《A king's reincarnation》Chapter 10: 6 Immortal blades

"SLEEP" I uttered in a deep voice
When the guards recieved my orders, all of them fell unconscious in an instant and dropped to the ground. And with that, I managed to enter PEACEFULLY.
The moment I entered through the large gate, I was met with a bustling town. There were stalls, houses made of wood and rocks. Almost everything that you would expect from a Kingdom in a fantasy story is here.
At the center of all these towns lies a huge castle. That must be where the Royal family of Hillian lives. I must say, it has its own similarities with the Medieval castles back on earth.
I could see that many people are staring at me while I'm walking. Maybe it's because of my attire that looks odd to them?
"Hmm? from which country did this young man come from?"
"I've never seen those kinds of attire before."
"My, don't you think he looks so handsome?"
"If I get a boyfriend that looks like that, I might faint frok delight."
Or maybe not entirely, I thought to myself.
Looks like they don't recognize me as someone from another world. Everywhere I go, these kind of people always mutters about me. I mean, I can't really blame them since I indeed look strange. But it's common manners not to talk about a person especially if they're right in front of you.
After a few more minutes of walking around, I arrived at a place with less people, in the middle of it, there was a water fountain with a Griffin statue in the center.
I sat down at one of the benches and admired the scenery of houses and surroundings that looks new to me. Every building has its own unique designs and architecture. From the street lamps, to inns, restaurants, and even a shop. It really gives you the vibe of a kingdom from a fantasy story.
As I sat down and took in some fresh air, I smelled a familiar scent. I looked over to the source of the scent and I found a food stall that seems to be cooking street barbeques. The last time I ate one was when I was going undercover as a doctor in a country in SouthEast Asia.
I stood up to try some, only to realize that I'm just a broke person without a single penny on him in this world. I looked around and saw a clothing store. Suddenly getting an idea, I walked towards it and entered inside.

I asked the shopkeeper inside something.
"Excuse me, how does the currencies work in this place?" I asked the man in the counter who was sewing something.
"You're already this old and you still have no idea how currency works?" He asked me in a baffled tone of voice.
"Haha, I wasn't really taught something like this. You see, it's my first time getting out of my home and communicating with people other than my parents, so I would appreciate it if you could help me out." I asked him.
"Alright then, listen up, we use 4 types of coins here. Bronze, silver, gold, and lastly, platinum. 100 Bronze coins is equivalent to 1 silver coin, 100 silver is equivalent to 1 gold, and 100 gold is equivalent to a platinum coin. Do you understand it now?"
"Ah yes, thank you mister, that really helped a lot." I replied to him as I gave him my thanks.
"Don't mention it..wait- where did you get these clothes that you're wearing?" He inquired me about my attire as he stared at it.
"Oh, I had someone make it for me. Actually, I have an attire here that I want to sell for you. Please wait a sec." I told him as I took out the waiter's uniform that I used for undercover from the subspace.
"Here, can you please check how much is this?" I asked him as I handed the clothes to the man.
"T-This, what a magnificent set of clothes this is! These sewing patterns and technique, the texture of this fabric and everything else. This is superb!" He exclaimed as he inspected the clothes.
I kinda feel bad for the guy since I only bought it for 700 yen and he recognizes it as a masterpiece. Maybe that's just how big the gap of technology between Earth and Greis is.
"5 Golds! I'll buy this attire for 5 golds!" He said to me with an excited look on his face.
"Deal."
And with that, I went out of the shop with 5 easy golds. I went back to the barbeque stall and bought 3 of them, each one costing only 20 bronze coins.
I went back to the bench earlier and sat on it as I ate. As always, my appearance gathered a lot of attention again.
"Although this tastes good in its own way, I still like the ones from Earth better. Well, better have one than none." I muttered to myself.

After eating, I closed my eyes in order to take a little break. I also still have to find the people from Elune. I wonder if they can find me within these huge towns.
At that moment, I felt 5 people slowly approaching me. 4 of them are on the same level as a soldier on their first 3 weeks of training. While the other is at the level of an 8 years veteran soldier.
They slowly approached me until the strongest out of the five stopped 2 meters in front of me. It doesn't look like they're hostile to me, I guess these are the people who came to fetch me?
I slowly opened my eyes only to be met by an old man who seems to be at his late 50s. Behind him were 4 knights wearing a helmet, chainmail armor and a western long sword beside them.
At that moment the eyes of the civilians around fell unto us. Most of them were wondering what was going on here.
"What is happening?"
"Is that person a criminal? Are these knights here to arrest him?"
"I don't think so, look at that symbol on their armors, thats the symbol of Elune kingdom. And I heard some rumors that they will be here today to fetch the third son of the royal family of Elune."
"Eh!? S-So that handsome person is the second prince of Elune!?"
"W-Wow, why didn't I think of this possibility? A person as handsome and elegant as him is more than enough to be qualified as a prince."
"But his hair and eye color looks beautiful and odd. I wonder what happened."
All kinds of murmurings were heard in the area. No matter what world, humans are really attracted to gossips and rumors.
At that moment, the old man in front of me started speaking in a humble tone.
"Master, may I have the honor of hearing your name?" He asked me in a respectful manner.
"Lucas White." I replied to him with my full name.
"My name is Heize, I am a butler from the Elune kingdom and I serve the second princess directly. Then Lucas-sama, I have come to fetch you at the orders of the King and Queen of Elune. Please follow me to the carriage."
With that, he turned around and the 4 knights immediately guarded me from all sides. I stood up from the bench and started following the butler.
All eyes fell upon us as we walked down the streets. I'm used to this kind of situation, but right now, I look like an apprehended criminal.
Getting bored by the silence of the group, I tried to talk to the knight on my left.
"Hey you, how long have you been serving the kingdom?"
"H-huh?"
Looking as if he was shocked that I talked to him out of nowhere, he struggled to find the right words to answer.
"Just call me by my name if you like." I said to him.
"T-Then Lucas-sama, my answer to your question is...20 years, I've been a knight of Elune for 20 years already."
"hmm, then how about the three of you?" I inquired about the remaining 3.
"Y-Yes! the three of us has been serving for 23 years already, your highness!"
"𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑦'𝑣𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑒𝑛 𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡𝑤𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑦 𝑦𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑠 𝑎𝑙𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑦, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦'𝑟𝑒 𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑎𝑘?" I thought to myself.
"Then how about the sword, are the four of you good with it?"
"Our skills are only average, your highness. If you want to see real swordsmen, our kingdom has 6 of them."
"Heh? Now I want to meet them, If they really are what you guys make them to be. Then I think I would have a fun time battling with them. You see, I'm also a good swordsman myself" I said to them.
"E-Eh? Y-Your highness, those 6 are real monsters in terms of fighting. They were even given the title of '6 Immortal blades'. Even if your highness is good with the sword. Those 6 are on a completely different level." They replied to me in an anxious voice. I could see their doubt in me from their gazes.
It couldn't be helped, after all, they know me as the "Failed heir" which not only has no aptitude as a ruler. But also a body 3 times weaker than the average.
"Don't worry, I have my own ways." I assured them. But those 4 still couldn't help but be anxious for me.
After a few more minutes of walking, we have arrived in front of a royal carriage pulled by two white horses.
"Please enter inside, Lucas-sama." Said the butler as he opened the door and motioned for me to sit inside.
