After the first shot by Jin was fired, the people on the street just ignored it, thinking that it's just a usual fight between pirates, but right after the first body fell, five more people were shot dead but no gunshot was heard, the people who were nearby the five who got shot were immediately panicked, they only hear one shot was fired, but there are six people dead by getting shot on their head.

Koujiro seeing the people on the street started panicking and running for their life, he quickly reloads his rifle and shot another five people in a row. He constantly emptied out his magazine and reloading killing as many as he can in the span of five seconds before Jin can fire his rifle again.

*bang* *boom*

Jin shot his second shot, instead of targeting a person, he shot a gunpowder barrel that being carried by a poor soul, the barrel instantly exploded and killing several people nearby.

"Heads up capt, some pirates already spotted us and aiming their gun towards us, they're at two o'clock on top of a building."

Jin warned his captain after he saw some pirates spotted them and already aiming their guns towards the ship.

Koujiro moved his view towards the position Jin pointed and saw ten people on the roof of a building, he quickly fired five consecutive shots killing four of them with one shot missed.

"Duck!"

Koujiro warned, both of them immediately ducked and several bullets flew above the crow's nest while some bullets hit the side of the crow's nest.

"Welp, we're busted hehe, how many kills you got capt? Mine is around 10? I can't see clearly how many got caught by the explosion earlier."

Jim asked his captain still ducking in the crow's nest while bullets flying towards them and hitting the side of the crow's nest.

"I got nineteen, I missed one guy from the rooftop."

Koujiro replied also ducking inside the crow's nest not wanting to get shot, even though he has a powerful regeneration, getting shot is still hurts.

A few minutes later, the rain of bullets still raining on their ship. While they're talking inside the crow's nest mostly Jin asking about Koujiro's rifle, they heard a bunch of people boarding their ship.

"Fuck, they're on the ship, It looks like we have to continue the competition another time Jin, here use my rifle, it got five bullets per magazine just pull this lever here to unlock the magazine, then you just insert the new one and the rest is the same with your rifle."

Koujiro said after peeking down the deck and saw few pirates already on their ship, he gives Jin the rifle then he jumps down and cut one of the pirate's head that trying to climb up the crow's nest

Once he landed on the deck, he instantly attacks the pirates starting with the one near him, killing the pirates on board his ship with ease in seconds, Koujiro jumped down from the ship to intercept the others who are trying to reach his ship.

"Capt! They're using swivels!"

Jin warned his captain below while reloading his rifle.

*boom*

Multiple swivels were fired and a bunch of small cannonballs flying towards Koujiro and his ship.

Koujiro quickly cut some of the cannonballs, but he can't cut them all because there are too many of them and their size is also quite small, some of the cannonballs hit his body and throw him off the pier.

"Capt! Goddamnit."

Jin yelled then throws both rifles over his shoulder, taking some bullets for his rifle and magazines for the other, he jumps down and pulls out his blunderbuss then shoot one of the pirates that try to board the ship.

*boom*

The blunderbuss explodes in mid-air, Jin immediately holsters the blunderbuss then grab one of the rifles and shoots another pirate, Jin's hands blurred switching between the two rifles and the blunderbuss while also reloading the guns in between, he gracefully dodging the bullets and cannonballs from the swivels showing a high level of observation haki while shooting them back with three guns simultaneously.

Meanwhile, after getting hit by multiple cannonballs even though they are small, his mind is blank for a second from the gruesome pain, he is bleeding all over his body, even worse he's currently drowning and all his wounds are exposed by seawater.

The pain is so bad that he can't even think. Enduring the pain, he pulls out the Sword of Triton from his inventory, he commanded the ropes from his ship to go down into the water and wrap around his body then lift him up.

Dropping himself gently on the deck, Koujiro lay down on his back still enduring the pain all over his body, meanwhile, Jin still fighting the pirates alone, guns and swivels constantly blasting.

A few minutes later, most of his injuries are almost completely healed, hearing the sounds of cannonballs hitting his ship, he calms himself down and begins to concentrate to control the cannons aboard the ship, moving all the forty cannons to the side of the ship that faces the town, he then moved all the cannonballs to each cannon and load them, once they are loaded, all the forty cannons blasted towards the town with a thunderous explosion sound.

The cannons keep blasting for full ten minutes until there is not a single cannonball left, in ten minutes, half of the town was burned down to the ground leaving a huge sea of flame, wether his crew survived from that or not, he really didn't care.

Once the cannons stop, Jin who's already killed the pirates on the pier minutes ago, jumped on to the ship and saw his captain laying on the deck with a body full of blood and he can see the wounds on his body are slowly healing itself.

"Damn capt, I thought you were dead."

Jin said while walking towards his captain and sit down next to him.

"I'm not going to die from a mere fucking swivel, but it hurts like a bitch though."

Koujiro replied while trying to sit up and lean his back on the mast.

"Soo, what now? You burned down the town, well, half of it, I don't even know if Robert and the others are still alive or not."

"We'll just wait till Marcus get back, just standby for any attack, I need time to heal up."

Koujiro replied while taking out two bottles of sake and a pack of cigarette, giving a bottle to Jin, he lights his cigarette with Jin doing the same after taking a cigarette himself.

The duo sat on the deck face to face and just playing cards while waiting for Marcus and their crew to come back, when the duo playing cards on the ship like the usual sunny day, sounds of people shouting, guns being fired and swords hitting each other can be heard from the town.

A few hours later when the sun about to touch the horizon, Marcus comes back with a woman walking beside him. His body is full of wounds and covered in blood, climbing the stairs on the side of the ship, Marcus and the woman board the ship and they see his captain and Jin playing cards on the deck cross-legged with some cash on their side as a bet.

"Aah, you find her."

"Congrats man, have a drink, here."

Koujiro and Jin said while holding cards in front of their face, and Jin offers Marcus a drink.

"Thanks, so, where are the crews?"

Marcus said then grab the bottle and sit down near the duo with his wife followed.

"Uuh, I don't know, we met them on our way to the ship and already told them to get back, who knows, maybe they died from the rain of cannonballs, hah! I win, straight flush capt."

Jin replied then slammed his cards on the floor and reach his hand out about to collect his money.

"Royal flush …. Boy, get your hand off my money!"

Koujiro showed his cards then slapped away Jin's hand away from his money.

"Impossible! You must've been cheating capt! I want a rematch!"

Jin yelled at his captain slamming his hand on the floor.

"Shut up punks, don't be a sore loser, we have to set sail, it's almost sunset."

Koujiro replied and then stands up on his feet and does some stretching, looking down on his torn and bloody shirt, he tore it away and throw it into the sea.

"What about the crews capt?"

Jin asked his captain he also stands up and does some stretching.

"What about them? We have told them to get back to the ship, but they're not here, aren't they? We can look for new crews later."

Koujiro said finishing his stretch and gulped down his sake before turning to the reunited couple.

"So, Marcus, what you're going to do about your wife? Where we will going is not the place for a faint heart."

Koujiro asked Marcus.

"Well, if I can capt, I want to take her back to the south blue."

Marcus said then hug his wife with one of his arms.
