5 {First Target for sweet sweet Revenge}

The following day dan woke up early in the morning, ate breakfast and headed to train at the gym for two hours, which resulted in a sore body that could barely move an inch, but thanks to his newfound willpower born from the new memories he was able to make it back to his apartment and take a cold freezing shower after which he went to sleep for the rest of the day, in preparation to visit one of his revenge targets.

But before that he had a difficult call with his boss because he called to quit his cashier job without giving any notice.

Afterwards he went to sleep like a baby thanks to his exhausted body.

Waking up at around five in the evening Dan goes out to rent an off road jeep wrangler, he needed a car that could carry a lot of baggage, but most important, one that could be driven inside the forest next to the city.

'Looks like a good jeep, if i'm not mistaken, this is the model Catalina wished to purchase'

Signing for the lease, Dan drives to his mothers place , where he left the equipment and tools he had ordered online the day before, and thanks to the one day delivery option , he managed to get everything that he would need for the following days.

`That looks good'

Thought Dan to himself after storing all the equipment in his rented jeep.

'Now, where is that scum that needs his life ruined at the expense of making mine better?

I really wish that I had the power to kill every rapist and scum living right now, but too bad.'

'if this guy didn't make me watch while he did those unforgivable things...ugh '

Just the thought of scup like Criss, mad his body shiver,

For dan, rape or even the talking of rape was taboo, he never understood why but ever since he can remember, he would tremble with boundles rage that seemed to slowly seep out of a bottomless abys whenever this subject was brought and he always imagined himself torturing and killing whoever he witnessed doing such despicable and life destroing actions

Taking a few deep breaths to calm himself down, Dan tries to avoid such thoughts only keeping in mind that his target is criss that used to deal with drugs in the area near the school he used to go to , that wasn't too far from his home, like mabey about 15 minutes by car.

Since he had a destination in mind he drove directly there, in the meantime , on his drive to the old school he attended, Dan kept thinking of possible ways to get information on this criss guy.

The only thing he knows for sure is that this drug dealer used to sell around the school area next to the street filled with bars, restaurants, stores and the church at the end of the road.

'I guess ill just park the jeep two streets away and go for a walk, since the other clue i have is his face. And how could i forget the face of the first human that i killed in cold blood and out of rage, how can scum like him even think of doing such things and destroy someone's future, i can't even imagine how traumatizing it is to get raped, ugh just saying the word makes my blood boil.'

'Ohh, don't worry criss, for scumm like you , i enjoy ruining your lives the best'

Arriving at a bar that was close to a few sketchy alley ways, dan gets himself a pint of beer while he sits outside and observes the busy people going up and down the road , either entering a shop to get some clothes, toys or electrical equipment or going for some food at a restaurant or a couple of drinks at a bar.

Lucky for dan he only spent ten minutes at the bar, before witnessing one of the faces he would never forget

Down the road next to an alley between two residential buildings, Dan witnesis criss going in all by himself.

Getting up from his seat Dan proceeds to follow him , as discreetly as possible, and thanks to his newfound memories, it is quite easy for him to not get noticed. If a professional spie witnessed him blending so well with his surroundings , they might hire him, even though there were some sluggish moments.

Approaching the alley as quickly as possible without getting attention on him , dan walks by while looking inside for a few seconds.

Inside the alley, criss is currently opening a door on the left side in the middle next to some trash cans.

Seeing that, Dan redirects his steps and walks in the alley as well, right after criss steps inside the building through the grey door.

Arriving next to the grey door , Dan takes out two mini remote drones that have enough mini cameras that cover all sides.

He sticks one under the trash can next to the door and he turns around to look for a spot on the wall in front of the door that criss just walked in from.

Thanks to the trash that is squeezed in between the water pipes or electrical cables Dan is able to find a perfect spot to hide the mini remote drone where it can show a perfect view of the alley from both sides and the grey door.

Afterwards Dan exits the alley from the opposite side that he entered from and crosses the street to enter a restaurant where he orders himself a good meal .

While waiting for his food , Dan opens his phone and enters the viewpoint of the cameras.

Forty Five minutes later while Dan is in the middle of his banoffee cake desert, he sees through the mini remote drone's camera that criss has finally exited from the grey door and exited the alley from the same entrance he entered.

'Finally , it took you long enough.'

Getting up without finishing his dessert,leaving some cash on the table while signaling the waiter and exiting the restaurant Dan walks towards the church, since all the roads converge there and because criss took a left which would lead directly to the church as well.

Dan made sure to walk fast

When he arrives at the church he goes near the stairs where a lot of tenager hang ouat. Sits on a bench that faces the road that criss is currently on.

While sitting in peace and directing his vision to find criss he witnesis him coming out of a bar and walking to a restaurant and than again coming out after a few minutes only to end up going back up the street to do the same and than coming back down towards the church and entering some other locales

Criss onlys spent a few minutes in each locale, five minutes tops,

Exiting the shop that is on the corner of the left side of the street , criss turns with the corner and continues to walk straight.

Dan observing all this , gets up after criss walks for about 10 meters, and he walks on the opposite side where the cars are parked and uses them as cover while he stalks/spies his target from ten meters away behind him.

This time there are no changes in the cris's route and he continues to walk forward for about 10 minutes before he starts turning left.

Dan, afraid of losing him and thanks to the fact that criss is so calm as if he has nothing to worry about which is weird for a dealer, gets closer to him only 5 meters away still on the other side of the road.

Arriving close to the next intersection, criss turns to cross the road and walks on the side that dan is on.

Noticing the next action that criss takes, dan has no option but to walk slowly forward and not attract any attention to himself, and thankfully, with the same calm attitude cris had all this time he doesn't even look in dans direction and he continues to walk forward for one more meter before he turns with the pavement.

Dan , rushing to the corner, waits and listens for criss to get far so he can follow and not get noticed.

But instead of hearing footsteps sounds getting lower, he hears the click of a door being open.

'If my guess is right, this scumbag just entered an apartment, hmmm….. Lets see'

Peeking from the corner, Dan witnesis a leg entering the doorway.

Not wanting to lose track of his target, Dan swiftly moves towards the door and manages to hold it open right before it is closed.

Thanks to his sharp ears he can hear someone walking up the stairs.

Giving it a few more seconds, Dan gently opens the door and closes it without a sound.

Slowly sneaking on the side not to be seen if someone is looking down the stairs, he continues to slowly and silently walk behind the other noise walking sound, till the top floor, where he takes a sneak from the stairway to make sure that he has the correct target.

Seeing the familiar backpack, shorts and tshirt with the short blond hair, Dan is sure that he got his target.

After criss enters the apartment Dan goes close to the door and tries to listen in on him, to acquire more clues for himself.

He hears the following sounds and take a guess to what they are

First it's the sound a fridge door makes when opening it , afterwards comes the sound of a can being opened followed by the closing of the fridge.

Following that is the sound that a couch makes when sitting on it and then there is the final sound that covers all other quiet sounds, the TV.

Not being able to hear anything else besides the voices and sound effects from tv, Dan waits five more minutes only to sniff the smell of weed.

'Looks like he is smoking a joint, is he that carefree, not caring if someone smelled this here and reported him to the police?'

'Well that carelessness will get him killed, and I am thankful for it, or else this might have been a more difficult operation.'
