In Bronach at night, a man walked down an alleyway. He was wearing a black cloak and dozens of belts that go from his hip to his stomach. He was also carrying a katana that hard to see through his cloak. As he walked down the alleyway he was stopped by a group of thugs.
Their leader, a burly man that wore leather armor step forward and said, "Well well well, what do we have here."
"An idiot since who would walk in Bronach at night! Hahaha!"
The other thugs laugh as well.
The leader stopped and said, "Give us all of your stuff and we might let you li—"
He was unable to finish his word before his head was cut off.
"So...Annoying." said the cloaked man as he sheathed his katana.
Panic then anger ripple through the thugs as they register the fact that their boss died.
"Kill him!"
"Avenge Boss!"
The thugs pull out knives, bats, and spiked club as they charged at the cloaked man.
"Annoying...Rats."
*Moments Later*
"M-M-Monster!" Said the last thugs as he tries to run away but tripped and fell. He looks back at the cloaked man and began pleading for his life. "Don't kill me! I want to live!"
The cloaked man walks towards the thug saying, "We all want to live." Then he cut the thug's head off.
Sheathing his blade, the cloaked man just walks the alleyway before stopping at a door and knocking on it.
"Password." A voice came from the door.
"When...There...Is...Light...There...Is...Darkness."
The door open and man motion for the cloaked man to come in saying, "Come in, Madame Keres want to see you."
The cloaked man nodded as he walks in revealing that behind the door was a bar and a casino. Men drink and gamble as barmaids serve them their drink. Ignoring all of the noise, the cloaked man headed to the back and stopped at another door, and knocked on it.

"Come in." A female voice said from behind the door.
The cloaked man opens and enters the room. What he first saw as he walks into was a zombie standing to the right side of the room with a slit throat. "Don't mind him." The voice said again as the cloaked man turned and faced a woman with pale skin like that of the dead, eyes that hold no emotions, wearing a black suit and fedora with a red tie sitting at a desk and said, "Good to see you, Luther. How have you been?"
"Good...And...How...Has...You...Been?" Luther said.
The woman revealed to be Madame Keres laugh and said with a fake smile, "All good except for the fact that I had to get rid of one of our own since he tries to sell information to the Royal family." She gestures to the undead. "He's much more useful dead than he was alive." Then she dropped the smile and said, "I heard about the explosion and coincidentally our bomb wasn't was nowhere to be seen and why is that?"
Luther who was staying silent said, "I...Hired...A...Group...Of...Mercenaries...To... Deliver...It...But....I...Didn't...Expect...Them...To...Open...It."
Keres stare at Luther for seconds before saying, "Because of your mistakes it cost us an opportunity to use it at the royal ceremony, and that bomb was made from gunpowders and a hydra's acid which was is very hard to obtain."
The Royal Ceremony was a ceremony that marked a prince's birthday and the fact that he is now twenty-one which makes him able to inherit the throne.
Hydras were was snake monster that had nine heads and its acid had been proved to be able to create a bomb that can turn a village into a smoldering crater, but the problem is that hydras were hard to find and it acid disappear after an hour out in the sun.

"Forgive...Me...Madame...Keres."
Keres stares at Luther sighs before saying, "I'll let you live since you're more useful alive than an undead but one more mistake and you won't be alive. And remember this I always get what I want."
"Understand."
"You may leave."
Luther walks out of the room, shut the door, and vows to kill the mercenaries that made him fail the task that Madame Keres gave him.
