My name is Albert Neslete. I am the Head (not really) of the Neslete family-

Currently, I am in a cafe with Diana, Shera, David, Magnus, and Adger Kichiro, keeping workers of the cafe on the gun-point.

"IQBAL! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! Who are these guys! " A worker of cafe says- Currently Diana is the one who is keeping him at that place with a gun, on his forehead.

Magnus is holding his gun on another worker of the cafe-

that worker keeping his mouth shut though.

"Who are you, Kid? " Iqbal- He is on knees in front of Adger. Though Adger doesn't have a gun on his hand, Iqbal wouldn't dare to do anything stupid as fighting back, not in his current situation. After all, All of his friends can die with a single push of a finger. Guns are scary.

Adger takes a crouching stance while facing Iqbal "Oh, I never told you my name, Did I? "

".....Your name? "

From the looks of it, Iqbal and Adger have met before. Adger looks like a middle-schooler so, I doubt, Iqbal thought much of him. This is why you shouldn't judge people based on their height-so, the drama seems to suppose to make me believe. I guess I'll play along for now and see, where this goes.

"Shorty...Why exactly are you doing this? " Aha--I am such hypocrite, I shouldn't be mocking Adger But you know, I don't care. He is short. Not my fault. He should've drunk milk more.

"Albert..." Shorty, Adger, He directs his attention at me and smiles for some reason "It's been a long time since I last saw you. I didn't want our first meeting like this but you know, this is kinda important. So, just wait until I finish this."

Adger Kichiro, For some reason, He acting as we have met before but I don't recall ever meeting this person. Well, I guess, I can wait for a little while. "I understand. Just don't make me wait long, Shorty. "

Whenever I call Adger 'shorty' I sense hostility from David, Shera, and Magnus--It makes me want to call Adger shorty more.

Adger looks back at Iqbal and says " As you can see, we don't have much time so I'll keep it short. Tell me, What happened to Fenti, The girl who works here. "

AHa.. this about a girl? Adger is that kind of person----Looking at his height, I doubt any girls treated him better than a child.

"Huh? " (Iqbal)

"Boss, Are you at that again!? " Shera engages her angry mode. Love rivals?

"Shera, Shut the fuck up. It's not like that. " So, Adger's response was.

"....." (Iqbal)

"...*Sigh*.." David sigh as this matter seems trivial to him.

"....." (Magnus) He is not the kind of person who speaks much, that what it looks like to me.

Shera pout after hearing such harsh response from Adger but-- I doubt, the words from Adger inflicted much damage to her. She must be used to this kind of treatment.

"Master, is this--Some sort of drama? " Diana asked me.

"well, there is not much we can do. By the way, why are you also helping them? "

"I am not helping them. I have my weapon out just in case if something were to happen. After all, in this kind of situation; No one can tell who's on who's side. "

Diana is smart.

After that we started to observe Adger; There was not much going on there though.

"Oi- Why won't tell me? Do I look like a bad guy to you? " So Adger says, while his companions are holding Iqbal's co-worker at their gun points.

"...." Iqbal keeps silence. He is not gonna trust someone who kept his co-worker at gun points and I cannot blame him. Adger doesn't seem a friendly person at all. Adger's words and actions aren't convincing.

"Hey! Shorty--If you are trying to help... I am gonna tell you everything!" An unexpected voice rose from the background--

"Fenti was kidnapped....?" and it was suppressed by a loud 'bang'

"Riezail!!!? " Iqbal shouts as he finally struggles to get away from Adger, to run towards his falling co-worker.

"WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT! " The other person who was being held at the gunpoint also shouts.

I was startled to see it happening- honestly, to me--All of this was fake. I thought this is something David must have arranged behind my back to scare me or something like that but when Adger shot that person. All of my doubts cleared and everything became crystal clear. This is a reality--None of this was pre-arranged. It was happening.

"You dare call me shorty? uh? Mother-fucker!" Adger said in a rage--

Is that why he shot him!? I called him that though...why'd he snap now?

In any case, if this is not some drama to scare me; I cannot simply stand by.

"Adger, Put your gun down "

I pulled the gun out, too. This was the second time when I held the gun straight in my hand; The gun which my mother handed to me.

When Diana sees me pulling my gun out, She changed her aim from the Iqbal's co-worker to David and Shera while she takes another gun out--Holding both guns in both hands.

"Shera and David--Don't you dare move. You guys are dead If I see you turning your guns towards me or My Master... "

Magnus had left the cafe when he saw Adger shooting---There was only us left now.

Shera and David didn't move after listening to Diana's words as they already know, she isn't kind of girl who jokes around and they have only one life.

Adger stares at me for a moment and says "Have you still not realized?"

"...."

Then he continues to say "Those words he spoke to you were meaningless! He just said that to only make you agree to come here. Are you that dumb? Albert! "

He is referring to David? David didn't ask me to come here, It was me. What is this Adger going on about?

"I said--Put your gun down"

"the guy in high school uniform? The person whom you met before coming here? You know him, right? He was stupid looking... "

.....What? "The hell are you saying, shorty? Just put your gun down. "

There were plenty of guys I met before coming here--If he's talking about David--why go such a roundabout way?

"Arghhh.....Okay! I get it! I am gonna put my gun down. You guys, Put your guns down too. " Adger said.

Shera and David did exactly what Adger instructed them to do. To be honest, I don't precisely know how to use a gun so, I would've been in trouble if he didn't put his gun down along with Shera and David.

After that, I asked them to gather in a single place and took their weapons so, Diana could keep an eye on them; I also called Magnus back, who was standing outside, and threw him together with his friends.

"This is a mess... " I mumbled after gathering all four of them together.

but it was too easy, I mean, these guys don't look like who would listen to anyone's words but they did what I asked them without asking any questions.

The guy who was shot, I checked his condition and the bullet only hit his femur in his thigh so, he should be fine as long he gets treated quickly; I asked Iqbal to call an ambulance since Diana was busy looking after bad guys.

While Iqbal was calling an ambulance, his other co-worker, Ruffle, was looking after the guy who was shot, Reizail-- After calling the ambulance, Iqbal to came to me and asked "Should I call the police? " And I didn't understand why would he come to me and ask me this? It should've been obvious to him, what to do if someone shot your friend.

Nonetheless, I am thankful that he asked me before calling the police "No, you don't need to." I answered. I could handle this kind of situation if I were in my previous world but this world is different, so, I have no choice but to rely on Diana and I doubt, she wants police to be involved. In the end, This matter involves families.

Iqbal then looks towards those four bad guys, and he asks "Anyway, who's this crazy kid? Sure I was also involved in crimes in the life I left behind but I never have seen someone so impatient. " Iqbal said.

Wait, what? Involved in crime?

"You are Albert, right? Which family do you belong to? " Iqbal asked me.

Is this guy....serious? Is that why he asked me before if he should call the police? Since he knows about families and stuff?

Damn, This guy is also a member of a family.... or at least used to be. If he knows about families than there shouldn't be any problem if I tell him who I am, and also, who is Adger.

"My name is Albert Neslete. And the guy, who shot your friend is Adger Kichiro, Head of Kichiro fam..."

Iqbal's face suddenly becomes pale " Hey, are you okay?" I asked

"Oh-uh, yea...So, Albert Neslete, Are you the heir of the Neslete family?" He asked

"? Yea " Well, I don't have any siblings so, I suppose, I am the heir of my family and father was also saying, I am gonna be head of the family.

"And...that guy, who looks like a kid, is Head of the Kichiro family? Adger Kichiro? "

"Yea, He is...Why are you suddenly asking these questions? Haven't you already met Adger before?" After hearing those words Iqbal started to act a little strange, and suddenly, He lost his balance and almost fell on the ground.

"Hi! Are you--" As I was about to ask, if he okay or not, He suddenly kneeled before me and started shouting- "I'm SORRY! FOR MY RUDE BEHAVIOUR UNTIL NOW! Please...forgive me!" Iqbal said while in position as he put his forehead to the floor while kneeling, alongside both hands straight--He wasn't even looking up as he said those words

"What...are you doing? "

I wonder, why I didn't realize it before? I should've known since I was greeted by other people in the school while the fear of their life was apparent in their eyes.

"For a commoner like me to have not greeted the heir of Neslete family not properly, and with improper manner. It was a grave blunder on my part"

Right now, I was sensing the same fear from Iqbal's words.

And I don't know how should I respond----"Hey, Diana! " So, I'll let Diana handle it and ask some questions to Adger.

Adger, David, Magnus, and Shera were tied to a bench and by the looks of their expression; they don't look happy with the treatment they are getting.

When Adger saw me approaching them, He immediately shouts"Dude! Could you untie me? The rope started to hurt. " Adger is rather blunt, He is also acting way too friendly with me.

"I don't mind untying you but would you behave if I do that? And like, not shot me the moment I untie you? " this was my first worry but not the least, There are a lot of things to worry about in this situation; First of all, the person I held at the gunpoint is a Head of the family, similar to a king, and as vessels of king wouldn't simply stay quiet when their king is threatened---This is quite worrisome, David, Shera, and Magnu might do something stupid.

"like I can do that! I don't even have a gun! " Adger said- I did take all of their weapons but they might be hiding something else; Although I didn't want to take any chance, however...

The hell with it... "I am gonna untie you, so, don't you dare go berserk the moment you are free"

I also freed others. All of three them, except for Adger, were silence as if someone duct-taped their mouths "David, Aren't you gonna say something like you betrayed my trust? " I wouldn't be surprised if he had said that but to think, he doesn't want to speak even a single word makes me nervous for some reason.

"Don't worry, Albert- You did nothing wrong. I did warn David and others that if you were to do something than just stay put and keep their mouth shut, and they did exactly that " Adger said--

Did Adger expect me to act as I did? If he had planned that far; He is far cunning than David.

"It is just as the boss said. He told us to stay silent if you were do something. It amazes me he could predict your action like that--Even I have a hard time comprehending what's goes into your mind--I mean, who would pull a gun out, and aim it toward head of a family, in this kind of trivial matter " David finally let a few- no, maybe more than I expected, words out of his mouth.

"Your servant ruined my hairstyle, How are you gonna compensate for it? " So, Shera said.

"......Stupid " And, the guy who had yet to speak a single word, finally, said something.... stupid.

In any case, it amazes me how these guys don't look mad at all! Even though I did something like that, and even if Adger expected me to do something like this; Their behavior is bizarre. Not that I mind.

"First of all, Adger, tell me something. Why would you shot Reizail just cause he called you shorty? " It was already strange for him to come to a cafe and suddenly punch the guy he initial met---He even went as far as to shot one of a worker.

"uh? What are you even asking...? " Shera said " Of course, leader shot him. After all, He dares to call the leader something like shorty "

"Albert, It would be strange if the boss had not shot that guy Reizail," David said

"What...? If that is the case, Then why did he not say anything to me? I also called him shorty" I even went as far as to make fun of his height.

When I said those words, no one spoke a single word--it was like as if even they didn't know how to answer.

" Was it because I am the heir of the Neslete family? " I asked them but no answer. So, I doubt that is the case.

"Hey...You know, I am right here. You can always ask me if you run out of your guesses. " Adger said.

"Oh, you are here. Yea.".....He is so short that he barely made in my field view. I think, when he said he's 5.5 feet, He was lying. To me, He is 5 feet tall or maybe even less.

"So, Before I answer your question. There is something you need to listen to first" Adger said then he looks towards his friends and says "David, take Shera and Magnus with you and see if there problem with police or something. People must have heard gunshots when I shot that guy. "

"There no need to worry. I have already hand....." As Magnus was replying to Adger, David suddenly interrupted him and said "Magnus. You don't need to say anything. And Yes, I understand. I will take care of it. "

I am pretty sure Magnus was saying he took care of it already.

Well, it seems Adger wants to talk about this privately and David understood Adger's intentions.

And I also made sure to explain it to Diana "Diana! Don't worry about these guys now. I freed them. " Now, she wouldn't freak out and shoot any of them--Seems like Iqbal also finally calmed down.

"So, Adger, What it is? "

When I asked that All it took one sentence from Adger to throw me off guard " How was your previous world compared to this one?" And Before He even finishes, I knew, his words gonna change everything for me.
