Eventually, I could drink no more and I had to be carried home by morgan. I leaned on her shoulder as we made our way back to my house.
"This is where you live?" She asked me
I managed to choke out a "yes".
She pushed the door open and lead me inside and guided me to my bed. It was sunset and I was so tired I laid my head down and instantly fell asleep.
The next morning when I awoke I had a terrible headache when I walked out to my living room I saw morgan sitting on my couch. She looked beautiful as always. Her brown her flowing down her shoulders and her perfectly sized lips sipping on coffee.
"You stayed the night?" I asked. "Yes seeing the shape you were in I couldn't leave you alone."
"Dont worry about me I even survived the bar and the wagon ride this much alcohol was all in good fun. This wasn't because you want me to make your friend an ability ring too?" I asked
"No I thought I should take care of you thats all" She said as she broke eye contact and looked down.
"Do you want to come with me to go see grand elder and his apprentice?" I asked.
"Yes, I would love to but let's have some coffee first." I sat down on the couch next to her and she got up and went to get some coffee for me. She was a waitress at heart and soon she returned with a cup full of coffee.
We both sat and talked about stuff that didn't matter. Until we were ready to go with a final sip I sat my cup down and set of to the gate.
As soon as I saw Grand Elder in his straw hat and cannon man I was happy they hadn't left yet I could say what needed to be said "Hello" I greeted them with morgan in tow.

They all seemed mildly surprised that I had showed up.
"Look at this couple" Said grand elder. "Were not a couple" I said morgan chose to toss her hair.
"What brings you two here," said cannon man
"I have a gift to give I will make your apprentice a legendary ring," I said
"Who is this?" She asked
"I know we've never met before but im a craftsman here and I make ability rings," I said
You claim to be able to make legendary rings thats not possible." grand elder quickly put his hand over her mouth and said "You must forgive her for speaking out of place."
"Its fine" I said " Im already using a rare ring and most people in the outpost only have normal rings". Yes the outpost was that poor rare rings were already considered quite good.
"It makes it so I can run faster. It's basically an escape ring. The shadow clone is part of the ability I got when I turned 16.
"Grand elder can you take today off and come with us to make sure she gets the right ring for her." I asked
"Yes I can certainly do that I didn't know you were going to give me such a huge gift," he said
With that, all three of us set out for the crafting building. We walked past the ability ring shop and downstairs to the chest.
"Grand elder could you find the beast part that I should use to make this ability ring?" I said
"Yes I can" he responded while bringing something out of his coat. It was a thousand year old spider to my surprise.
"Okay" I said while I placed it in the chest.
I thought about upgrading her shadow clone while I furiously poured a thousand mana into the chest. After the mana drain, I reached into the chest and brought out a ring with a spider made of its own web out. I could tell this was a good ring because the spider moved vivid and lifelike in full color and crawled around the ring.

Shadow Clone~ This ring negates the effect of a clone dieing backlash afflicting the user.
That was what she needed I handed the ring over to grand elder after I was done inspecting it.
His eyes lit up with pride as he inspected it and then handed it to his apprentice.
She equipped it and gave grand elder the speed ring she had been using.
We went upstairs and grand elder gave the speed ring to the shop clerk.
"Thank you so much sun collector," He said to me.
"Your welcome," I said while looking at my arm I had almost enough to make a normal ring.
As we eventually got to where we all had to split up. I had to say goodbye to morgan and yin that was the name of grand elders apprentice.
They were both beauties that would drive most men mad for them.
"Goodbye and good luck" I wished them the best and went to the cafeteria.
There was a meal provided for me there a hundred year old fish. I took it and sat by the looter squad I had made earlier.
They were eating ten year old berry salads which was a surprise to me.
They all said they were doing exceptionally well in the forest and they didn't venture that far away from the base so they were normally able to collect ten year friuts.
I was glad to see them doing so well.
"Our lives have gotten significantly better since you helped us. Now we have regular success." The buffer of the looter squad said.
"Im glad" Just do your best you dont have to worry about repaying me I get my own food.
I finished my food and walked out of the cafeteria. By the time I made it home I had come up with sevral ability rings that would let me have more fun. The next ability rings I made would be just for fun.
