Currently, seven people have gathered in the library. All of them sat at a dark brown table. In front of them was a projector screen that displayed the blueprint of the Estate's main floor.

"As we've agreed, the only rooms that will be renovated are the library, main kitchen, music room, banquet hall, and the main hall," Lloyd told Aiken - disrupting him from looking at one of his apprentices.

Seeing Aiken bringing his full attention to him, Lloyd continued. "Since you've trusted my students to handle the renovation, they will present their proposed blueprints - which was written on the email that Ms. Flora sent. Still, once you see their proposal, if it is not into your liking, tell my students right away."

Aiken nodded in understanding.

Lloyd eyed his best pupil, Nielle to start the presentation.

Nielle stood up and clicked the button on his pen that controlled the projector.

The screen changed and displayed two different main halls. One picture was the original architectural design and the other was Nielle's proposition for the new layout of the main hall.

The original architectural design was very extravagant. The large main hall has a white marble floor with golden yellow linings and blinding metallic gold furnishings. Black - and especially other colours - were nowhere in sight.

On the other hand, Nielle's proposed architectural design toned down the gold colour of the main hall. His proposed layout was completely different from the original.

The picture has two curved stairs on each side in order to reach the second floor with ease.

The floor and staircase are made of |×|carrara white premium marble. While the railings of the curved staircase are made out of metal. The furnishings are royal blue accompanied by a touch of gold and it goes perfectly with the white walls.

The Charleston Estate hue is mostly white and gold - exhibiting a 5-star hotel's vide rather than a home. Because of this, Flora wanted the Estate to exhibit the feeling of home while retaining the rich aura and white colour of the Estate. She also prefered going to the second floor through a staircase rather than going through an elevator.

Lloyd's students were given three months to visualize and sketch what Flora wants. And so, all of them dedicated themselves for the project for the past three months.

It might exhaust Blare because she handles both her business and her work, but with Rhieanne's help - her burden was decreased.

It was Blare's turn as the four apprentices finished their presentation. She was assigned to the music room - which she believed was the easiest.

The client wants to retain the luxurious atmosphere of the whole Estate - and that should include the music room. Yet Flora made a special request for the music room.

Blare mentally repeated Flora's email to her three months ago. 'The structure of the music room doesn't need to be luxurious. I want it to be a comfortable place for musicians.'

She then realized that it was not as easy as she thought. When she started preparing for the blueprint - which was her proposed architectural design - she has to consider the whole Estate, the atmosphere of the music room, and her client's preferences.

So she noticed the connection of the music room to the Estate's Main Garden.

Blare emailed Flora about the reason why the music room and the Main Garden are connected.

According to Flora, she prefered practising in the main garden than the music room. However, it was very inconvenient during the rainy season. So she wanted the two places to be connected.

And so, Blare knew right away that Flora loves the natural ambience of nature.

Still, she considered a lot of questions.

'What would a musician - specifically Flora - prefer? Would she be comfortable if the fresh air outside enters the room? Would she like to gaze at the Main Garden when making music, singing, and basically doing what every musician does? Does she like the sound of the rustling plants when it is windy?'

Blare thought all of that. As well as the music room's ambience - which she wanted to be rich so it won't be alienated to other rooms.

The result of her questions was shown on the projector screen.

The original music room hue was white, dark red and gold. While her blueprint shows white, silver, green and metallic gold.

Both images exhibit a rich atmosphere, yet the structure was very different.

The original music room resembles a Victorian Era style whilst Blare's blueprint was very modern.

But the very eye-catching thing was the large transparent glass sliding door that covered the East wall - as it clearly shows the main garden. While the other three walls - North, South and West - were made out of plasterboard.

The hue of the green couch, coffee table made out of redwood, and several musical instruments were not diminishing each other's aura.

"According to Ms. Flora, she preferred practising in the main garden but it is inconvenient during the rainy season. So the transparent glass door will not only lead her towards the main garden - she can also see the place even if she's inside the music room."

As Blare was presenting, Aiken focused intently on her - which she took calmly. But the nervousness was still felt by Blare and she has no time to think where it was coming from.

Blare finished the presentation with ease and describe the blueprint positively and how it will soothe one's mood because the ambience of the music room is adjacent to the Main Garden.

After that, Aiken only nodded and he did not ask or change their proposal. And so - it was accepted.

Blare - along with her fellow co-workers - breathe a sigh of relief.

Throughout the presentation, Lloyd kept a neutral expression. But as it ended and he saw Aiken's satisfaction with their proposed blueprints - he smiled.

"I'm glad my students did not disappoint you, Mr. Aiken" Lloyd said as he and Aiken shook hands.

"All of the blueprints are great. I'm sure my little sister will be happy." Aiken replied.

The two exchange a few pleasantries before Lloyd excused going home with his apprentices. Aiken guided them outside until they reach the humongous metal gate of the Estate.

"Have a safe journey," Aiken muttered and then turned her gaze to Blare.

"Care to join me for a cup of tea, Lilith? It's been so long since we bonded."

Blare flinched at Aiken's bold words. She nervously eyed Lloyd and her co-workers - who seemed confused at Aiken's words.

Before she could explain, Aiken was quick to say, "We're classmates back in college."

Only then they understood and didn't pry at their business anymore. Their job was done for the day so all of them bid Blare goodbye - while Blare stood frozen because her boss/teacher and co-workers clearly ditched her.

Blare sighed helplessly. As she glances at Aiken, she wonders, 'Doesn't he get tired with all of this?'

Two figures stood three steps apart from each other. Aiken noticed several changes in Blare. Like how her long blonde hair was cut mid-length - radiating a mature feature on her complexion. Her arrogant side was replaced with proud and fearless aura.

"Mr. Aiken, are we not having a cup of tea?" Blare broke Aiken's stare.

He coughed to hide his embarrassment. "Sorry, follow me."

Blare obediently followed the man. As she looked at his back - she wondered what might have made Aiken change his attitude towards her-- or rather, towards Lilith.
