《The Crawford's Multiverse of Madness》Chapter 317 - The Bad, Very Evil, Red Queen

"What language was that?" Elizabeth asked confused, not being able to understand a small part of Henry's speech.
"You need to pay closer attention," Alice replied, looking at Elizabeth strangely "He was speaking in Latin,"
Alice sighed knowing that she was the reason that Elizabeth was falling behind in terms of education.
Alice made a mental note to drill knowledge into Elizabeth's head at a later date.
After speaking, Alice and Elizabeth stepped forward to stand next to Zeel and listened to Henry give a basic rundown of his organization's responsibilities.
"I am sorry we didn't prepare for guests. We only had the limited information Jenny provided to go on," Henry stated while looking genuinely regretful.
"After all, it's not an exact since, this business," Henry added a bit embarrassed.
"It is science," Zeel interrupted disrespectfully "Just not science human minds can understand yet,"
Zeel, Alice, and Elizabeth examined the room and found several vulnerabilities that could easily be exploited by a Supernatural Creature.
However, only one thing caught Elizabeth's and Alice's eyes.
"That mercury is weird," Elizabeth added, looking at the chained Ahmanet being pumped full of Mercury that resonated with her favorability towards purity.
"It's Egyptian Mercury," Alice answered a bit enthused "That stuff was made to knock over demons,"
Alice liked discovering new things since she had all the knowledge in her head from Zeel's memories but no actual practical experience as of yet.
"And what exactly do you do here?" Nick asked curiously, already feeling a bit skittish from Zeel's earlier 'abomination' plan.
"Evil… Mr. Morton… recognize, contain, examine and destroy," Henry stated, walking out of Nick's way to give him a better view at Ahmanet's bindings.
"She is by far the most Ancient we have encountered," Henry stated.
Alice walked forward, only stopping a couple of feet away from Ahmanet as codes flickered across her pupil.
"She is at least five thousand years old," Alice said but still struggled with identifying Ahmanet's origins "But she has something even more Ancient backing her,"
"Mares," Zeel said causing both Alice and Elizabeth to flinch.
"That's troublesome," Alice replied with Elizabeth just shrugging off everything she didn't understand.
Ahmanet raised her head and met Alice's eyes as both alpha-females clashed through death stares.
"[أنت تحدق في قناعي وكأنني إلهة] You stare upon my visage like I am an animal, Goddess," Ahmanet said with a small smile on her face.
Something about Ahmanet's smile gave Alice a deep chill, but fear was never one of Alice's defining restraints.

"[فقط يسعى لتدمير عالم بأكمله] Only an animal would seek the destruction of an entire world," Alice replied, succeeding in wiping the smug smile off Ahmanet's face.
"[ثم يجب أن لا تحب زوجك كثيرا] Then you must not love your husband very much," Ahmanet replied and then added "[ما أسعى ليس تدميرا ولكن الحياة الأبدية] What I seek is not destruction, but Life Eternal,"
"[أنت لا تفهم ما يحدث. زوجك يخدعك يا إلهة، يطلب الحقيقة منه!] You do not understand what's happening. Your husband deceives you Goddess. Demand the truth from him!" Ahmanet shouted, hoping to let Alice see the light.
"G – g – god – goddess," Jenny muttered trying to piece together the limited Ancient Egyptian words she knew.
"Oh my God… you are a Goddess!" Jenny shouted while pointing at Alice causing everyone to stare in Alice's direction.
The soldiers, the scientists, Henry, and even Nick stared at Alice with awe and wonder. Everyone taking in the sight of Alice eagerly.
After all, it wasn't every day that a mortal would lay eyes upon a Goddess, especially with almost all the mystery gone from the world.
"What?" Alice asked annoyed "Am I the only God in this room to stare at?"
Alice's statement caused everyone to shift their eyes to Elizabeth automatically, nobody ever glancing at Zeel even a bit.
Seeing that nobody was looking at the frowning Zeel, Nick walked over to Jenny and asked "Why is nobody thinking that Zeel is a God as well?"
Jenny stared at Nick for a moment and replied "They're scared since he gives off a bad vibe. I guess they think he is a devil or something,"
Nick nodded, also agreeing with such an evaluation. If Alice and Elizabeth were Goddesses, then Zeel would indeed be the devil himself.
Off to the side, Ahmanet was speaking to Zeel who had a bad premonition alerting him of incoming danger.
"While they squabble over Beings they cannot understand, you stand before me wondering where the danger is," Ahmanet said in fluent English with a smug smile on her face.
"I feel the danger but I cannot find it, but I know of one fact – you will die from that danger also," Zeel replied, his mind still racing to think about what he had missed earlier.
"Death embraces me, God!" Ahmanet replied, laughing maniacally as she did.
Not noticing when, Elizabeth was over Zeel's shoulder listening to the discussion between him and Ahmanet.
"I still can't understand what you guys are saying," Elizabeth said disappointingly.

Elizabeth didn't know what she said, but the next moment transparent lightning flickered and Zeel was holding both her and Alice against a wall by the napes of their necks.
The room instantly went so silent that beating hearts could be heard from the adjacent room through five-foot thick cement walls.
Alice looked into Zeel's eyes for a moment and then raised her hands against the wall, choosing not to retaliate because she could see a small hint of agitation in Zeel's eyes.
Zeel rarely showed any emotion so the moment he did meant that something went horrifically wrong.
Zeel eyed Alice and then Elizabeth, then he eyed everyone inside the room. After completing a staredown with everyone in the room, he released Elizabeth and Alice from the wall.
"Mind telling me what's happening now?" Alice asked, brushing the flakes of cement from her shoulder.
"Exactly how did you find me and get to this Universe?" Zeel asked, his eyes darting around as his paranoia was reaching new heights.
"What's wrong?" Elizabeth asked confused.
"You're the problem," Zeel shouted at Elizabeth angrily, his Draconic-Energy subduing Elizabeth's usually carefree attitude.
Zeel took a deep breath to calm himself and added "You can't understand some of the words Alice and I speak… you should be calibrated to all languages. That is suspicious!"
"You're just being paranoid a-" Elizabeth wanted to remind Zeel to reign in his paranoia but Alice stopped her mid-sentence with a fierce glare.
"He is right… something is wrong," Alice said and replied to Zeel's earlier question, "The Red Queen told us where to find you through fragmented data memory,"
Zeel ran quick calculations in his head and asked "What is the time difference between the Mummy Universe and the Tomb Raider Universe?"
Alice's mind quickly ran the calculations and replied "Time fluctuates but it should be one year to two weeks or something to that effect,"
"To get into a Prime Universe, you have to travel from a specific spatial location… I Mbeamed from The Telkien Temple five galaxies away from Earth in that Universe," Zeel said and then asked Alice "Where did you Mbeam from?"
"That was the only place we could Mbeam from," Elizabeth replied this time with the obvious answer that even she could guess.
"How far is your location of departure in that Universe from the Earth?" Zeel asked.
"Approximately, Five Hundred Million Tera-Light Years," Elizabeth responded, codes flickering across her pupils.
"I sent the Red Queen back to Earth at beyond light speed from The Telkien Temple moments before I was attacked, but you guys showed up here today," Zeel said, finally confirming his suspicions.
"That's impossible!" Alice said, reeling in shock at her own stupidity.
"What?" Elizabeth asked, a sinking feeling assaulting her stomach but she still wasn't putting the dots together.
"Even with the time ratio of this Universe and the previous… The Red Queen, at beyond light speed, should not arrive on Earth for another year and a half," Alice said, her voice filled with frustration.
Elizabeth finally realized the ins and outs of the situation.
"Excuse me," Henry interrupted, giving his soldiers an order to remain vigilant as he asked, "What exactly is the problem here?"
"They…" Zeel said, pointing at Alice and Elizabeth "Brought something to this Universe that was trapped in the previous Universe thinking it was our Sentient…"
Elizabeth was beyond frustrated and instantly lit the room up with her Ring Swords, creating a barrier around the room using Collapsium.
"Then what or who did we bring?" Elizabeth asked, also cursing her own stupidity for not recognizing that the 'Red Queen' was acting funny and refusing to talk.
Alice grabbed her Mbeamer as codes flickered across her pupils.
"Don't bother," Zeel said "It left before you came here since it knew I would detect its presence within my technology,"
"Fuck!" Alice cursed, her voice turning a bit ghastly causing everyone in the room to flinch and hold their ears.
"We need to get Nick out of here," Jenny said as she spun around but failed to find Nick behind her.
"Nick? Nick, Nick?" Jenny shouted, catching the attention of everyone in the room as they looked around in confusion.
However, Henry, Zeel, Alice, and Elizabeth just glanced left and found Nick kneeling in a daze as a small girl placed a red stone in his hand while smiling innocently.
Zeel sighed in defeat knowing that he was a bit out of his depth with the little girl in front of him. After all, Zeel tossed her deep into the mirror dimension and she still found a way back.
"Himiko," Zeel said with a happy smile on his face as he walked towards Nick and the girl.
Once there, Zeel knelt down and pinched Himiko's cheek and she giggled a bit.
"I was just going to get you from that dark Mirror Dimension the bad, evil Red Queen sent you to," Zeel said with righteousness that could even fool Alice who was standing behind him.

The Twin Lands
Join our heroine Enru on her journey in a world where humanity lives in perpetual light and warm while their enemies, the spider beings called Araxin, live in perpetual darkness and cold. Just because they live in the darkness and cold though doesn’t mean the Araxin want to stay there forever however, and this time their bid for the Southern half of the continent looks to be shaping up worse for humanity than ever before. Every ten years the planet nears its second sun in such a way that the Northern half of the continent warms and thaws and the Araxin enter a period of explosive growth, before always attempting to assault the humans in the South. Through events that you will need to read and discover yourself, sixteen year old Enru ends up vital to the survival of humanity, but can she succeed? In a world full of humans, dragons, giant intelligent spiders, trogs, behemoths lurking in the deep, magic, politics (can’t forget the politics) and more, what wonders await you? NOTE: This is my very first attempt at writing ever. Not just my first attempt I am showing people or my first attempt that went anywhere, but my first of any kind. I welcome constructive critisism and I know my grammar is not always the best. If something is majorly bothering you please leave a good comment or review on it rather than just a 0.5 rating and saying I suck. NOTE2: The main character will be gaining power that is, if used correctly, well above the standard for her race however I plan to implement it in such a way that she does not end up being crazy over powered and able to end every fight at her whim. She will struggle, she will lose sometimes and there will be loss along her journey to save her race. There will be no harem and I am unsure if there will be any sex scenes or even romance as this is my first story and I am not confident yet at being able to write that properly. So if you came here for the standard royalroad super OP guy that flies around having sex with every female character he meets, this is not that. Update Frequency: As this is my first story and I am still in the early stages, I cannot say how often updates will be. I lead a very busy life and this is a new way for me to relieve stress. I hope to be able to put out a few thousand words every few days at the least. Enjoy the story! PS. Cover was found on the website thedailybell.com, they did not source where they found it. I rotated and resized the image.

This is the 2003 movie, Thirteen, told from the perspective of Evie Zamora. We got Tracy's point of view, but what about Evie? This is how I think Evie thought and the reasons behind why she did the things she did. This is NOT canon, just a fanfiction, and I am not affiliated with Thirteen or Catherine Hardwick in any way.
