《DarkVoid: The God of Death》4

As he laid on the ground unconscious, the regeneration had started to heal his body very slowly. It treated the significant injuries first, which was going to take a very long time before Jon was partially recovered.
While this was happening, Terik smiled evilly at the battered body. It was delighted to see the mortal who had caused it so much trouble, in such a horrible condition.
Having enough, it turned around and started walking off, “Now you can take your little break, but don’t get too comfortable, I’ll be back soon to fetch my weapon. With this special weapon I’ll be able to kill you a second time, only this time it’ll erase you for good.”
As it was planning the demise of the mortal, it suddenly felt a strange presence within the unconscious body, but it didn’t think anything of it until the atmosphere darkened from the disturbing surge of power.
The unsettling feeling made Terik’s muscles stiffen in place, almost as if fear paralyzed him. “What is this evil power that I’m sensing?! It feels so potent that it even clouded Hell!” Terik shouted as it used more of its strength and power to break out of the fear paralysis.
Terik tried sensing where this power was coming from, which led back to where it had come from. “Wait, no. There is no fucking way. It can’t be!” Upon this realization, Terik immediately turned around to look at the unconscious body and was surprised to see a mysterious black thin aura enveloping the mortal.
However, that wasn’t what caught its attention the most. Something else was occurring within his body that wasn’t human in the slightest. The mortal’s bones from every part were cracking as it was intentionally breaking and dislocating them while it healed back instantly, just to snap again.
Disturbingly, his body and limbs cracked even more as he slowly pulled himself back on his feet. He stared directly at the ground, raven black hair slightly covering his eyes, obscuring most of his face except a somewhat unsettling grin. He opened his mouth slightly to let loose a quiet but terrifying giggle.
The dark aura dissipated, along with the bruises that were visible on his body from before.
“How did you do that?! There’s no possible way that a sinner can heal this fast and get this much power at the same time! “

The only response Terik received was more sadistic giggles as his bones cracked one last time.
“ANSWE- “
The demon was interrupted by a burst of speed that rushed towards Terik, who in the nick of time noticed Jon display the most psychotic yet horrifying face looking directly at its eyes
“What the?!”
It only lasted a second before Jon threw a punch at Terik’s abdomen with enough force to push the demon a few feet away.
A crack was heard coming from Jon’s right arm, which was now limping “Oh darn I seemed to have broken it,” a pop sounded as he moved his arm freely around, “never mind it’s all healed now Heheh.”
Jon’s voice had a higher tone than before. It sounded more like a sadistic yet playful tone. Completely different than Jon’s usual depressing, deep voice. Almost as if he was a different person.
On the other side, Terik was slightly bent over as it was coughing minimal amounts of blood from the impact. Apparently having a difficult time breathing and still quite shocked at the speed and power this sinner had achieved in such little time. “Is this even the same piece of shit that I knocked around with?!” it thought.
“How did you get so much stronger!?” Terik then noticed his sclerae were no longer white but black instead. “You can’t be the same person that I had beaten up effortlessly!”
With another creepy chuckle, he replied, “Well, you’re not wrong about that, I’m not the same person. That mortal you pummeled was Jonathan Reid. I, however, am not a mortal. I’m precisely like you, only much… much worse.” He waved at Terik with the same psychotic face as before, “Just call me Void!”
That face gave Terik goosebumps on its entire body, it shook it off and replied, “Void? I’ve never heard of a demon by that name.” It was right, Terik knew many demons among the ranks and never had it heard of any demon or creature by the name of Void.
“Awe, I’m depressed now. I’ve been long since forgotten.” He said faking a sad tone.
“You’re starting to piss me off more than that mortal! Even with more power at your disposal, you’re still not a match for me! I’m the second strongest in hell! That punch you threw was just child’s play.” Terik said as it coughed up more blood.

The pride of this demon made it too retarded for its kind. This was too comedic for Void; he had to put a hand over his mouth to keep himself from laughing, “Heh, says the one who’s currently bent over and coughing abundant amounts of blood. Just from a child’s play punch, which is pathetic.”
He giggled as he shook his head in shame. “That just speaks volume about your sturdiness hehe.”
“What are you talking about?! That punch was nothing to me! Nothing at all!”
Void couldn’t hold it anymore as he burst out laughing, “If this body weren’t so damn fragile, you would be dead right now.” He said, basically taunting it at this point, which indeed worked as Terik was engulfed in its red aura.
“SHUT. THE. FUCK UUUPP!” the demon rushed towards Void, hell-bent on brutally beating this mortal into submission.
“Did I strike a chord? HAHAh.” He said as he quickly looked around at his surroundings.
Closing in on him, Terik threw a series of punches directly at Void who avoided every single one. He countered each punch with punches of his own, jabbing at the elbows or arms at the right time.
Terik was exhausting his strength from each missing punch. He started to hit less and less frequently as his arms felt they were weakening.
Very frustrated at this, he yelled, “Just stay still you runt!”
“No can do, it’ll ruin my strategy dumbass! HahaHa!” Feeling confident, Void positioned himself and held his hand up to an incoming punch; he then swiftly jumped outward to let the force of the blow hit his hand to propel himself into the air. He flew and landed a few meters away.
“I’m over here now HEhheh” He taunted with a large smug grin plastered on his face and arms wide open. Again, it worked as Terik dashed the grinning madman.
“You’re going to fucking die now!” Terik furious said as it closed in on him to throw a right punch at the defenseless being.
But right at that moment, Void sidestepped the punch, which led Terik into almost falling in a pool of lava. The demon managed to stop itself with its face only a foot away. At that moment, Void did a 180° turn and with a maniac mindset, used his left hand to splash lava on its face, which made him stagger back.
“Argh!”
The mortal launched an uppercut, but Terik recovered earlier than he had expected; it dodged the attack, and quickly countered with a punched to his face, or so it thought as Void’s neck cracked in an unnatural position to avoid the contact.
“What!?!” Terik exclaimed.
Using this to his advantage, he gripped its right arm with his left and lifted himself further into the air to deliver a right hook to its face, leaving it stunned.
“Thank you for the lift Heha.” He remarked as he fell on his feet. “Now that you have exhausted pretty much all of your energy, I’m going to end it now with a grand finale.”
Still stunned, Void rushed from behind to climb onto its back, and with both hands, he latched onto his horns.
“I’m going to make you suffer! So, scream for me! Let the pain consume you!” Void summoned a great deal of his strength and pulled on its horns with all his might.
“AGHAH NOO PLEASE! HAVE MERCY AGHH” Terik screamed in pure agony as blood was spurting out of its neck like a fountain.
Void laughed uncontrollably like a maniac as he used more of his strength. He felt pleasure in seeing beings suffer, the suffering of others fueled him to no degree. He mainly wanted to see this worthless demon suffer and die from his hands. With a final laugh, he brutally tore off Terik’s head without any mercy.
Blood exploded everywhere. Some of it landed on his face, but that didn’t make him waver.
“Ohhh it’s been so long since I made someone suffer other than that brat! Heha!” he said as he licked the blood off his hands.
He jumped off the body and tossed its head behind him. However, at that moment, Void began to waver a bit from exhaustion. “Sadly, my stamina has been depleted from this fight. Hehhe we’re so fucked.” He said with a final giggle, before falling to the ground unconscious.
