Ever wonder how the air enters your body, expands your lungs, and you have renewed life? It's you. Despite whatever life throws at you, you keep your lungs expanding, you let the air travel through your body and give you life. That's all on you.

There are some people who think the winds of life are too strong, that letting air into their lungs is far too difficult. Unfortunately they decide that air is no longer worth it and they give in to whatever the world tells them, but guess what. You haven't.

You're still here, there's still air in your body and you are living. There are times you may want to give up, but before you continue that path, I want you to do something. Breathe.
