"I feel so different" q said to me. "Its almost like you've been reborn." I said
"Then tell me your name" I asked. "My actual name is clara."
"Okay well lets spend the whole day together." I said. "No I have to go home and show my dad" she said
"Okay then go" I said while looking in the direction of her voice.
"Dont tell me what to do I'm only a year younger then you are." She said
"I wont anymore, that's a promise." I said. "Alright bye" she said to me as I watched her footprints in the dirt of my courtyard disappear.
I was hungry so I decided to go shopping with the sea coins grand elder had given me. I walked around the sandbar until I got to the market. The sandbar was packed full of proplr and couldn't hold anymore. The outpost served as an outlet for the extra population to go to. It was just the so many people died on the way there or died gathering in the forest.
While in the market I was surrounded by fish and sea creatures of all sizes I decided to get some food for my house there was fish of different sizes and shapes but I just needed a normal fish. I found my way to a vendor that was selling tuna. I bought a week's worth of ten year tuna. With that I went back home and put it in my fridge.
I started a fire outside and started roasting tuna waiting for clara to return. I knew she would be back as soon as possible. This was her favorite place to be.
I had put the tuna on the stick I was using to roast it with the head on. I did and then I ate the parts I wanted to eat and then threw it away. I had spent very little of the amount of money grand elder had given to me. With that it was getting dark and time for me to sleep. I crawled into my old bed. It felt familiar and warm and with that I fell asleep. The next day when I got up clara instantly spoke it scared me bad as I didn't expect to see anyone inside my house.

"What are you doing?" I asked
"Im waiting for you to wake up to give you a present. Come outside when your ready," she said.
With that, I heard her walk out of the room. Okay, I thought to myself. I went into the kitchen and started cooking some tuna strips. With a sizzle I put them on my plate got some coffee and sat down to eat.
"Hey mister if I say you get a present you're supposed to come outside instantly because it's that good," she said.
"Im sorry I was just having coffee," I said
'Do you want any clara?" I asked her.
"Yes ill have some and I want some tuna," she said in a slightly sad voice.
"Coming right up I said." While I was cooking she talked to me. "Back at my house we have a hundred year fish every day." she said.
She must come from one of the powerful families that control the sand bar I thought to myself.
With that, I walked out with tuna and coffee in hand for her. I sat them down in front of her and then sat directly next to her. It had become less weird for an invisible girl to be my friend I had gotten used to it. I watched as the coffee cup seemed to float midair and tip downwards as the coffee poured down her throat.
"How old are you?" She asked me.
"Im about to be 17" I said
"Where the same age mister" clara said to me.
"You act so much older though." she said
"Its because I used to live here with my family but there gone now." I said
"What happened to them," She asked. "Somebody killed them all. Thats how I got this ability I offered up there bodies and now I get mana from the sun."

"Oh, I'm so sorry," she said to me. "That and at the outpost, I had to act mature to get respect and stay alive," I said
We sat in silence for a moment and then clara stood she had eaten everything on her plate. I went to wash the plates when I felt a tug on my arm just come mister. I have something special to show you. With that, I left the dishes behind and went outside. I was be pulled by one arm towards the middle of the courtyard. When before my eyes a young girl appeared shorter then me with brown curly hair.
When we arrived at the middle of the courtyard she turned around to face me. What a beautiful woman I thought to myself the curls were in little bundles and made her look like royalty. She had vibrant blue eyes and an hourglass figure.
"This was what my dad said I should do for you for a thank you for getting my heart to work." She said
I didn't say anything for a second then I spoke "I always wondered what you look like." I said. "I stayed invisible to guarantee my safety in case you were a bad man. But a bad man wouldn't give me what you've given me. So I decided to trust you."
"Thats good if we're sharing stuff then I must tell you that I need to stay in the sun all day long for my power to work," I said
"So you stay in the courtyard all day?" There seemed like a better use for my strengthened body. "I would like to go deep sea fishing as I could stay in the sun and do something," I said
There are a lot of deep sea fishermen in my family if you want I can ask my dad to take you.
