apparently, it's tradition for noble children to hold a party when they're 5 years old. it's important to showcase possible friends and make ties with noble families to boost your own power. now if you were to ask what politics means to me? nothing. I don't care about some greasy ass geezer wanting to control you so he can get more wealth. that's not the life I want. however my father Benga Hisoka and my mother, Charlotte Hisoka was not letting me tap out. apparently, this is one of the biggest events as it can change the outcome of his life.

unfortunately, after getting threatening but my parents saying stuff like "if you don't go you won't get a starter pokemon blah blah blah" I was forced to go. apparently ill get my starter pokemon after the party. now that's the part I'm more interested in.

wow, I got to say current me lookin fine as hell. it seems I got good genes from both of my parents making me look quite a stunner. although I wasn't bad looking in my previous life.

suddenly the door opened and both of my parents walked in.

I walked into the grand hall and what was the first thing I see? alder the champion of Unova. smiling and waving to me like I'm supposed to know him. well, I technically do but not personally

meanwhile, I'm in the corner -_- I mean I did ask who my grandparents are but veronica nor the tutor tight-lipped about it. although I don't know a lot about this family. even fools can understand the family atmosphere with alder and father staring at each over with a tense stare.

suddenly he looks towards me with a smile

"Happy birthday my dear grandson" alder said, reaching into his backpack and giving me an egg. the egg was red-purple and dull grey. it was a strange combination but anything a champion of a region would give to his son is probably not ordinary

"Uh, thanks?" I said not knowing what to say

"Guests are coming in. please make yourself appropriate for the guests," Veronica said in an attempt to calm everything down

and then they were gone. that was fast. I don't even know what to think of this event. I need a long talk with my parents after this

the event after that questionable event was boring.

all though there were key family members like the stone family and the Sasaki family.
