*Interlude*
A girl can be seen sitting on a flying creature in the middle of sky. That winged creature is a wyvern, one of few types of monsters that is tamed and used as air transportation.
The girl riding the wyvern is Nelsia. She has her face and maid clothes stained with blood but she doesn't feel bothered by it.
It is few hours after the invasion in Graize household. She is here after completing her mission and is already far from Graize household.
She finally can see her destination, a wooden house in the middle of forest filled with trees of brown leaves.
Before she lands, she undo a magic circle that was placed on wyvern's back. It is an invisibility magic that makes the wyvern invisible from people's eyes.
Near the wooden house, some kids can be seen running around with cheerful faces. Each of the children has animal ears, tails and some other limb resembling an animal. They are from beastman race.
The children are surprised when a wyvern is approaching. They start shouting out of surprise and excitement.
"A wyvern!?"
"Ah! There is a person riding it!"
"Wait, is that... Nelsia nee-chan!?"
Nelsia carefully lands the wyvern a little bit far from the wooden house.
The moment Nelsia gets off from the wyvern, she got surrounded by the children.
"Long time no see! Nelsia nee-chan!"
"Ah! You got hurt!?"
Nelsia got overwhelmed by the children. Normally she would be happy in such situation but she forces her smile at them this time.
"Glad to see you guys. Sorry, but I still have something else to do-"
"Welcome back, Nelsia"
A mature male voice interrupts Nelsia's sentence.
Nelsia looks at the source of the voice.
"Firth-sama...."
Nelsia says that while looking at blue-haired middle-aged human man wearing glasses and brown outfit.

This human man is Firth Fernandest, the owner of the wooden house as well as the caretaker of the children.
.....
....
...
Both of them enters one of the room inside the wooden house and then sit on wooden chairs while talking near wooden table. Nelsia reports what happened during the invasion to Firth.
"I see... so the daughter escaped."
"I'm really sorry. It's my fault for-"
"No, it's ok. All that matters is that you are still alive and that the invasion is successful. By the way, where is Midora? He is supposed to teleport you back here but it seemed that you borrowed a wyvern from the beastmen."
"He went off saying something about meeting his destined one. So I had no choice but to borrow the beastman's wyverns when they arrived in front of the mansion."
Firth tilts his head.
"Destined one?"
"I don't know what he meant either. More like, isn't it normally impossible to understand what he's thinking in the first place?"
"Haha. I guess so."
Firth laughs a bit. Then he stands up looking at Nelsia.
"Good work. Nelsia Klanjour. I'm sure the beastmen will take care of the rest. You can take a bath and rest now."
"... actually... about that..."
Nelsia starts fidgeting.
"?"
Firth is a bit confused by the unexpected response.
"I... would like to get one of those... right now..."
Firth finally understands what she wants and then smiles at her.
"I see... It must have been hard for you too... hurting the people in Graize family. There is no way someone like you would feel no guilt after doing something like that. Wait a moment..."
Firth goes to a desk inside the room. And then he opens the drawer to take out an empty syringe inside it.

Then he also takes a transparent pack of pink liquid out from the drawer below the drawer that contains empty syringes.
He stabs the pack with the empty syringe and fill the syringe with pink liquid until it is 1/8 full.
Then a white magic circle appears on his right hand.
That magic is called "Repair". It makes the little hole in the pink liquid pack closed by touching the hole with his point finger before he put the pink liquid pack back into the drawer.
He then walks to Nelsia while carrying the filled syringe. But Nelsia says something before he reached her.
"Isn't it too little?"
"What are you talking about? Even you know what would happened if you get overdosed with Sweet World. Just bear with this amount."
"... Understood."
Firth then cleans a small area of Nelsia's arm with magic called "Cleanse" just by wiping her arm with his fingers and then pierces the skin of Nelsia's arm with the syringe.
"...nnn... haaa..."
Nelsia moaned a bit on reflex when the pink liquid entered her body.
Nelsia begins to remember her time with Shion, Kaina and other members of Graize household up until her betrayal.
It was the worst feelings she had ever felt when Shion looked at her with disbelief.
However, her memory is slowly covered by pink light.
The negative feelings that she had up until now get replaced by the mysterious sweet sensation that the pink liquid produced.
The name "Sweet World" that Firth mentioned refers to this pink liquid.
"Ugh..."
Nelsia gets relaxed and drowsy all of a sudden. But Firth looks at her as if it was an expected reaction.
"You must be really tired. It's fine. Just take a sleep first. You can take a bath later after you wake up."
"Un...der...stood..."
Nelsia puts her head on the table before she completely falls asleep.
Then Firth touches and caresses Nelsia's cheek while she's still asleep.
"Have a sweet dream. My beautiful Nelsia..."

HUD: Wargame (Sci-Fi GameLit)
★★★★★UNFRIGGENBELIEVABLE!!!!!! "HUD: Wargame is a sci-fi GameLit worth reading." -TienSwitch ★★★★★Rock-solid FPS GameLit. "Nic - the main character - is an ambitious, hyper-competitive perfectionist, and the story fortunately handles him correctly in that it does not push these traits too far." -Akaso ★★★★★This is a good one! "This is one of those stories where you read the first few paragraphs and can just tell that the author has the chops to tell a story. It's engaging and the rules are well thought out and clearly explained. The action is punchy and exciting. Anyway, read it." -HonourRae In the future, everything is a game. Even war. 18-year-old Nic Sigfried wants the high score. Virtually piloting a real-life robot, he'll face off against his peers with the help of his AI guidance system, RTIFIS. The prize? New worlds across the galaxy that are ripe for human conquest and terraforming. It sounds glamorous on paper, but this job might be more dangerous than he thought... HUD: Wargame is the first of a five-part sci-fi series featuring GameLit elements. HUD: Wargame contains some (simulated) violence and very sparing PG-13 profanity. Updates Monday-Thursday-Saturday.
