57 years ago the government discovered a man with supernatural abilities. The man was not hostile but they did not know what to do with him either because you can never leave a treat like that just walk around right?

so the government decided that they should so something about the people that would get abilities if they ever were to come. And what they decided was that if the person was hostile or “evil” as they say then they had to be dealt with. But if they did not mean any harm then they were asked if they wanted to work for the government and help their country if there ever was a need for it. ( I know cliché ) so they made a organization named Electra, and don’t try to figure out why it is called that because they just thought it sounded cool. ( )

they trained the ones that wanted to join in combat skills and all the other essentials so that they are equipped with the skills to fight if there ever came a time to do that with a “evil” power user.

they were times that there were people that wanted to help but there were also times that the people used their powers for doing bad things like robbing banks, killing people, etc. and the government would always deal with them when they found out but they were not always on time to help. The problem was they could not find a way to detect if someone was using their powers and if they were using them for good or bad things.

that was until they found Michael Eaton, the man had a incredible gift he had the power to feel if someone used their powers. He could select of what kind he wanted to feel like people using their powers for bad things or just people using their powers. But of course it would be really annoying if he could always feel the same people using their powers so he created a way that he could only feel new people and the bad people so that he did not have to feel it every time when someone from their organization used their powers. ( really convenient right? )

so every time someone new that they did not know of used their powers he would feel it and know where they were it does not matter where on the planet. Today was one of those days that a new power user was born or reborn whatever you want to call it. The new power user that he felt was not that far away it was in the united states so they would not have to travel far. Because he was in New York not that it really mattered how far it was because they have a guy that can teleport (FUCK YEAH TELEPORTATION POWER COMING UP )

Michael told his higherups about the new breakout and they went to him/her.

MICHEAL POV :

today there was another breakout and I really hope that he/she does not make to much of a problem for us because im to lazy to clean up to much mess. I just want someone that likes to join the organization so that everything will go smoothly.

this one was in the hospital so I hope he/she does not freak out to much and goes around destroying things. It already happened once and I would not like to see a repeat of that if I can help it. That day 10 people died.
