“Should I go now?”
Minsuk got up only after brutally murdering a young couple.
“Ugh, I got a lot of blood splatter. I don’t want to change right now,” said Minsuk as he looked at himself through a cracked mirror.
He then took out his sweatpants from the bag on the floor and changed into a new one. He also grabbed the dark dagger and got out onto the street with a smile. He had entered the abandoned factory at dawn, and had gotten out of it at lunch time.
“Oh, it’s refreshing,” said Minsuk in a bright expression. He then took out a small red candy out of his pocket and put it into his mouth and munched on it.
“This is addictive,” said Minsuk as he felt his mouth filled with fishy, but bitter taste. His eyes began to turn red like blood.
Minsuk was walking along the remote alleyway when he saw someone coming from the opposite direction and cackled. A middle aged man who was walking down flinched at the sight of Minsuk, then lowered his head to walk faster.
“Hey, mister,” Minsuk called out as he grabbed the man’s shoulder before he passed by.
“W-what is it sir- UGH!”
But Minsuk’s dagger struck the man’s belly before he could even finish talking. Minsuk looked at the blood spreading out on the white shirt, then pulled the dagger. The man collapsed to the ground.
“Hahaha. This is why I can’t stop,” said Minsuk.
He then walked around the alleyway, shoving his dagger into anyone he came across. More and more Minsuk murdered, he couldn’t hold back the intense pleasure making him shiver.
“Aaah! This is so crazy!”
His eyes were now dark in blood red color. Minsuk who roamed the streets, killing people, then sat on the floor and mumbled.
“Whew. Killing people is hard work,” said Minsuk. He then smelled a tasty smell coming from somewhere.
“They say eating comes first. Let’s get something to eat.”
Minsuk then found the restaurant sign by the end of the alleyway.
“Lucky Diner… I guess the name needs a change to Unlucky Diner from now on,” said Minsuk. He figured it was good to eat first, then kill everyone after and move again.

Jisook was preparing lunch while waiting for Gyungho who said he’ll be back around lunch hour. Jisook was preparing soft tofu stew in the kitchen, when she heard a sound of the door open and said without looking outside.
“Are you back, Gyungho?” asked Jisook.
“Gyungho? I’m Minsuk.”

Jisook flinched at a frighteningly creepy voice and came out of the kitchen to look at the door.
“Ah.”
Jisook saw Minsuk standing by the door while holding a dagger in bloody clothes, and became terrified. Minsuk looked satisfied at the sight of Jisook.
‘Alright, let’s eat first,’ thought Minsuk.
Minsuk scanned the menu and scoffed.
“Single menu? You must be confident in your skills, lady. Bring me one. I’m starving,” said Minsuk.
Jisook did not answer but nodded.
“Oh, I forgot to mention. I”ll kill you if it’s not good. Alright?”
“Y-yes, sir,” Jisook answered while trembling. Minsuk then glared again and spoke.
“Oh! I forgot one more thing. I’ll kill you even if it’s good anyway. But I’ll make it painless,” said Minsuk.
Jisook became pale at Minsuk’s frightening words and became numb from dizziness. Meanwhile, Snowball who was dozing off inside the room felt the demonic energy and opened the door with his front paw and came out.
‘What the hell is with this villain?’
Snowball then analyzed Minsuk.
Name: Kang, Minsuk
Age: 29
Class : Assassin [Common]
Level : 33
Strength : 52
Agility : 61
Vitality : 59
Mana : 417
Special Skills
Stealth Lvl 3
Snowball became furious at a fairly high figure of evil karma, and growled. Of course, Snowball’s action was enough to be seen as a cute act of a small white puppy.
“Huh? A dog?”
Snowball showed his teeth and growled.
“G-Good boy, Snowball. D-don’t bark please,” Jisook tried to stop Snowball from barking in a trembling voice. Snowball sensed the fear inside Jisook’s eyes and quickly sent a message to Gyungho.
[Gyungho, a villain appeared at the restaurant. I’ll hold him off, but I need your help at once.]
‘Dammit. I can’t even deal with a scumbag like that in my state. This is shameful,’ thought Snowball.
But he had no way to stop Minsuk. Even if he was evil, he was still human, who Snowball, as a Guardian, needed to protect and cannot attack. The Guardian's duty was to protect humans and not to meddle in their affairs. Only way Snowball could stop Minsuk was to use ‘Divine Punishment’ on him. But that required Divine Energy which Snowball did not have right now.
‘Then I only have one way,’ Snowball thought.
Snowball approached Minsuk who was coming at him.
“Oh, doggy. Yeah, come here.”
Minsuk crouched down and called on Snowball to come, as he raised his hand with the dagger. Snowball carefully approached him, and rolled around. It was the unique move of puppies that had lethal charm.

[Gyungho! You must hurry up!]
Snowball showed his belly and panted, while Minsuk lowered his hand with the dagger.
“You dogshit, I guess you won’t starve to death wherever you go. Haha.”
[Yeah, but he’ll die from shame!]
Minsuk flinched at a loud voice ringing inside his head.
“What the fuck?!”
[You’re dead!]
The door burst open and Minsuk turned to the sound.
“Gyungho!”
Jisook became startled at Gyungho coming in, and yelled.
“Is that your son?” asked Minsuk.
“Gyungho! Get out! Now!”
“You bastard, you should greet customers when you see… Huh? W-what the hell?”
Minsuk realized he couldn’t move an inch from his current crouched state and became shocked.
“S-son?”
Gyungho walked past Minsuk toward Jisook who was crying with a stern look and pressed on her blood points to make her fall asleep.
“Hah. I was going to make sure my mom never cries again. You mother fucker!”
Gyungho carried Jisook inside the room and carefully laid her and came out. Snowball, who had been acting cute with his belly upside down, straightened up and looked at Gyungho.
[I didn’t have enough Divine Power, so this was all I could do. I’m sorry.]
Gyungho knew about guardians, so he shook his head.
“It’s alright. Thank you for telling me in time,” said Gyungho.
Gyungho’s body then began to unleash a breathtaking vicious aura from him.
[G-Kyung Ho! W-what?]
Snowball then realized that his assessment of Gyungho was completely wrong.
‘He didn’t use all of his power when I summoned him!’ thought Snowball. Gyungho, who was tied to the Rope of Bind at the time, used a thrilling show of strength. But Gyungho now with rage, was unleashing unimaginable power on him.
[C-calm down.]
Gyungho looked emotionless as he raised his hand to open up the dimensional space and took out the Dragon Fang Sword. The sword shined in pure white reflection.
“Nnnngh! Don’t kill me.”
Minsuk groaned at the crushing pressure of a vicious aura. Snowball, who also was frozen from shock, managed to move and blocked Gyungho’s path.
[Gyungho! You shouldn’t do this!]
“Move aside!” yelled Gyungho, waving his hand. Snowball was struck and was flown to the side.
[P-Please.. Calm down…]
“AAAAARGH! NOO!!!”
Gyungho’s sword penetrated into Minsuk’s thigh. Gyungho then pulled it out and struck down on the other thigh.
“UGHH, AAARGH! AAHAHHH!”
Minsuk who was crouching trembled, which then Gyungho stomped on his head.
“Aaargh! N-no! I don’t want to die!”
Snowball then came running and blocked Gyungho yet again.
[YOu shouldn’t do this! If you kill him now, it will mess up your plans! You can’t risk killing a scumbag like him!]
Gyungho who was about to strike down Minsuk’s neck stopped and turned to Snowball.
“What do you mean?”
[Murder. That’s the biggest sin that racks up the most karma and gains the attention of demons. If one powerful such as you is exposed to them, then it won’t be possible to manage to keep the business open here. We don’t want any demons getting involved. It will also harm others around you too!]
Gyungho knew that his mother would get hurt if demons were involved. That’s what demons were.
“...”
Murder. Killing a person. He had never thought about it before.
‘And here I am, not even hesitating on trying to kill this man,’ thought Gyungho. Even considering that he was mad from seeing his mother’s tears, it seemed a bit too much. Gyungho felt he was awakened to what he was trying to do.
“Yeah, I’ll stop.”
[If you want to live happily in this restaurant with your mother, you can never kill someone. Do you understand?]
“Yeah, yeah. I got it.”
Gyungho nodded, then frowned at Minsuk’s state.
“But he’ll die if I leave him alone. What should I do?” asked Gyungho.
[T-that’s right.]
Minsuk’s thighs were bleeding heavily from two puncture wounds, and he was bleeding from his head also.
“Oh! That’s right. I had the shitball.”
[A shitball?]
Gyungho put the sword back into his dimensional space, then took out a small pocket instead. Inside, Gyungho took out a blue, clear medicine ball and put it into Minsuk’s mouth who was losing consciousness.
“Nngh.”
The medicine ball that came into Minsuk’s mouth turned into a liquid and slid down into his throat. Minsuk, who had been bleeding and crumpled like a rag, began flapping like a man in seizure.
“Aaa Aaaaaaaargh!”
He then screamed with a much more painful look than when he was stabbed by the sword. Gyungho flinched unconsciously as he knew the pain well. Pain of the flesh puncturing was terrible, but pain of the flesh recovering and covering up was even more severe.
[G-Kyung Ho, did you just feed him poison?]
“A poison? No, no. It’s a one of a kind medicine. He won’t die now, so don’t worry. He’ll come out stronger actually. But he’ll rather wish for death,” said Gyungho.
[What are you talking about?]
“That’s what this shitball does.”

A World With or Without Aliens
Nothing matters. It's not my opinion, it's a scientific fact. This is neither good nor bad, it just... is. I watched my entire country burn, fried on a patriotic pan after some jerk fired a bunch of nukes at the docile fleet of alien ships hovering over us. Who gave this moron such power? I don't know. Everyone involved is most likely dead by now. As for me, I can't die. I feel pain like a normal person would (I think), but no matter how terrible the conditions, I will never die or pass out. Fortunately, a lot of alien technology survived its crash to Earth, so I get to spend some time playing with it until Mr. Author gets bored and decides to screw up my life. Beware, this has a "harem" tag. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm the main character and am therefore subject to this novel's timeline. While this bars me from the sweet ignorance of Chapter 1's me, it does have other perks... for example, I can tell you that heroine number one is personally responsible for kil-!? H-hey, back off! I'm your character, so if you didn't want me to be like this, then you should've written me differently! Randomguy here! In all seriousness, this novel is meant to explore the concept of nihilism as a post-apocalyptic/supernatural-scifi/satire told from a nihilistic introvert's first-person perspective. As you heard from my unsettled main character, each heroine is going to be a different type of horrifying socio/psychopath with dark motives and dangerous abilities (most of which are psychological). Why would I do something like this? Because I am, in reality, a nihilist who is often frustrated by weird things, like unrealistically dramatic stories, the industrialization of art (specifically music), and people who think swimming in brown creekwater for five hours is a "fun" activity. Don't get me wrong, neither me nor my character are depressed, we're just malcontents who make a lot of nerd references. I feel like the true essence of an "everything is worthless" perspective is lost on most pop-culture figures. The closest character I can think of at the moment is Rick from Rick and Morty, who is a drunk, angry nihilist that experienced tremendous loss. I, personally, find this belligerent state of mind to be very relatable, and have incorperated it into every chapter's introduction. Here, the main character talks directly to the reader (and me), shamelessly complaining about some semi-relevant facet of society, which probably doesn't make much sense... it's not really supposed to, though. These "angry nihilist" moments are just a peak into the main character's everyday existence, and also act as miniature rage-journals for me. It will sometimes take a subjectively 'positive' turn, but not very often. This is because reality isn't good or bad, "it just... is". I will eventually bring it full-circle to optimistic nihilism, since that seems to be a more practical way to live (and by "practical", I mean "doesn't create mental health issues"). It is, of course, a satire. I did this because most unnecessarily emotional moments or people usually make me feel kind of awkward, so I decided to mock them. That is, I plan to mock the characteristics about them I don't like in characters based solely off said characteristics. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy my story!

The Records of Eternity: The Traveller of Worlds
There probably won't be anything much for Traveller for the next while as I honestly don't have much of an idea of what the hell I plan on doing. While I wait for another spark of genius for this I want to get out some chapters for my other works, which I do have an idea of where I want to go. So instead of stressing myself out over this bottleneck, I will be focusing on other stories until I breakthrough. The Traveller of Worlds is a tale that tells the adventure of the young Saxon girl Millie Von Augustine, though she has another name. Millie is the eldest child of the Augustine family, a noble family in the Kingdom of Saxony. Although being a woman she was barred from succeeding her father as head of the family. In addition, she has been treated rather poorly by most of her family due to her tomboyish personality. But one day as a youth, she met someone in the woods behind her house, and this encounter would forever change her fate. Moving this to have a new chapter at a minimum of every three weeks as I have started another project full time. The cover artwork was made by Nez Illust, check their page for more their stuff. You can find more information on the universe of The Records of Eternity at https://recordsofeternity.wordpress.com/ I will also be posting any updates on how things will proceed and random other thoughts pertaining to the series on my website.
