The four onmyoji trainees have gone off to fight a Raiju, one of the legendary beasts that accompany the god of thunder Raijin, Tamika has shut down Gabriel on his request and now he feels furious, he and Mak are the only ones left at the shrine.

A couple of minutes of silence later Gabriel had enough time to process everything that happened and yelled...

Gabriel-I don't fucking understand! What is her deal?

Mak-She said that there are many other parties that deal with these kinds of situations.

Gabriel-Really? Maybe they already took care of Koma then!

Mak-There is no need to be sarcastic, I am on your side.

effect to the Raiju that seemed to be getting angrier every second...

Asano-I don't think it has any effect Tamika-chan.

Tamika-I know, I just hope that we can weaken it enough for reinforcements to arrive.

Asano-What's up with that?

Matsuo-We are on our known for the next two hours.

Asano-Two hours? We have been fighting for 10 minutes and I am almost out of energy, how about you Tamika?

Tamika-I am fine. (Asano is almost out of play, Matsuo won't be able to help apart from communication, I don't know for how long I can harness the chaos energy, I just hope that Kato has enough stamina to last until then, please Kato, hold on, if you slip even for a second we are dead)

Asano-Why is there a Raiju rampaging here anyway?

Tamika-I don't know, something must have happened for a Raiju to not be close to his master.

Asano-You don't think that it has anything to do with what Mak said?

Tamika-The Raiju have nothing to do with Yama and the Shinigami.

Asano-But maybe this one has abandoned it's master to?

Tamika-We can't ask it, just keep shooting.

The fight continued for a couple more minutes, Kato who was holding the Raiju in place with continuous attacks and dodges was getting slower as his stamina was depleting, Asano's attacks were also getting weaker from the lack of energy, he

was forced to distribute the last of his energy to multiple attacks to keep hitting it, much like an MMO game he was almost out of mana and Kato was tanking it, Tamika was also at the point of losing her chaos energy, the inevitable happened...

Kato-(No, I am not fast enough).

Kato was too tired and this time his movement wasn't fast enough to dodge the Raiju's attack, he got bit in the arm and the Raiju was flinging him by the arm all over the place...

Tamika-KATO!!!

Asano-You fucking monster!

Asano focused his remaining energy to pour it in one attack...

Tamika-No, if you this now, you will hit him as well.

Asano-What should we do?

Tamika-I... don't know...

Asano-Matsuo! Talk damn it!

Kato was dragged around by the Raiju until his arm ripped off, blood was coming out of the wound very rapidly and Kato lost his senses, as soon as the Raiju noticed that Kato was down senseless it unleashed a lightning strike from the sky aimed at Matsuo, the shock instantly killed him, Asano and Tamika stood there frozen at the burned corpse that was Matsuo, before they could even react the Raiju had closed the distance and lashed at Asano with it's claw, Asano pulled his arm to block and the claws of the beast lacerated at his flesh, he fell to the ground unable to move, the Raiju now was looking at Tamika, the furious look that it gave her was enough to paralyze her completely, that was the look of a fierce beast looking at it's next target, death was inevitable, Tamika closed her eyes and waited for what seemed an hour, she felt like she had enough time to recall every moment of her and her friends, the Raiju leap to bite.

Tamika-I am sorry all, I have brought you to a battlefield with this thing.

As the Raiju leaped to bite Tamika, Gabriel showed up, he appeared from behind her and grabbed the upper jaw of the Raiju, with one hit he sent it flying away...

Tamika-What? Gabriel?

Gabriel-Come here little kitty, let's see how you can handle me?

Gabriel then dashed towards the Raiju and hit it at the legs, each of his blows broke the legs of the Raiju, with each strike it cried to the sky, lightning strikes came down to hit Gabriel but he dodged all of them with ease...

Tamika-(How is that possible?)

Asano finally stood up to witness Gabriel dodging the lightning that the Raiju was unleashing, it's limbs were broken and it was now just lying on the floor crying in pain face to face with Gabriel who as soon as the lighting stopped begun to slowly

walk towards it. Gabriel shaked his head and watched the now helpless Raiju on the floor...

Asano-He is beating it...

Tamika-No, he is toying with it.

Gabriel-Enough is enough, it's time to end this little kitty.

Gabriel pulled his punch and unleashed a devastating punch right on the Raiju's head completely shattering it's skull and killing it, Gabriel went to check Kato who was lying on the ground senseless and found out that he was actually dead from

the loss of blood, he then walked towards Tamika and Asano who were the only people left standing...

Gabriel-I see, Matsuo got hit by the lighting and Kato lost too much blood.

Tamika-Why?

Gabriel-Huh?

Tamika-Why did you come here after I declined to assist you?

Gabriel-People like you make me sick, you can't even comprehend the act of helping others, that's why I am not going to ask again.

Tamika-What?

He punched at the same rock and this time the electricity left his hands and went to the rock.

Gabriel-I guess electricity works like that, a buff for my punches, cool.

Asano-What...agh...do you think... you are doing?

Gabriel-I took what I came for, patch yourself up, you might be able to live if you stop the bleeding in your arm.

Tamika was motionless, apparently, Gabriel messing inside her mind left her a bit shocked. Gabriel walked away leaving behind Tamika and Asano who passed out, he didn't even look back at them while he was walking.

He went back to the shrine to meet with Mak...

Gabriel-Well...I went to take care of the Raiju, apparently, Kato and Matsuo are dead and I now can use chaos energy along with thunder.

Mak-Two of them died? Did the Raiju kill them?

Gabriel-Yes.

Mak-Hard to believe they taught you their skills after something like that.

Gabriel-Because they didn't.

Mak had to take some time to comprehend what Gabriel just told him so he walked a couple of meters away and took the phone to book the tickets for the way back, Gabriel sat down on a rock and lit a cigarette, now they only have to wait for the

flight to get back home, thanks to Gabriel's irresponsible actions they now have a way to deal with Koma who is bound in place back at the forest nearby their town...
