After giving the order to build two hunters hut and two lumber mills, Anton leaves his village. He knows unless he finds a new place gather resource an old wreck that his people salvaging ran out in one or two days. With his farms, mills, hunter hut, and now new lumber mill constantly running under the blessing of Ishmerai at least, he doesn't have to worry about food, wood, and leather for now.
With each day new people adding under his command, wood and food consumption for their house and necessity also be increased. Despite having a large abundance, Anton still afraid about running out resources when it's needed.
That is why when his village upgraded to the next level unlocking option to create a supply route between his village and mine, Anton immediately jumped into action to find a resource mine.
"My lord, do you know how scarce mana vein is ?"
While walking through the forest, Ishmerai asked Anton in front of her. Mana vein or dragon vein was not something that can be found by just moving aimlessly. From her past knowledge, Ishmerai knew there were only five mana veins in the entire continent, and each of them owned by very powerful empires. Even by a small chance, if her lord found mana vein without any owner, it was not something that beyond current power her lord process.
" That only thing from the past, don't you realized on the moment you summoned by me the wheel already began to turn."
Said Anton while killing another lost one in front of him with a single punch. As someone who plays a game just for fun, he doesn't have much knowledge about The Bastion's lore, but just from gameplay, he knew all kinds of veins and mines have begun to found around the entire game map. If the player not braindead, they would at least have two mines at a bare minimum.

'Maybe even though it turned into systems, the gods still trying to their best to support players.'
That was just Anton's speculation, but remembering locations players start it is something closer to that. As a player, they have begun their base at borders of the large continent were gods sealed the old gods. Player location is quite far away from other kingdoms because even after millennia humans, elves, beast people, plus other demi-humans still haven't finished recover from a previous war.
"Oh, so they can't even clam even they know it."
After hearing an explanation, Ishmerai understood there no need for her worry since other kingdoms can even take it even they wished since its expenses higher than the profit it will give. If they are a bit smart, then they can even create a trade route between his lord's village.
"Oh, that is where I come in."
"Yes, make it minimum, I don't wanna make enemies left and right, but if they go over bound then empty their entire wallets."
Eventually, Anton and Ishmerai reached their destination.
"Oh."
Ishmerai exclaimed as she observed a group of corrupted goblins led by two hobgoblins that have an appearance closer to humans, guarding over part of the ground that has a different color than the rest of the forest.
"Sadly, its not mana vein, that leaves its mine of iron or more precious metal."
"Ishmerai focus to protect yourself and when its needed cast some healing on me."
"Yes, my lord."
'Well, beggars aren't choosers.' With a thought, Anton rushed towards a group of goblins, and immediacy threw a punch. With crushing sound headless goblins body drops on the ground turning into light particle leaving behind a single mana stone.
"One."
Anton without any break on the moment he knew goblin is dead he pulled his left arm, he threw his right towards another one crushing its neck. It was a technique he learned from serving his counter skill. Seeing the second one turning into light hobgoblins and goblins finally responded but that was a little bit late as they noticed their body begun to get enveloped by eerie purple light.

"Horrify."
With a smirk, Ishmerai withdrew her arm after casting her spell on those groups surrounding her Lord.
Brilliance/Horrify(lv1) Brilliance: Using its holy power, Ishmerai blesses any living friendly unit enhancing their strength and helping them to restore their fatigue by 25% for 30sec. Horrify: Mixing death energy with its holy power, Ishmerai curses the enemy unit reducing their strength by 25% and siphoning their life force for 30sec cursed unit loses 10% of its constitution and added to Ishmerai's status."
"Seeing in real person it is even cruel."
Said Anton observed corrupted hobgoblin and goblins body suddenly aged like ten or twenty years suddenly added. While killing another two with a one-two punch, Anton noticed one of hobgoblin thrusting spear towards him with a scream while another one goblin swinging its rusted sword towards his back.
"Damn."
Knowing he can't respond to those attacks Anton immediately used counter. Even though with its short cooldown time counter can be used frequently Anton really doesn't want to be caught by surprise while his counter on cooldown.
Like last time his body took its stance preparing to receive the incoming attack. On moment tip of spear passed his left hand Anton immediately took a step forward while dodging spear thrust by a small margin followed by striking hobgoblin's abdomen with his elbow using its momentum.
*Huk!*
Ignoring hobgoblin dropping on the ground while holding its stomach, Anton immediately took stop to his right, and with little spin, he sends poor goblin on his back toward others with a powerful kick.
Gaining control of his body back, Anton quickly used his first skill, enhancing his attack by surrounding his first within the mana and finished hobgoblin on the ground. Then he immediately surrounded by goblins again.
'Damn, again in this situation!'
Clenching his teeth Anton continues to pummel his enemies while a small group of goblins with other hobgoblin went after Ishmerai who is standing beside a tree that few meters behind Anton without noticing he observing them with a smirk.
Anton knows the last thing player avoid at all cost when facing against saint bitch was sending a bunch of cannon fodders against her thinking its easy target due to her low constitution.

Dominion Expansion (a 4X LitRPG)
Clay is one of the world's top players of 4X games, a genre where the goal is to eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate. He's also one of the only players in the world to so stubbornly stick to the one city strategy, a favorite tactic of his that involves only ever using a single city or planet depending on the game's setting. All that matters to him is winning with his favorite strategy, but earning the respect of his fellow players for taking a sub-optimal strategy to its highest level has always been a nice bonus. And now it is because of his skill and entertaining determination that he has been chosen to represent a higher realm in a strategy game where the fate of Earth and dozens of other worlds are at stake. To the victor goes the spoils, and the spoils include entire worlds and billions of lives. That's how he ends up representing the ascended realm of Hell in a grand "game" between an entire pantheon of godly beings and other higher powers. But while it may just be a game to those overseeing it, it is a genuine war for survival to those participating in it where billions of real lives will go to the victor of whoever wins, and many will die before the game is over. Quick Author's Notes: System inspired by Civilization, Endless Legend, Stellaris, and Crusader Kings 2. Combat mechanics inspired by the Total War series. Slow-paced with many long-term plans. Protagonist has a personality heavily inspired by Ron Swanson. Know who that is and love him? You should like Clay. Know who Ron Swanson is and hate him? You'll probably hate Clay. Planning on writing every single day (turn). Days with important things happening will have the system/game mechanics be the priority of the chapter. Days where there isn't really anything important happening will be more slice-of-life and focused on character interactions. Designed a dice-based randomized map generator to create the world as the story goes on, so I don't even know myself exactly what's going to happen as a lot is dependent on world generation. Tech tree with hundreds of technologies already designed. There is a "harem," but it's not the main focus, the girls won't be cardboard cutouts, and I'm not going to completely forget about any previous women in the relationship whenever a new one comes along. One last thing. The "game" starts off with primitive technology level. The current plan is for the "endgame" tech level to be equivilent to WW2-era technology. After that and war just gets boring until you end up in space. Cover is temporary and made from royalty-free stock images while waiting for the real cover's commission to finish.
