

The Yun Star Sect Forefather was at the Second Transition but the Lightning Hall Forefather was only at the Peak of Emergence but the Lightning Hall Forefather actually when fighting the Yun Star Forefather had quite the edge!

The teenager was none other than Yan Mo and people wouldn't know of him directly but they would definitely know of his surname.

This was because his surname was the surname of the Lightning Hall Forefather, normally there wouldn't be anyone like Yan Mo going to the City as it was only a third-rate city, but there were two reasons why the Forefather sent Yan Mo.

The first was that there were some strange things within the City as the Zhou Family Leader, Kov Family Leader and the Lin Family Leader were all great figures of the Spirit Foundation, but alas, they wouldn't be able to sense Yuan Li and knew very little of Yuan Li in the first place.

The second was that the Lightning Hall Forefather had actually a sense of Yuan Li's hidden arrival within the City via his spiritual sense which could surprisingly actually sense people several levels higher than his own.
