“That person, reaper, he is the one who killed Carly’s mother.”

Horrell tells Izumi and Elena about Reaper but Izumi and Elena both were confused so Izumi questions Horrell, “How did you know that, Horrell?”

Horrell answers Izumi’s question, “I wasn’t supposed to hear it but when I was staying at Miss Carly’s place, I heard it. My brother and she were having a discussion. It was about some traitor who had betrayed their captain.” Horrell eavesdropped on that conversation between Carly and Salvian, “I had heard that this captain was killed by one of her own trusted companions and that companion was none other than the one who claims to be Reaper.” Horrell explains how she knew about the whole situation.

“I see. So, is Miss Carly going to be fine? I mean, if what you said is true then wouldn’t Miss Carly be fighting with emotions rather than the brain?” Izumi asks.

“I believe Miss Carly will be fine. She isn’t someone who can be defeated that easil-“

Elena’s words were interrupted by Carly who flew past her and Izumi and crashed right behind them.

*Smash*

Carly seems to be quite damaged and is bleeding blood from her mouth. She gets back up, wipes off the blood that is leaking from her mouth, and clenches her fist ready to fight against Reaper again.

“Are you okay, Miss Carly?!” Horrell quickly questions Carly. “I am fine. Just be sure to take care of the civilians. That Reaper is one helluva strong guy.” Carly saw right towards Reaper with anger rightly indicated towards him.

“Miss Carly, let us help you.” Izumi says to Carly. Carly walks ahead and says, “Don’t, you will just get in my way if you try to fight him.” Carly says to Izumi and jumped right towards Reaper ready to punch him. It seems that he was unscathed even from the earlier attacks that Carly gave him.

Looking at the situation, Izumi felt quite disappointed. After all, she was expecting to be of some use but instead, she is of no use through what Carly said.

ON THE OTHER SIDE

“Fucking hell, do we really have to fight your own sister?” Luke asks Kaileen. “I hope we don’t have to do this.” Kaileen says to Luke then looks at Flesty, “We are sisters, Flesty. We really don’t have to do this.” Kaileen says to Flesty.

“Are you serious? We are sisters. That is the very reason that we need to do this.” Flesty had a smirk on her face as she spoke. “What do you mean?” Kaileen asks Flesty. “You know what I mean. You were supposed to be dead but you are still alive, I was supposed to take the glory, the throne along with Tarand but because you are still alive that’s not possible. It’s all because of that you, that Dan and his stupid class. Thanks to you, I fucking lost my chance at glory. Now, I am a criminal? Are you fucking with me?!” Flesty clenched her fist and was ready to release a spell.

It seemed for a second that Kaileen had gone dark with no words, “Hey Kaileen, are you okay?” Luke asks Kaileen. He was quite concerned about the situation. “Princess Kaileen?” Valerie also was quite concerned about the whole situation.

Flesty’s fist begun to sparkle in dark colors, “From the Tree of Ares: Fist of Darkness!” She launched the fist from a long distance which directly led to Princess Kaileen.

“Shit!” “Princess Kaileen!” Both Luke and Valerie stood in front of Kaileen. Valerie unsheathed her sword and held it straight towards the fist coming towards her. “What are you planning?!” Luke was quite confused by Valerie’s action. The sword started to glow gold, “From The Tree of The Great King Arthur: EXCALIBUR!” The sword grew in size and it cut the fist in half.

Due to the amount of mana that was exerted, Valerie was quite exhausted but no one sensed her mana because there were four people whose mana was way past her mana.

“Woah...She is strong...” Luke was surprised by Valerie’s sheer power. But then Luke thought, “Wait, wasn’t Valerie learning from the Tree of Guan-Yu?” Luke looked pretty confused by what Valerie did.
