This has been quite a development. I can’t believe that we get to have the chance to re-enact the same battle that the legendary Gem Warriors did ages ago. Standing proudly together side by side, the four warriors sealed The Great Crystal Roc by using all of their strength. With the victory that they have obtained, they begin building the foundation of Gemhold and later on, becoming a bustling city thanks to brilliant minds of its people taking advantage on the ease of access of the purple gems.

But little did they know, the purple gems was what lead them back into their troubled times. Through the usage of a machine that was powered by purple gems, it was able to create a mass amount of energy for the Chaos Dragonlord Vatherion to combine it with his sword and create a reaction that allows the revival of The Great Crystal Roc.

After White successfully stole the Chaos Dragonlord’s Chaos Dragon Amulet from his hands, White used its power to take control of the dragon that Vatherion was riding on. The Elder Dragon, Taloncryst made a quick work out of The Great Crystal Roc by weakening it. The result of this epic battle was that the roc has been impervious from using its wing to fly. However, the battle was not yet over as four Infinity Academy students stood in preparation against the menacing roc.

“I can’t help but notice something interesting…” I said to everyone.

“What do you mean, Rose?” asked White.

“The four of us are representing the four gem warriors. In this case, I am representing Quartz, The Yellow Gem of Wisdom.”

Yumiko thinks and said, “If you think about it…I might be Sapphire, The Blue Gem of Inspire. My main element is water…which brings to you, White. You’re Emerald, The Green Gem of Balance.”

“Wow. That’s pretty cool. But there is something wrong here…Zenith and Ruby doesn’t have any form of similarity at all in terms of their main element. Ruby, The Red Gem of Life was also remembered as the Burning Will of the God.” White wondered.

“It might not be as coincidence as we thought it would be then.” I concluded.

White nodded and said, “Yeah, there’s no way Zenith would be able to use a fire elemental magic.”

Zenith remained silent as she focuses only on the bird as she formed another ice spear from her arsenal. White brought out his trusty dagger and Yumiko brought out her second flintlock into the fray while I simply turned myself into an elephant and charged to the bird, holding it down in place.

I called the orders to the others, “Now, guys!”

Yumiko sends a barrage of live bullets to the bird while Zenith charged through and spiked the bird with her spear. White on the other hand blinked himself all over the bird, attacking every possible weak point the bird could have with his dagger. Unfortunately, most of our attack remained to be useless as the main body structure of the roc was entirely made out of crystal unlike the Elder Dragon, Taloncryst that only partially have crystal on its scale.

I tried to keep hold on to the bird as I said to them, “It’s no use; its crystal body is too hard to break through.”

Then in an instance, I was thrown away by the roc with its perilous might. We kept on the assault to the crystal roc but to no avail. It only leads to us getting more exhausted than before. As things were about to get grim for us, blood started to splatter…It wasn’t Zenith though…It was Yumiko. Yumiko was killed…by…Yumiko?

“Useless clone…” Apparently we were with her clone all this time.

“Yumiko?!” White was surprised, “Where were you?”

“I was just settling some stuff back at the campus. Is there something wrong with that?”

White looked at her with an annoyed look and said, “Well you should make it up by doing something about this bird. It has a hard crystal body.”

“Crystal, huh? Well that won’t be a problem for the real Yumiko.” Yumiko begins to insert a bullet into her flintlock.

She aimed her gun to the bird and then, boom! A big explosion erupted on where Yumiko aimed at. She used her Explosive Bullet to break the crystal.

“Yup. I’ll take my leave now, thank you very much.” Yumiko then decided to bail us out.

As she was about to bail out she suddenly stopped. She looked down and noticed that all of her lower body has been frozen. Zenith had casted a freezing spell on Yumiko’s lower half.

“You…stay…” Zenith gave her a sharp stern look.

Yumiko then sighed and said, “Fine…fine…it’s not like there’s any benefit for me to be over here.” She then turned around, “Hey Violet! What are you doing over there? Come and help me!”

Violet then shakes her head and said, “I have to take care of this little girl over here. She mustn’t be left alone, sister.” Violet was talking about Recordia.

Yumiko then swore, “God fucking damn it.”

Then we focused back at the Roc as White said, “Alright then…thanks to Yumiko, I have an idea on what I can do to contribute to breaking the crystal.”

White begins to create a small whirlwind that covers both of his arms. His arms now looked like a drill of some sort. White blinked and paused the time around him and begin his work to drill out the crystal. As time begins to play back, the roc quickly fell down to the floor as it tries to find a way to get out of this mess. But too bad because I already turned into an eagle and flew way up high into the sky and transformed into an elephant. Crushing down the bird with all of the weight that was gained from such a high.

The bird was still struggling for its life but it was Zenith who took its last breath as she covers the bird with snow and eventually freezing it down with ice. She then formed a pair of ice gauntlet and smashed the huge chunk of ice into pieces, destroying any remains of the once, Great Crystal Roc. All of the small pieces was then absorbed and mixed together with Zenith’s snow.

“You miss a spot, shorty.” Yumiko pointed out to Zenith.

Zenith quickly dispatched the leftover ice particles that was further away from the origin location. She then suddenly kneeled down as she was breathing heavily. White and I quickly went to her.

“Are you alright, Zenith?” I asked her.

She then responded, “I’m just exhausted. I’ll be fine…”

Both White and I let out a sigh of relief after knowing her conditions. Unfortunately for us, the battle was not yet over as we immediately heard The Elder Dragon’s roar that can be heard coming from inside the inactive crater.

“Vatherion…” White looks upon the summit of the mountain.

I suggested to him, “I think we should head back for now, White.”

“No. He is calling for us. He is especially calling for me…”

I looked at Zenith as she tried to stand back up, ready to help White in any way she can. That little girl had already ran out her gas just now but it looks like she has some backup tank left in herself.

“If that’s the case, then I should join you as well. You’d need all the help from us, right Yumiko?” I turned back to Yumiko as she was seen trying to break the ice.

“Oh? Oh yeah. Yeah! I’ll help as well!” Yumiko tries to fake her way out of this.

“R…” Zenith was trying to say something.

“What is it, Zen?” White helped her out to stand up.

“Recordia…is she…alright?”

We looked at Violet as she gives us a big thumb up and said, “I’ll be here all day. You can take Yumiko along with you guys!”

“Since when that goddess became friends with those two…” Yumiko whispers her hatred to herself.

The ice that was freezing her lower half begins to melt. She was now able to move but then White grabbed her.

He said to her, “Yumiko…please…”

“I’m not going to help much in this, you know?” She then pushed White down and opened a portal, “My work here is done. Violet! Your job is done as well. Come on!”

She then went away and left us just like that. Zenith went to Recordia and carried the pillow that White brought out for her. It looked like she was carrying a baby or something. A really small baby that is…

But in any case, as we finally made our way to the inactive crater where Vatherion awaits for us, we were immediately held down by a tremendous chaotic energy. It was Vatherion who was holding us down.

“It is over…You are too tired to even stand against my aura…”

However, White suddenly was able to stand up as slowly as he possibly can.

“Interesting! But do you think you can defeat me and Taloncryst all on your own?!”

“No…I can’t…But there are people who are relying on me…I can’t let them down.”

“What are you supposed to do?! This will the last chapter of your story, boy! I will get rid of every dragon in this world, starting with you!”

“Dragons?” White laughed, “Is that all the reason behind all this?” White shakes his head and said, “Too bad for you…”

“What do you mean? Your story is over!”

White looked at him as his right iris started to move around and change into a dragon-like iris. His right eye became just like a dragon eye. The right eye was purple in colour…

He then said, “I’ll write my own story!”
