(Kate's POV)

It was finally Friday

Like what Erica said, today we needed to wear casual clothes. When I said I don't have a sense of style, I meant it. The student council made up some rules about not wearing anything 'too revealing'. In my case I loved to wear nothing because they're comfortable and easy to move around in, but they didn't allow us to wear them. Just kidding I like to wear shorts.

My only options is a dress or jeans.

Should I wear the dress? Although I don't look too bad in it they will probably tease and laugh at me because it's not like me to wear dresses. Jeans and a shirt it is then.

When I was walking to the school I saw some of the students.

"Holy shit the demons here got a makeover." I accidentally said out loud

I went inside my classroom and my friends or at least people I can talk to were not there yet, so I went down to the lobby.

A little while later my friends finally arrived.

"Hey gu-..."

I was shocked...astonished...FUCKING BLINDED

According to the guys in my classroom they said my friends are the most attractive in the class especially Erica. To which I responded 'yeah right' but today...today they were right absolutely right and no I didn't think they said I was part of the 'attractive people' which made me internay sob

Anyhoo, you know that cliché movie scene when there is a person walking inside and that person was shining/glowing or GODLY BACKGROUND LIGHTING??? Now imagine that with 4 people jeez 4 FUCKING PEOPLE.

They all looked good, but what really caught my eye was Erica. She was wearing a light blue dress with frills, it was probably sleeveless because she was also wearing a white cardigan. And her black hair was tied up. She looked really beatiful.

"-ey hey EARTH TO KATE" Hinata said

I was startled "oh yes hi"

"Why do you look like shit?" Alex asked while laughing

"Why the fuck do you guys look cliché"

*cue that ohhhhh sound effect*

After a few minutes of teasing we went to our classroom and the school day began

*lunch time*

Our school's cafeteria has indoor and outdoor tables. We usually picked the outdoor one because of the breeze. When we went outside there were speakers and microphones. I asked Erica what those were for and she said that every Friday you can perform anything in the 'stage area' or where the microphones and speakers were.

"Perform what exactly?" Hinata asked her

"singing and some people with instruments can play, that stuff"

"Hey guys do you wanna go to Los later?" Yui asked "since it's a Fri-" her words were interrupted when someone used the mic.

"Hello everybody I hope you're having a good day today. We have microphones here so you guys can perform anything and you can also request songs to be played just tell it to this guy over here" Sean announced

As soon as Sean said that we can request songs my eyes lit up

"Anyways since I know some of you are shy I will sing first"

The girls who had a crush on him were cheering and fangirling

When a song that I didn't recognize played I noticed that he was looking at our table but then the song stopped.

"Hahaha I'm joking guys you know I can't sing. So here's my brother who can sing"

"Ethan?!" Alex and I were laughing so hard

Since Sean's family have really good genes, a lot were fangirling too. It was only a second I immediately recognized the song it was "Treat you better by Shawn Mendes".

When he finally sang the girls and some of the boys *smirks* were cheering. He really had a nice voice.

Oh shit he is definitely looking at our table. DEFINITELY LOOKING AT YUI

We were all teasing Yui except for Hinata.

"You know he can treat you better Yui" Erica teased

Alex and I were crying because of laughter

"You guys do know that I promised myself to put my studies first" Yui said

"But he...he...sang for you." I fake sobbed

"You don't know that" Yui blushed

"The song's outdated" Hinata finally spoke

"Still a good song though" I responded "oh shit I forgot that I needed to take pictures of this day"

"What for?" Erica asked

"The photography club is in charge of taking pictures for the school's paper"

After I took pictures of the students in their casual clothing, I also took pictures of their cringey performances. When I was finally done I went to our table again.

"Oh yeah as I was saying a while ago, we should go to Los later" Yui suggested

"I can't go, because I need to take care of my little brother. I have no money too" Alex said

"You have no money because you spend it on too many mangas and figurines" I said to Alex

She scoffed "no I don't"

"What time?" Erica asked

"After the clubs"

"But I still need to go do my student council stuff"

"What time will you finish?"

"Around 5 I guess"

"Let's just meet at 5:20, Hinata and I will go there first. You and Kate can go there together"

"sure why not" I shrugged

"Great it's plan then" Yui said excitedly

After I went to the club and submitted the photos, I then proceeded to the rooftoop. As I was watering the garden I was wearing my earphones. The song death of a bachelor played.

"Damn I love this song"

I thought the door was lock so why not sing my heart out.

I turned the volume up so I couldn't hear any background noises.

"How do I live...the death of a bachelor....happily ever after..."

I'm killing the high notes today

"Letting the water fall...how could I ask for more...The Dea- HOLY FUCK"

When I turned around she was there, Erica was there. I accidentally pointed the hose at her.
