《The Crawford's Multiverse of Madness》Chapter 352 - SRNT Terminated

A massive collision of Cosmic Energy and Divine Energy clashed for supremacy in the void…
Everything was pushed aside, even the concept of gravity as, for a brief moment, reality seemed naked to everyone's gazes…
Alice, Elizabeth, Ahmanet, and Himiko all wore the same expressions – absolute terror.
Even Zeel trembled slightly at the clash of unprecedented energies, aware that even if his mind was accustomed to such terrors, his body still retained the trauma of the chains that bind his soul.
Though, the unexpected turn of events was mostly Alle's and Ella's misunderstanding of what Zeel meant by 'Flowery Words'…
Lorien's pleased face probably did nothing to quell the Egyptian Pantheon's anger, but a Cosmic Force, even a weakened one like Lorien, could mostly do as she wished in any Universe.
Unlike Gods, Cosmic Forces were necessary to the Multiverse...
As far as Lorien was concerned...
One moment everything was calm and she was experiencing the proudness of motherhood for the first time in her billions of years of lifespan when Ra decided to attack her daughters for no apparent reason…
Of course, she could only respond by releasing a pressure of her own, blasting Ra towards the rest of the Egyptian Pantheon like the dog he was…
Yes, most Gods were Dogs in Lorien's eyes…
And she only said 'most' because Zeel was a God as well… or at least, as close as a Homo-Superior could get to becoming one…
Lorien was actually quite confused by Zeel's species right now… he felt different from the last time she met him…
Her confusion was so thick, that everyone could see an imaginary question mark floating above her head…
Lorien failed to understand what went wrong but clearly, Alle's and Ella's earlier 'flowery words' had upset the Egyptian Pantheon greatly…
The Egyptian Pantheon radiated endless anger at being cursed by the cute twins, and that's considering the fact that many of the Egyptian Gods had been literally 'cursed (Mystically)' before…
Lorien frowned in displeasure at the mere thought that the Egyptian Pantheon would try to retaliate against her useless daughters…
If anyone was allowed to bully her daughters, it would be her, and while Ella and Alle were failures in her eyes, they should be priceless jewels to lower species like the Egyptian Gods…
"Bad… Dog…" Lorien scolded, adding a bit more Cosmic Energy to beat the entire Egyptian Pantheon into submission.
Still, even if she had the upper hand, Lorien frowned the moment Cosmic Energy clashed with Divine Energy.

Of course, there was no competition but that was only because Cosmic Energy was born with the creation of the Universe, and hence, a higher form of energy than anything divine.
If Cosmic Energy was a mythical Griffin, then Divine Energy would be a chicken…
But, for an instant too small for anyone to notice, Lorien sensed some resistance to her Cosmic Pressure…
This was not unexpected considering she had jumped across countless Universes to arrive in Seth's Death Dimension, expending a huge chunk of her Cosmic Energy in the process…
What irked Lorien was the fact that she could sense that The Egyptian Pantheon was merely probing her strength, using just enough Divine Energy to figure out how strong she was.
If even Ahmanet, now a mortal, could tell that Lorien was weakened, how could The Egyptian Pantheon, Beings who have lived for thousands of years, not figure it out?
Ella and Alle pumped their chests in pride, safely cradled in the Cosmic Energy Lorien had used to protect them at the last minute.
"Girls… Good?" Lorien inquired, showing what Alle and Ella perceived to be motherly-concern.
"Yes, Mom!" Both girls yelled enthusiastically, earning an approving nod from Lorien.
Lorien scrutinized the half-finished products that were her daughters and noticed the pulse of energy that endlessly provided energy to maintain their physical bodies.
Though she could not remember the exact why she created Ella and Alle, Lorien was sure that she never granted them a physical body since doing so required Zeel's blood.
That meant the girls had not only gotten Zeel's blood but also possessed a power source that could sustain their souls and physical forms almost indefinitely.
Lorien waved her arms around like a duckling's wings, and noted that she felt at least 1% weaker than previously…
'I need a bit more power…' She thought, staring at Ella and Alle intently 'The type of power that sustains their souls – The Rainbow Ruler Orb…'
After all, Lorien knew that Zeel wouldn't really care if she literally consumed The Rainbow Ruler Orb, which held Ella's and Alle's souls…
If a Homo-Superior was concerned about such petty things, they wouldn't be a species that sentences entire civilizations to death for 'Science'.
Also, Lorien reasoned she would be consuming her children to regain some energy, and such practices were not uncommon amongst species in the Multiverse…
It was no different from a human eating chicken…
Alle and Ella gushed over their mother's coolness, oblivious to the fact that Lorien had already made her decision to consume them to supplement her own strength.

Just as she was above to move, a playful smirk appeared on Lorien's childish face as she spun around to meet Alice's hostile gaze.
Even as she smiled innocently like a child, everyone could tell that the true Lorien had just peeked outside the façade.
------------------
Alice, Elizabeth, and Zeel were a couple of kilometers away from Lorien and the girls, placing the final tweaks on a device that would decide victory or defeat.
Zeel's fingers twitched unconsciously, barely noticeable to anyone, but Alice noticed as she always did with everything concerning Zeel.
Alice was so attuned to Zeel's emotions; it was almost as if they were one person at times…
Still, she could feel Zeel hiding his reaction from spreading to her mind, at least that was until her motherly-instincts caused her head to snap in Alle's and Ella's direction…
Alice raised her head and stood from her kneeling position as her eyes met Lorien's, and at that moment, she sensed Lorien's intentions as plain as day…
It wasn't as if Lorien was even trying to hide what she planned to do…
Alice's hair lit up with a blue-blaze of Heavenly Flames and her eyes became black voids as endless anger gushed out of her body, attempting to roast Lorien where she floated.
Hostility was brewing in the air until Zeel spoke…
"Cosmic Forces do what Cosmic Forces want…" he whispered, never once pausing his work on the device.
Zeel had adjusted to this Multiverse of Madness a long time ago, so he knew when to fight battles and when to leave things alone…
It was time for Alice to learn that lesson the hard way.
Alice instantly came to a realization and directed her gaze at Zeel…
'Of course… how could he not feel it!' Alice thought, knowing Zeel was an expert at sensing trouble, so he was likely already aware of what Lorien planned to do...
Alice's [Malevolent Gaze] pierced Zeel's soul, injuring him slightly but he never once flinched, just kept working on the device as he gritted his teeth.
"You'll do nothing!?" Alice asked in a voice filled with pain and disappointment.
Blinded by the need to Punish Lorien's intention, Alice prepared to break into a run, ready to protect Ella and Alle, but…
At the last possible second, Elizabeth's hand reached out and grabbed Alice's wrist…
Alice paid it no attention at first until she felt the trembling of Elizabeth's hands, and then a sharp sensation of fear was felt inside their shared consciousness…
Zeel, Alice, and Elizabeth shared their minds, but Zeel always kept a part of himself locked away from them…
However, Alice and Elizabeth were open books to each other at all times, so Alice immediately felt Elizabeth's terror…
"Please…" Elizabeth whispered, shaking from potent terror unending "Don't pick a fight with her…" she begged hoarsely.
Unlike Alice, Elizabeth was connected to Lorien more intricately, so she could feel the monster that laid asleep below the cute façade that Lorien consciously projected…
Elizabeth was sure…
Lorien was waiting…
Waiting patiently for Alice to give her a reason…
Any reason at all… Lorien just needed Alice to take a step…
There would be no explanations…
No discussions to be had…
Even Zeel would do nothing…
Elizabeth could feel it as if it was a truth that transcended all truths – should Alice take a single step forward, Lorien would kill her…
But Alice was never someone who feared death…
She did fear, however, losing her children – Ella and Alle.
---Step---
---BOOOOOOM---
Alice took a single step forward, and as if time froze, all she felt next was a small, soft hand gripped around her throat…
Alice widened her eyes and noticed Zeel gripping Lorien's arm, dark-golden blood smearing the side of his face…
One of his arms was missing, and the other held tightly onto Lorien's hand that gripped her throat…
It was clear that Zeel was struggling with every ounce of strength in his body to keep Lorien from ripping her head off…
Then…
Then…
Then…
Alice felt it…and she saw it…
Elizabeth on the ground, a hole in her chest where her heart should have been…
And this wasn't like those other times when Elizabeth could heal, or Zeel would keep her soul in her body until one of his plans came to fruition…
NO!...
Alice could tell that Elizabeth was dead…
Not just dead!
Her soul had been obliterated by Lorien…
The moment Lorien moved forward to take Alice's life, Elizabeth and Zeel moved on instinct, but only one of them could withstand the blow of a Cosmic Force…
While the other was cut apart like a knife through butter…
ELIZABETH HAD DIED!
