《The Crawford's Multiverse of Madness》Chapter 326 - Takes One to Know One

"Then we have no need to fight," Nick stated, walking from the back of the group to the front with confidence that he had just solved the problem for everyone.
"Nick… maybe you shouldn't be talk-" Jenny wanted to dismiss Nick's talking and move him back to her side but Zeel interrupted.
"Let him speak," Zeel stated, holding Alice's and Elizabeth's hands as he stepped aside to give Nick center stage.
"You want one percent of this Aether's energy right?" Nick said, gesturing to Seth who nodded in response, the twinkle in his eyes intensifying the longer he gazed at Nick.
Nick then turned to Zeel for a similar confirmation and Zeel also nodded since that was indeed the case.
However, while replying to Nick's question Zeel also withdrew all his remaining Gravitational-Balls from Alice's storage dimension.
Zeel carefully listened to Nick spouting nonsense while he knelt before Alice and Elizabeth.
Alice and Elizabeth weren't sure what Zeel was doing at first, but the Gravitational-Balls inside his hands would wrap around a section of their bodies every time Zeel touched that place.
Zeel first tapped their feet with a Gravitational-Ball each and a pair of Anti-Gravity boots filled with blue cyber-lines appeared on their feet.
Similarly, Zeel tapped their legs and a knee cap, greave, and cuisse appeared on their bodies.
At this point, Alice and Elizabeth would have been idiots if they didn't realize that Zeel was placing protective armors on their bodies.
"Zeel are you listening?" Nick asked, pausing between breaths to make sure that Zeel was listening to his complex plan that would leave everyone happy.
"Yeah … I am… just go back to the part about sharing," Zeel replied dismissively as he focused on his task of arming Alice and Elizabeth.
Nick could see that Seth was interested so now he just needed a bit more convincing words to sell the idea to a stubborn Zeel.
Nick racked his brain for famous quotes he had read, took a deep breath, and continued his long speech to convince the two Gods.
When Nick was back to explaining his wondrous thoughts, Zeel tapped the girls' waists, hands, chests, and heads to complete the armor.
Gauntlets appeared on Alice's and Elizabeth's hands, breastplates appeared on their chests, and helms appeared around their heads.
Each individual part of their armor was made from a single Gravitational-Ball and unlike all of Zeel's previous manipulations of the Gravitational-Balls, this time cyber-lines appeared all over the armor.

One had to know that Zeel never truly touched upon his Homo-Superior Origins since leaving Universe Zero.
Any attempt to use Homo-Superior technology would now lead to the erasure of said technology due to the nature of the Absolute.
Hence, Zeel using the Gravitational-Ball for arming the girls would guarantee that the Gravitational-Balls would be erased from existence anytime within the immediate future.
Alice and Elizabeth knew this so they watched Zeel's actions with heavy hearts. After he was done arming Alice and Elizabeth, Zeel took a step back to marvel at his work.
"Do you like it?" Zeel asked proudly "The cyber-lines are Homo-Superior designs but the millions of runes edged into the cyber-lines are those Elizabeth came up with using Hybrid Runes,"
Alice and Elizabeth were the pinnacle representation of futuristic warriors. Cyber-lines pulsed with light through their armor as numerous runes danced and moved from one place to another.
"It's beautiful," Elizabeth stated with tears in her eyes.
Alice only replied by nodding solemnly as she created dual blades in her hands using the nanites. Elizabeth retrieved her Sword Rings from thin air and coated the Rings in nanites and numerous runes.
Seeing that the girls were fine, Zeel tapped his own body with the remaining Gravitational-Balls.
An armor similarly over-layered Zeel's body but his armor was red instead of blue like it was in a constant state of overloading, or infinitely close to such a state.
"That's why… you guys as fellow Gods that have evolved beyond humans should share…" Nick concluded his speech, taking a deep breath and praising his own golden tongue.
"So what do you say?" Nick asked, turning around to glance at Zeel and being surprised by the stylish armor Alice, Elizabeth, and Zeel now wore.
"I didn't quite get that… can you repeat it for me?" Zeel asked while playing with his fingers a bit to make sure the armor was a good fit.
"S- s- su- sure," Nick stammered as a reply and nervously turned towards Seth to repeat everything, hoping to buy Zeel enough time to enact whatever plan he had.
Witnessing Nick's nervous appearance, Seth merely waved dismissively like he was above responding to any action Zeel was doing.
"I am enjoying your enlightening explanations so just calm down and tell me again," Seth complimented, not minding that Zeel was preparing for battle.
Seeing that Nick and Seth were once again having their conversation, Zeel took Alice's and Elizabeth's hands into his own and closed his eyes.

"This won't last very long and you will feel like you want to die after …" Zeel then paused and turned to Elizabeth "Well you will actually be dead but the point still stands…"
Alice and Elizabeth felt instantly more powerful as a Hybrid Rune was added to their skins under the armors.
"Ultra-Beyond Rune… makes unrestrained use of divinities possible for a limited time… your divinities will still be restrained in this dimension so think of unique ways to use them," Zeel explained hoping that Alice and Elizabeth will be even slightly effective in the battle to come.
Zeel then materialized an Ultra-Beyond Rune on his own skin that caused Seth's eyes to twitch from Zeel's sudden power-up.
Seth had also grown tired of listening to Nick's explanations about 'sharing is caring'.
"Enough!" Seth commanded, waving his hands as the environment shifted to barren wastelands hundreds of miles away from any monuments.
Seth had teleported everyone away from the Titan's hand with a simple gesture.
'That is how things work in a God's Dimension… what they want simply comes into being,' Zeel thought inside his mind, allowing Alice and Elizabeth to hear him.
They seemed a bit startled at being teleported without having a chance to react.
'How can we beat him in this place?' Alice replied through her thoughts.
'Maximum effort?' Elizabeth asked through her thoughts.
'Easily…' Zeel thought and sent Alice and Elizabeth a murderous chill through their minds 'For the first time since we met, you will witness the killer I was made to be,'
Zeel glanced over his shoulders at Ahmanet, Jenny, Henry, and Himiko. Really, Zeel was only looking at Himiko but everyone else was just conveniently in eyeshot.
"Hide," Zeel stated simply and Henry and Jenny darted away to the rocky parts of the wasteland to seek some coverings.
Himiko simply flashed and disappeared from her location, taking Ahmanet along with her for added protection.
Nick was attempting to back away inconspicuously but Seth's intense gaze never left Nick's body.
Zeel also carefully measured his steps to stand behind Nick so that his 'negotiator' could not escape without everyone coming to some sort of agreement.
"I like your plan, Nick," Zeel stated as he grunted at the subtle changes happening to his body "But there are a few things that you are not aware of,"
Slowly, Zeel allowed a little more of his Draconic-Energy to mix with his internal energy to provide some sort of boost.
It would be unthinkable to have Draconic-Energy but not utilize it in a battle of this tier but Zeel was still uncomfortable with having the Draconic-Energy take up too large a part of his internal energy.
Zeel's height began to increase and only stopped once he grew to seven feet tall and then an even more unsettling change happened when huge Dragon wings sprouted from his back.
The wings were majestic and ruby-red like his eyes but Zeel only sighed in disappointment. The changes would be permanent but that didn't really matter at Death's door.
"What don't I know?" Nick asked, his army training finally kicking in as he positioned himself in a stance that could withstand an attack from Seth.
"Humans are the only creatures in the Multiverse that possesses three souls and thereby have three chances to ascend to Heaven, descend to Hell, or drift into Oblivion," Zeel stated unhurriedly.
"This Dimension of Death has around a billion souls trapped, sustaining Seth's energy at all times. Humans have three souls and there are arguably about eight billion people on Earth.
Three times that eight billion souls would grant Seth the power to rule over this Dimension and Earth without any problems. Humans would be bred just to consume souls under his reign.
Seth is an Evil God that can grow his power using Human souls and he is also a conqueror so he wouldn't stop at just Earth.
Seth would branch out into the wider Universe in search of souls to consume,"
Zeel gestured at Seth who just shrugged to show Nick that Zeel had not said any falsehoods as yet. Nick's face paled realizing the two Evil Beings he now stood between.
One would consume souls without batting an eye and since Zeel knew exactly what Seth would do, it meant that Zeel understood Seth on some level and you know what they say 'Takes one to know one'.
'I am fucked!' Nick thought finally but calmed his rapidly beating heart to listen to the rest of Zeel's explanation.

Blightbane
Miscellaneous Notes: - I want to see about making a crude map of Shroud to help readers. - I also want to get back to writing Coalescence updates. Schedule Notes: - None for now, updates when I can. [ Thank you for your patience and support as I improve my writing and storytelling abilities. I'm also using this story to better develop lore that extends far beyond it. ] Thanks to another exceptionally talented artist, Hiroeth, Blightbane now has an official cover! Vera was alone again. “You’re completely unprepared. Never before has sending one of you off made me feel quite so guilty.” Whenever she found herself in doubt, she would weigh her actions against the guiding principles of the one whom she revered. “When you don’t know the rules of the game, start making them up. When you are constrained by unfavorable conditions, inject a little chaos.” It was the supplementary message that concerned Vera the most. It was difficult to follow because it was intentionally vague and mired in subjectivity. “How can I enjoy myself when you look so tormented? Are we in danger?” Vera fell silent. An experiment is taking place on a planetary scale. Across the surface of the planet, a phenomenon referred to as "Blight" is spreading. Festering regions defended by fierce creatures called “blightbeasts” taint the surface, warping the land and proliferating unceasingly. Among the sentient creatures of the planet, it is the Blightbane Guild’s responsibility to stem the tide. They endeavor to cleanse the land in a struggle of attrition, but they are losing ground. A young man named Caim has been uprooted from his former life and transported to The Shrouded Theocracy, an isolationist nation with fanatical policies. He must struggle to survive with only an unfamiliar strain of magic to aid him. There is a secret to this magic. One he knows very little about. He intends to explore just what makes this magic special. On the far border of the theocracy, a mage scientist named Inis discovers a revolutionary new way to infuse strength from defeated blightbeasts. Using herself as a test subject, this process allows her to grasp magical concepts previously thought beyond her reach. Though she tries to document any side effects that arise, something escapes her awareness. She is playing with a dangerous force that will claim her most treasured asset if she isn't careful. Everyone and everything on the planet is a part of the experiment. The experiment is a lie.

The Daily Diary of a Mushroom
I was just a farmer and when my farm was attacked by bandits I fought them off as best as I could, but it turns out a single untrained woman fighting a band of twenty experienced killers doesn’t end well. Thinking I was dead I awoke to find that I had no arms and was only one ft tall. I have been reincarnated as a Mushroom Monster. What am I going to do now?__________________________________________________________________________This will be my first attempt at any kind of written novel or story, I have had a lot of ideas and tried writing some but realized they were too big in scale or too difficult for a newbie. So after thinking about what I could try for my first attempt, I came up with this. The premise is quite heavily inspired by Re:Monster (also more recently Re:lovely) and many other resurrection web/light novels. Warning Tagged [15+] for Some Strong Language, Gore, Violence.

Old Version - The First Magician
INDEFINITE HIATUS I always seem to make these too long when I ask for peoples opinions so I’m not gonna try an exciting description anymore but instead just give you an idea of what to expect. First off, this is my 2nd attempt at a story but my foundation for this one is much better than the 1st already and I see this going much further and so far its coming together much faster and easier. So please excuse me if things are not up to publishing standards. Also I tend to confuse your, you’re and so on so sorry to people that triggers ahead of time. The First Magician follows the story of 15 year old Alex in a post apocalyptic rpg-ish world in the near future. Earth was transformed, monsters appeared and people began being able to use Ki but could not figure out how to use magic. Alex ends up becoming the first human able to use magic through a series of events and sets in motion events that will change the very future of the human race. He will be somewhat OP simply because he is the only human (at least to start, who knows about later?) who is able to use mana. Many classic RPG elements have been removed. I didn’t want the story to be like all of the other lit rpg stories on RRL but it also makes the writing easier for me hence the watering down of rpg elements. UPDATES: I am doing this to relieve stress and for fun so I will release chapters when I can. So far though ive managed to keep up with 2 most days. CONTENT WARNINGS: There will be some light language but it won't be insane. I might have some gore later on but am unsure and the same for the sexual content. Sexual content isn't super likely as I doubt I can write it well but I put the tag so people cant yell about it if I add some in the future but forgot to add the tag. COVER ART: Yes it is from the anime Log Horizon. It is a good representation of what earth looks like despite it not being many years in the future. DISCORD: https://discord.gg/s6V3hGV

Reincarnation
A original story that depicts the life of Sera a Demibeast that is the reincarnation of two souls. The story will depict events that happened in her life as she is thrown into the turmoils that await her throughout her journey. With no memories of her past(Which will be in the first 6 chapters so no mystery here) she travels the lands slowly crafting her legend. Author note:Thinking of a description is harder than writing the actual fiction T^T. I initially wanted to make it shorter but minimum 100 words for description so here is author note to hopefully use up the 100 words XD. Btw this is the first description i have ever wrote so i don't expect it to be good but hopefully its acceptable. :D
