I have to make it to Verdania Forest and quickly. I only have 45 minutes until the execution takes place. I have to use flight magic.

I quickly use flight magic and fly quickly towards Verdania Forest.

Both Izumi and Elena seem to have arrived but they seem to be deader than dead corpses.

“What happened to them...?”

Everyone looks to be confused as both Izumi and Elena sleep on each other’s shoulder as soon as they reach the execution ground.

“I think we should get them home.”

Luke says.

“I agree.”

Jack says.

“I will let my brother know about the situation with the two then.”

Horrell says.

I reach Verdania Forest, only 30 more minutes. If what Sven and Luke investigated was correct then I have to reach the edge of the forest.

I quickly start running and making my way towards the edge of the forest. I already have the map of the forest thanks to Carly who has been here to train a lot of times. I didn’t know about that till yesterday when she came and told me that Verdania Forest is her training spot.

“Where do you think you are going?!”

Suddenly, a wire trips me off and I fall down but I handle my fall and tumble in front of me.

I gain back control and look behind me.

My eyes widen. Currently, I am looking at Valerie and an old man standing right next to her. Valerie also had a sword that was sheathed on the right side of her hip.

“What the heck?! Valerie?! What are you doing here?!”

“I am here for revenge.”

Those were the eyes of someone who is thirsty for blood. I could see it here. She said that she is here for revenge...I see, so I couldn’t keep it hidden for too long.

“I see, so you here to kill me because I killed Umba. Isn’t that right Valerie Isla, the daughter of Umba Isla?”

I say with a sad smile as I get back on my feet.

“That is correct!”

I guess...This is quite a situation I am in.
