"Kaoru!' Sato shouted as he raced for the key. Sato and Kaoru both grabbled the key at the same time.
Karou laughed, "Please. This key belongs to me."
"In your dreams!" The purple haired teen yelled. "I've come this far and I'm not giving up now!
The two fought while still holding onto the key. Sato kicked Kaoru in the chest. Kaoru aimed a punch for Sato's arm, but he caught it with is free hand.
Kaoru began duplicating himself until Sato was surrounded by clones. The Kaoru clones started ganging up on Sato but the teenager kicked them all back.
"Impressive." Kaoru praised him. "But you won't win."
"Sure I won't." Sato smirked. "Ai do it!"
Ai came up from behind Kaoru and stabbed him with a blade of Water. "Sucker."
Immediately the key began emitting a black shroud around itself. One of Sato's eyes began to change color into inky black but the other one remained purple. "What the hell is going on?"
Suddenly Sato was in a void of nothingness. A hazy Spirit figure formed in front of him. One half was white while the other was black. "Pleased to meet you, Yamagata Satoshi. I am the Spirit of Yin-Yang."
"Yin yang?" Sato inquired.
The Spirit nodded, "Yes. Yin Yang. I represent both good and evil. Everybody has both of these characteristics. However which one overshadows the other is what differs them. So now I must ask a favor of you. Before making this contract, you must accept you're evil side."
"Huh?" Sato's question wasn't answered and he was sent back to the wasteland instead.
"So did you make the contract?" Ai questioned.
"No. He it said something about accepting my evil side first." Sato informed her. Sato began splitting into two as another versions duplicated out of him.
The second Sato's pitch-black black eyes were intense full of ruthless intents. "Hello, Sato. I never thought we'd get to meet face to face." He grinned wicked. "I'm gonna enjoy tearing you to shreds over and over again."
Sato stared at his evil counterpart. "Is this really me? At my worst?"
"You better believe it!" The evil Sato said as she he rushed in punching Sato in the jaw knocking him into one of the pillars.

Sato winced as he got up off the ground. "Fine then. I'll take you out, no problem." Sato ran towards the other one he brought back his fist planning for a powerful punch to the mid-section but stopped short. "What happened?!"
The evil Sato smirked as he grabbed Sato's arm and slammed lifted him into the air. He then proceeded to slam him onto the ground. Blood began seeping from Sato's body.
"I'll tell you what happened." The evil Sato began. "Since all of your bad side is out. You don't have what it takes to hurt me. Wimp!"
"Sato!" Ai shouted. "Want me to help?"
Sato clutched his bleeding arm as he answered Ai. "Thanks Ai. But I have to do this on my own. I'll find a way to take him down."
The evil Sato gave off a menacing laugh. "As if! You couldn't even hope do defeat me. My power is too much for you to handle!" He launched off his feet as he extended his leg kicking Sato in the shoulder. "I'll make you suffer!" He grabbed onto Sato's neck and bean to choke him.
"Darn it." Sato coughed out blood.
"I kill you!" The evil Sato tightened his grip on Sato.
Sato stared into his evil side's eyes. So this is really what I was like whenever this power came out."
The evil Sato then threw Sato down repeatedly kicking him in the process until he reached the ground. He then followed up by kneeing him in the ribs.
Sato screamed out in pain as his ribs cracked. The evil Sato frowned. "Sato, I thought you would've been stronger considering we share the same body. But you were just a waste of my time! "He looked around until his eyes fixated on Ai. "You're turn."
The other Sato rushed in for Ai. He swung his fist at her and she defended with a green shield. But his fist broke through and slammed against her jaw causing her to crash into one of the pillars.
"Ai!" Sato screamed as he struggled to get up slowly losing his consciousness. The teen began to climb up one of the pillars. His evil version did the same.
"Face it." The evil Sato began. "Without me, you're just too weak!"

Back in Sihalia, the conference was still going on. "Okay. I'll establish a link between here and Earth so we can speak to Yukiko." Hibiki declares. The black haired Magic Bakemono extends his arm a green portal showing Yukiko in her kitchen appears.
Yukiko notices the portal as she turns around. "Oh, Hibiki, Hikari, Nori and Bunka. Has it happened already?"
Hibiki shook his head. "No they haven't rose yet, thankfully. But they will soon if Jiro gets his hands on the heart of one of the Cursed Bakemono."
Yukiko nodded, "Yes I know. Has he gotten close?"
"We're not sure." Hikari joined in the conversation. "But there's something about your son you should know."
"It's about the Darkness inside him, right?" Yukiko guessed.
Bunka nodded, "Sharp as ever Yukiko. Yes, the Darkness indie Sato has been unleashed. So now all we can do is hope of the best."
"I understand. Now how long until you think they rise?" Yukiko questioned.
Hibiki rubbed his chin. "It's hard to tell really. But I guess it mainly just depends on when or if Jiro gets his hands on of the Cursed Bakemono.
"Well for everyone's sake. I hope he never does." Yukiko says gravely.
Back at Ironvale village Jiro continued beating up the three kids. He punched Hotaru in the gut and followed by a blast from his cannon arm. "Hotaru!" Kikyo shirked.
Jiro laughed, "Who's next! Actually I'll just kill you all at once." Jiro's canon arm grew larger as he fired off a barrage of energy beams. Blood fire dup into the air as Yuuki watched in horror. His icy blue eyes widen as Jiro continue shooting the kids.
"Stop it!" Yuki yells as his blue hair blows straight up and ice begins to coat the whole village. "Leave them alone. Spikes begins to erupt from the ice field.
Jiro barely manages to dodge as they ice spike continue to shoot up. One of them manages to impale him. "So this is a Cursed Bakemono." Jiro grabs the ice spear and yanks it out. "This is gonna be fun."
Meanwhile, Sato continued to talk to his evil side. "You may be right. I may not have the will to kill you like you do me. But hurt any one of my friends, and you're gonna pay!" Sato jumped off the pillar bringing back his fist. The other Sato copied the action.
Both of them released their attacks putting all of their power behind it. Sato took a deep breath. "This guy. He's a part of me. I may not like it. But I accept it!"
The two punches collided as they exploded into a powerful shockwave causing all of the pillars to come crashing down. The two Sato's fused back together and Sato was back in the Yin-Yang Realm. The Yin-Yang Spirit appeared in front of Sato again. "Good job."
Sato smiled, "Thanks. So then what are the rules of the contract?"
"Rule number one." The Spirit began. "Always remember everybody has both evil and good in them. Accept both your good and evil sides. And the third and final rule is as follows, always stay true to who you really are."
Sato placed his right hand over his heart. "I swear to abide by the rules of Yin-Yang!"
Sato was transported back to the wasteland. Kaoru began to get up but fell back down. Sato walked over to him. "Kaoru. Where did Jiro take Sakura?"
"Ironvale village." Kaoru answered. "He's looking for the Cursed Bakemono Yuuki."
"Yuuki?!" Ai gasped.
"What's a Cursed Bakemono?" Sato questioned Ai.
"I don't know." Ai admitted.
"A Cursed Bakemono is a Bakemono who has a connection to the Bake-Bots." Kaoru explained.
"Bake-Bots?" Sato inquired.
Kaoru nodded, "Yes, that's what they're called. But I have no other information on the subject. All I know is that you need the heart of a Cursed Bakemono in order to revive them. And there are only three Cursed Bakemono currently in existence."
"Okay, well thanks for the help." Sato said as he began to walk off but he was suddenly Sato was down on his knees on looking at Ai, Sakura, Yuuki and two other faces he didn't recognize. All of them were bleeding excessively and leaning over them was Jiro in his red armor and helmet.
Sato blinked back out of his vision as Ai waved her hand in front of his face. "Hey, Sato! Are you okay?"
Sato nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine. Come on; let's go get our friend back!"

This Book
The author, Edward Faust is aware that “This Book” does not really describe what this book is about. We shall pretend that it is a meta artistic choice but the reality is that Mr. Faust is bad at coming up with titles, and since starting This Book back in 2015 as a NaNoWriMo project he could never come up with a good one. This Book’s genre is YA Supernatural, but that’s only as helpful as any genre tag (IE: not very) so I shall describe it further. This Book is primarily about reincarnation, but it also features mythical creatures such as angels (known here as Seraphs), demons, Byzantines, as well as homeschoolers. Two mythical homeschoolers in fact make up the main characters of this work, a pair of siblings named Grayson and Kish. They live in metro Atlanta in the year 2019 AD with their Aunt. On one particular day they are plunged into a rabbit hole of spiritual and metaphysical politics by the arrival of a mysterious one-eyed Green haired woman and strange humanoid creatures into their lives. That is where the story begins. Yes. This book can also be found at https://thisbook.home.blog/
